The amenities are very nice, and it's a great neighborhood. Lots to walk to, and located very close to a metro stop. The maintenance team is always incredibly quick to respond and resolve issues within the apartment.

great community and reasonably priced. very convenient location and super close to the metro. there is a difference between the phase I and phase II buildings in terms of quality, but not drastically. many great amenities!

Move in was great. Loading dock and use of lobby carts made move in easy. Leasing office and maintenance worked efficiently to resolve two minor issues we had when we first checked the apartment. Overall, flawless so far.

It's been good, the loading dock is very helpful for moving and maintenance is prompt. I wish every level had recycling instead of going to the garage. The Amazon locker is very nice and I like the courtyard.

The space, the location, and the layout is much better than other places because of the sunroom. The courtyard is amazing, the pool is good but should have less rules. And the people are friendly. Great experience

The location is great, I can walk to work and use the public transportation system easily here. There are lots of businesses and restaurants nearby that make it very convenient including gyms and other points of interests

We have lived in the Meridian for a few years and I've loved every minute of it. It is one of the nicest apartments that we have lived in, and it is located in the best part of Arlington. We can walk anywhere and the train station is super close by!

A great place to live and close to many convenient places like food and metro. However, quite expensive and the rent gets higher even when you pay on time. My biggest issue in 6 years was when maintenance didn't take an issue seriously and when packages were stolen.

Very good experience at Meridian . Highly recommend for many reasons. Nice apartments, very good ma twins c'?, great community, lots of activities. Also the neighborhood is great with restaurants, sport facilities, shopping areas, schools, parks .. and the 2 metro stations close by

Meridian is a wonderful oasis not too many people know about. Love the courtyard. Lots of activities-all fun. Apartments are large with great views. They are older and therefore have great insulation. I never hear my neighbors.

The apartment itself is very nice and the appliance are up to date. There is currently ongoing instruction and I was not informed of this construction on the virtual tour I had with the leasing office. In fact I discovered the construction when I came to move into the apartment.
