Maintenance are great but building owners don't seem to care about replacing broken a/c units would rather wax the floors than investing in and updating 17 year old a/c units. Exercise equipment could be maintained as the cable machines, some are loose and some are tight or off the wheels. Just a once over would be greatly appreciated.

Everything overall with the community and the apartments is fine. The elevators should be upgraded though because over the last year they have been multiple issues with them. Besides that there's no much else to say.

The community was great in the beginning. We moved into this unit in 2018 and it is now 2024 as I complete this survey. There has been a precipitous decline in service and overall condition of the building. So, essentially we are getting worse service while paying significantly more in rent each year. The neighbors are all great people.

I enjoy living here. The staff is always kind and helpful. I have never had any kind of disturbance since I've lived here and any repairs needed to the building are addressed quickly. I love living here, but please don't up our rent when we renew. It's already expensive

It's been great. They raise rent too often and too much but the apartments are very solid. I never hear my neighbors. Amenities (elevators, gym, grills, pool) are sometimes unavailable without warning

The place is a great location right across from the Eisenhower metro. the building is also clean and so far the amenities seem nice. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage but getting back and forth from the garage to your apartment can be a little tricky with people using elevators.

The community is kept clean and noise is minimal. Maintenance is responsive and normally does the job correctly the first time. The office staff is friendly, helpful and competent. I feel that the rent is fair for the accommodations and service.

The amenities of the building and the culture of the residents are nice, but there have been repeated and widespread issues with elevators and HVAC. My maintenance issues with AC took over a month to be resolved, and my concerns were taken seriously for the first 4 weeks.

Overall, I like living at the Meridian at Eisenhower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is generally good and prompt. The one time I had an issue with maintenance, the property manager was great about rectifying the situation. It is a great location. As the building is right on Eisenhower Avenue and the Metro runs right past the building, some units can be a little noisy. But, otherwise its great.

Meridian at Eisenhower Station is a great community to live in if you love dogs and enjoy community events. The only downside is the lack of amenities for the price. The gym is mostly cardio equipment that is pretty old. I wish they would modernize the gym a bit more. Other than that this is a fantastic place to live.

I have been very happy at Meridian Eisenhower. The rental process was smooth, and maintenance and front desk are helpful. I appreciate the security measures. There is some road/metro noise due to being so close to transit but I quickly got used to it.

This is a good complex to live in. Staff are friendly and responsive. It isn't luxury but it is comfortable. Some minor considerations are that you can hear the metro in some apartments (and the metro runs late and starts early...I wear ear plugs to sleep) and sometimes that the elevators will go down so one or two will service the entire building for several hours.

Has been a great place to live for several years, but is slipping lately. Maintenance and other staff have always been pretty good to work with and still are. However, hallways often smell of cigarette smoke even though it is a non-smoking building. Rent rates have also increased dramatically in the current cycle. There has also been a noticeable increase in police activity in the past year. What was a great apartment is now just "good". The surrounding area is still great and adding new restaurants all the time.

So far, it has been a pleasant experience living here. Staff are nice and helpful, and the community amenities are pretty nice. The proximity to the metro, to restaurants, and to shops/stores is really convenient. My only complaint is that people still smoke despite this being a no smoking building so the hallways often reek of stale weed smoke.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro and a movie theater and many restaurants. The building itself is lovely with many amenities available. I've lived here for three years and love it! My apartment is spacious, I've never had bug problems, never had issues with packages, and can't hear my neighbors through the walls. My only complaint would be that the elevators seem to need the most maintenance and that the rent prices keep going up. Other than, that it's perfect.

I've just moved in, but so far I'm very happy with the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. The apartment is a bit on the noisier side because it is right next to the Metro and Amtrak, however, I chose this location because of this proximity.

We love this community. The office staff is very friendly have having secure parking and a front desk staff has been wonderful. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, maintenance has always been attentive (most of the time same day!). Amenities are great and clean and we definitely have enjoyed the 2+ years we've lived here.
