Where do I start!? I came here for a tour and I was immediately greeted by Alfredo! That was a great start. He asked me what my preferences were for an apartment and was very specific on what was included with the amenities. I would definitely say the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Well done! If you’re looking for an apartment I would definitely recommend this complex. Very nice apartment!

It's a very nice place to live in. And it's friendly for dogs and cats. And there have a big pool to swim. The environment is very quiet and beautiful, I like here. And there are easy to get some food nearby.

It’s a very nice place to live in. The environment is good and the neighbors are so friendly. The is a large pool and places for working out. The requests for repairing were responded very quickly. And it’s friendly for dog and cats.

Apartment is old and smell, but clean. Service is great. Swimming pool is amazing. The neighbors are pretty quiet. The ground floor has a nice floors without sounds. I can hear my neighbors from first floor, but pretty rarely and not so loud.

I feel extremely happy with my rent, it is an excellent community, I recommend Fairfax Square 100%, the maintenance workers are excellent, the people in the office are super professional, 100% recommended!

We had a great experience with our leasing agent Alfredo. The apartment has great amenities and is in a super safe area, which was important to me. Definitely one of the nicest available in the area :)

Sink water leakage fixed
Thank you Michael for coming on weekend to fix the issue. He was quick and fixed the issue in a minute. Great guy. Really appreciate the help. Thanks again & will reach out to him in future for any issues.

A very safe neighborhood. Everyone has been very welcoming. Staff member Alfredo Solis has also been very helpful during our visits to the office helping us in lots of things making our move in very easy.

Welcoming and Informative
I toured Fairfax Square as a potential renter and was left with a very positive impression. Ms. Shamicka Neal was my tour guide and she made us feel welcome from the start. She sat down to speak with us and took a few minutes to get to know us before leading us to the available unit to tour. She was very informative and helpful through the whole tour process, answering any questions happily. She even took time to recommend some nearby restaurants to us as we had come from out of town. Overall a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic tour; Alfredo is really knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my current apartment; I'd had a bad experience before touring this community. I'm definitely thinking about renting in this community.

Michael maintenance work is really proficient
Michael has visited my unit to fix all sort of issues from plumbing, ac, vents, kitchen leekage as well as fixed issues with electric equipment. He always comes in time and his work is really durable. He is well aware of what he is doing and leave no space for complaints. I am really happy with his work and trust him so much that I always ask him to fix any kind of household issues.

Maintenance Call
We had an issue with our plumbing so Michael came by and gave quick, clean, and friendly service. Problem was addressed and fixed within about 10 minutes of him arriving, and left without a single trace!

I've been in this community for a little over a month, and I've already had the nicest experience thanks to Alfredo's assistance with the application process! to the day I move! The procedure was painless and rather quick. The effort put in by everyone in the office is much appreciated.

Property Tour
I went on a tour with Shamicka and first off my kids loved her. She was so compassionate and so understanding and took her time to answer any questions we had. She is an outstanding worker and she needs to defiantly be recognized for her work. Because of her... we are considering moving to your property.

This apartment community is amazing. For the location, it is afforable. Lots of flat fees, no hidden or ridiculous fees. The people in the community are very kind and courteous. All of the maintenance staff is committed to quality work. The leasing office is full of very sweet, awesome people. The apartment quality is great! It was a no-brainer to move here and so many people who live here will say the same thing!

Alfredo really demonstrates that he cares and is willing to help in any way he can, and from the time I visited the community until the day I moved in, he made sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely recommend this community
