overall the neighborhood is nice and it's not as crowded as other neighborhoods in NoVA. Management staff can be rude at times, but that's customer service for you. The neighbors are welcoming and the apartments are not that bad.

Everyone in the lease office was friendly and professional. They open the office on time. They show up on time. Parking was okay. One thing that I don't like is that I saw a cracket during the tour and hope that they do a pest control more often.

We immediately loved the community after touring it! We knew it was going to be a winner for us. We only looked at one other place to say that we looked somewhere. But we knew Fairfax Square is where we wanted to apply! Great location, great price. We loved the different amenities, especially the gym and the huge pool. I also liked that the business center has a printer that is accessible for residents.

I like living here. Surroundings are pleasant, safe, apartment comfortable and maintenance good. Beautiful pool in summer. Older buildings so sound carries but for the most part, other residents are considerate.

They could not keep the move in date, the paints around the house was still wet, the key for the top lock did not work. However, the price for the place is reasonable and any other services were on point. Depends on the renewal price soon in near future, I am considering to renew it an stay.

This is the apartment complex in the area! We have lived in 5 different apartment complexes throughout Fairfax and we ended up back at Fairfax Square because it is managed so well. The price is reasonable and the management is superb!

Always positive never had to wait for apartment and needs some update but all in all a great place to live would recommend it to anyone needing a place to call home parking isn't great but it's ok

Great effort

I have worked in the property management field plenty of years not associated to this management, Maintence guys follow through adequate procedures, attempting to fixed the issues before replacements are approved, this is standart practice as Maintence teams and management have to adjer to budged contrais and as we all know, the economy hasn't been the best, so budgets are short throught the industry, they still manage to deliver and follow through, they were out a day ago and they followed through and delivered a new range, Maintence is deff doing their jobs as good as possible. I did have one complain for the office staff but we have clarified the issue and they did resolve my complain, sometimes when strong personalities meet (neighbors) some issues arise but they were able to work trough the issue and resolve the differences, Great team effort over all, good people work and live here. Matt did meet with me and all I can say about him , is that he's a good guy, deff knows his stuff very professional and and relatable at the same time, all the people at the office are good. Good team

An Informative In-Person Tour

Upon arriving for our appointment, the staff member had documents ready and there was zero wait time to start the tour. After starting the in-person tour, he was very informative and allowed for any questions we had to be answered. He was quick to show us the best options while being extremely helpful, polite, attentive, and knowledgeable during our visit.

Could always be better. Maintenance has gone downhill overall since Speedy Morgan left. Maintenance team on average takes longer to show up, and sometimes they don't complete the task all the way, just visiting so they can mark the job as done.

Overall Its all good here and even the staff are friendly. The community even has swimming pool and accesible 24/7 gym which made much more interesting. Pets are also allowed and the area is pet friendly.Near bustop and metro station made my life more easier

A certain truck frequently parks and takes up two spaces and nothing is ever done about it. Usually not an issue but when the lot is full, it is very frustrating. Workout Center has broken equipment. All of the Staff are nice and hard working, (especially the ladies who sweep and mop all of the buildings)

The townhouses are great! Functional layout and two floors with the bedrooms upstairs makes it really feel like a house and not an apartment. Rarely hear our neighbors and the community is diverse and welcoming. It's been a great place to raise our kids over the past five years and looking forward to living here for years to come! The leasing and maintenance teams are friendly and professional and the community is well kept, as well as safe and quiet. Right off a main road making it easy to get on 66 or 495, though far enough back from it so you don't hear traffic. And the pool is beautiful and rarely crowded.
