I haven't moved in yet however from initial questioning and application the staff was extremely professional and answered all questions and grounds are well maintained. The pool and gym are excellent however it needs a hot tub.

Helpful, Fast, and Knowledgable
I just moved into an apartment at Fairfax Square, and was very happy with my experience with the Fairfax Square staff. The apartment was clean and ready for move in. The tour was informative and allowed for me to have multiple options. I highly recommend living at Fairfax square!

Quiet neighborhood with good area to take walks, centrally located to city and close to George Mason. Balconies are personalized and homely yet kept clean. Leasing staff response are prompt and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Michael you’re the best! You have made our life at fairfax square most comfortable. I can’t imagine a life with out you here. Even when I travel then I know that our house will be taken care off as you’re just a call away. Thank you so much for everything. Really appreciate it. Best wishes.

This is such a great apartment. The maintenance staffs are very nice to the residents. The apartment office reply really fast. It's great location and the neighbors are nice to each other. It is such a good apartments complex to walk my dogs.

Wonderful experience
Every interaction has been nothing but exceptional. Alfredo has gone above and beyond answering any question I have even on his days off. He’s definitely made an impact in my family's lives. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

I’ve been touring a couple communities my sister and brother in law are moving and I’ve been touring apartments for them and alfredo went above and beyond giving specific information about the apartments we are interested on, saved us quotes and most likely starting an application today!

I am a college student looking for a 1 bedroom apartment came in to tour the community, the apartments are quite spacious, I have been working with Alfredo he has helped a lot with answering questions, I still have a couple other communities to visit but I’m highly considering Fairfax square.

Great maintenance service
We had some problems with our apartment. We called the maintenance, they sent a worker Michael Yonan. He was very kind and respectful. He look for more issues in our apartment and fix them all. I’m very happy with his services . He did a great job

Great Customer Service from our Maintenance Guy
Michael Yonan is one of the best maintenance guys at Fairfax Square Apartments. He is very dedicated to his job and makes sure he fixes the problems at the apartment when no one else can. He has good attitude and great customer service. I would always recommend him.

9838- peacful stay!
As a student, I had the pleasure of living in this housing community for the past year, and it has been a fantastic experience. Everything about this community has exceeded my expectations, from the modern amenities to the friendly staff. The community amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and common areas, were also excellent and well-maintained. And also, the community is safe for us to stroll any time of the day. The staff was always friendly and responsive to our requests or concerns, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my living experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Ms. Shamicka Neal, in particular, has been very helpful since we moved into the unit. She makes sure all our doubts are clarified whenever we approach her.

Twenty years pretty much says it all. The trees are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff is awesome. I know everyone by name, and I really do feel safe and comfortable at Fairfax Square.

The community is peaceful and the staff, Ms Shamicka Neal, whom we spoke to, answered all our queries and was really helpful. She explained the breakdowns and our options very well and generally made things very easy for us.

Well done Fairfax Square! I have been here 47 years. I like the area because I'm close to places I need and I have really helpful people here at the apartments! The maintenance people have been nice .

All the staff and maintenance have been pleasant to interact with throughout my time here. The apartments are a nice size for the price. I have enjoyed my bay window and balcony. I love all the trees in the neighborhood.

Great location. great staff! I like the fact that this complex is within a short walk to shopping, a mile to grocery stores, and a bus route to Vienna subway is a few steps out of our door. I would recommend this location to anyone!
