I just moved in ten days ago. I don't have many experiences. One thing I like is all very convenient for so many restaurants, and health food stores. Wegmans also going to open soon. Old town is also just round the corner

I've had my car vandalized in the garage over parking which was surprising and disappointing; however, overall I've enjoyed my stay here. I honestly can stay within our community for weeks at a time. The staff is always pleasant and I appreciate you all.

This community is safe, convenient, and affords easy access to public transportation and retail shopping. The building, while old, is well maintained and is dweclong to visitors. The maintenance crew is experiences, prompt and polite.

This is a very well-maintained building with a friendly community. Maintenance requests are handled almost instantly. Staff people are always friendly and helpful. After being here a year, I really don't have any complaints. ;

I really like this building. This is the second time I have worked in the area and immediately came back here. There are several places within walking distance to eat and a wide variety of shopping available within a 10-15 minute drive.

When I moved in 2016, I was looking for a place to call home. I found that in the Meridian at Eisenhower Station! I love my apartment layout and the beautiful view of the Masonic Temple from my window. The office staff is so nice and friendly! They've known my name since day 1. And my maintenance requests are always addressed promptly. If you want to be happy, I recommend moving to the Meridian at Eisenhower!

The staff are very efficient and polite. The Maintence service and quick and efficient . The common areas are clean and accessible. The area surrounding the apartment is very good with great places to shop, eat and commute. However, I wish I could use the stairways up and down. The elevators are slow and break down a lot. They are NOT idea for covid or if you are scared of dogs. The courtyard curfew and being unable to use amenities or go to certain floors is ridiculous and patronizing. This area is getting more expensive, which is not great for affordability. The price of the apartments has risen and the quality has not which is a shame. Overall it's fine.

I've enjoyed the apartment - it's convenient to transportation and work. It's a good value for rental rate and has attentive staff and maintenance staff. I'd choose it again if I were looking again. I can walk to the Amtrak station and Old Town.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean facilities and great neighbours is what awaits you when you decide to move in to Meridian on Eisenhower. The fact that there are so many restaurants in walking distance, a cinema around the corner and a Metro station across the street is an added bonus. Wish I'll never need to move ??

The apartment is right across from the Eisenhower metro station. There's also a CVS and restaurants at walking distance. The staff has always been helpful and expedient. The amenities are ok. The gym is ok.

This is a very quiet, peaceful community. We are happy here. My roommates and I definitely want to renew our lease when the time comes. We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, and we like living near old town.

This has been an excellent community/home to live. The entire staff, to include the front office, concierge, and maintenance are professional and pleasant, always trying to seek the best solution for any issue. We have lived here for six years, with very few issues - which have always been positively addressed, and we still love it. Great place to live!

Been living here for a little over 2 months now and have had no issues (so far). No pests/insects, the staff is great, and the one time we put in a maintenance request it was fulfilled quickly. We're close to the metro, CVS, and several restaurants. I would recommend renting here.

This community generally offers a solid deal. The staff is respectful and gets the job done. Neighbors are cool. I've never had any significant noise issues in either of the two apartments I've lived in; the walls and floors are pretty well insulated.

Outstanding apartment complex, location and staff. The moving experience could not have been any smoother. From start to finish, from the initial tour to being handed the keys, I was kept thoroughly informed and I had every question answered. A huge thanks to Jasmine!

Overall my experience at Meridian has been great. The building is nice and the staff have always been pleasant. There is a lot of construction in the area, so prices are going up. Hopefully the recent uptick in crime will come down as there is a nearby shelter and jail within walking distance.

Good value for the money. Only concern is train track noise. Would request unit on side of the building opposite the train tracks. Outdoor grilling area and pool are nice to have. Location is great for walking. Able to walk to pharmacy, grocery store and restaurants.

I love loving at Meridian Eisenhower. The property is very well kept and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The amenities are beautiful and the location is walkable, and there are so many restaurants, and leisure opportunities nearby.

Worst experience ever with train noise. The only reason I'm still here is expenses. It should be illegal to allow this much noise by residences. It doesn't help either that they are removing carpet which helps with sound isolation between floors. So my neighbors sound like they are moving furniture.

not a bad place to live but it usually take several attempts for a problem to be resolved and there's often recurring problems with the AC not cooling when it's hot. we also have mice and it has been several weeks with the only update being pest control will be out in the next couple of weeks. the common areas are well kept but due to covid many of the perks have been done away with. the staff is friendly and willing to talk to you but it often feels like they aren't in a position to actually take care of your problem which leads to difficult solutions to simple tasks and jumping through unnecessary hoops.

I love how everyone is very friendly in this community. The facilities are very clean, well maintained and durable. If I ever need anything the staff is always there. Management is very flexible and understanding.

I have had a terrific experience at the Meridian at Eisenhower apartment complex. The apartments are affordable and the leasing and maintenance crew are fantastic with answering questions and fulfilling requests big and small.

Everyone is very friendly so far! Clean and in good shape for its age. Affordable housing compared to many other apartments around. So far the apartment seems like a perfect fit! Also really appreciate how thick the walls are cause i can't hear my neighbors!

Meridian was much better when I first moved in few years ago. Front desk staff Lolieana and Shirak are very professional and friendly, the other front desk staff are the opposite, very rude with me and my guests . They barely do their job also.

The value you get out of this apartment is pretty astounding (very safe, free of pests, responsive maintenance, good location). If those things are of value to you, this is a no-brainer if you find a floorplan at a good price. However, the metro station right next to the building can be incredibly annoying and loud for some, starting at 4AM and not stopping till midnight.
