This apartment complex continues to make excuses rather than find solutions to problems. While you expect the quality of service between the maintenance staff and the leasing office to be lower since it is a cheaper community than many of the others in the area, the level of service here is unacceptable considering how high they charge the rent. There is no sense of urgency and a lack of communication to fix maintenance problems that span months. Ownership and the leasing office are afraid to spend money that invests in the living spaces - case in point, the elevators break down once every two weeks and there are no upgrades. If rent were cheaper and not increased by nearly 10% every year, it would not be as egregious. It's a shame because the surrounding location, Metro accessibility, etc. are all phenomenal. The apartments are relatively quiet and the amenities are solid. Extra fees are a lot but that's consistent with the area. Community events are nothing special, about what you expect and are always under-resourced.

This apartment was very easy to move into and had great service as I moved in. We were on a very strict time crunch and they were able to give us a background check and get us a lease to sign very quickly. I appreciate all their assistance especially during the moving furniture and boxes in. This community is great and everyone is so kind even just taking the elevator.

Neighbors are very noisy. Air conditioning in my apartment is not working properly in summer. This apartment complex raised my rent by 10% last time I had to renew my lease. This raised the rent by a few hundred dollars per month.

I've met a few people that I now consider as friends from this community, and have people that I'm for sure accountainces with. I haven't been able to go to a number of the events, because of other commitements, so it would be nice to have them at different times and days. My major gripe has been the elevators, they either don't work or don't feel safe in.

Six units or more in our building have completely lost AC. It's been a week in the 100 degree heatwave of the summer, my apartment has been over 80 degrees for a week and I have an animal as well who has to suffer

It is a wonderful place to live and very close for me to go to work. The outsider spaces are very nice on the fourth and 12th floor which is where the pool is located. the building has nice events for the residents.

It's been fine, I travel for work so I don't participate in many of the events. I have no complains though. As for the actual apartment I love that it it is close to the metro stop. My only complain is that the paint on the walls is very cheap and poor you try to clean something off the walls and the paint comes off. One of the front desk attendants also seems very uninterested in her duty at night and gives attitude while getting packages. Overall great plane though.

Overall it has been a mostly enjoyable experience. Maintenance and front desk staff are true assets to the community. Restaurants, public transportation are within walking distance. The building is showing signs of wear, but is clean and maintained.

Pros and cons. Pros are good location near public transit, quiet due to noise proofing, attentive staff for minor issues. Cons are they seem understaffed and aren't pro-active about ensuring issues around the complex are fixed. My biggest problem comes with them hiring unlicensed contractors to fix plumbing issues. This happened to me and they refused to pay for the resulting water damages. Nice amenities and they run occasional social activities. Good security.

Affordable place to live, but not the most modern apartment. Convenient to the metro. Poor management at both the front desk/leasing office as well as the maintenance staff. If you have an issue with one of your appliances, know that it is not in their best interest to fix it for you. They would rather brush the problem off and charge you the price of the whole appliance to replace it rather than fixing it for you. Unprofessional staff here.

The people that work here are generally pretty nice. The building is what it is. I expect issues from a building of this age but it would be nice if things could be handled better by the staff. The location is great and there are a lot of floor plan choices.

While I enjoy living here, I haven't had any major issues. It would be nice if the grill and fire pit were operational. Elevators are not always working. There have been times the arms to get to lower/upper levels of the garage have been stuck up for weeks and that can cause an issue with vandalism of vehicles.

Good value for a large one bed apartment, plus great location with the metro right next to the building, old town a short walk away, and generally a quiet area. The building is older so stuff can break/need repair, so more maintenance staff is definitely needed. Sometimes things take a while to get fixed just to the lack of staff. The elevators also are out of order constantly and need to be replaced/improved

Great apartment and helpful staff. When we did need the maintenance for a yearly service, they were so fast and efficient. They stopped by within 24 hrs and were able to help. Also the apartment hosts different social events as well which is a great plus.

I've had a generally positive experience living at this community. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. Everything at the community is great. I have always felt safe. The staff have been ver professional. The only thing that could make this property better is renovations to bring it up to its sister properties next door. I would also love for residents to have access to the restroom at the clubroom with the key fob.

Not a great experience. It's one maintenance issue after another. Leasing staff is nice but that's about the only nice thing I have to say about this place. If rent were $1,000 less I would say consider it. Not worth all the hassle

Stopped by to ask about an apartment with my boyfriend and noticed I have seen ------- a old co-worker of mine , that guy pays very good attention to detail and is big on fair housing HUD rules and regulations if that guy see one thing out of pocket he will give you one chance, hope he sticks around if my boyfriend decides to move there you guys have a good guy on your maintenance team .
