Supportive management staff
Shamicka is very kind and helpful. She supported in resolving printing issue despite her busy schedule. I appreciate that. I recommend Fairfax Square and its one of the best community in fairfax, Virginia

It's a great community. It's nearby our work and school. I really like the heating and air conditioning. What You are paying for here is quality and the amenities. The residents are really nice. There are a variety of people from all walks of life.

Neighbors are not loud and the community is respectful of one another. I have been living at this complex for 2+ years and do not have any complaints. Maintenance response is prompt and effective. Great location near schools parks and shopping centers.

I have lived here since 2005 in two different apartments. The community is really nice. There are some nice activities that go on. On the other hand when getting maintenance request done it takes an arm and leg to get them done

Communication has been easy and clear! Maintenance was quick and professional, and the facilities are always clean and well kept up (pool, gym, public spaces etc) - the pet policy is very fair, and the apartments and buildings are quiet!

Trying to rent at this community was a complete disaster because of the instability of the online application portal. Leasing office management was unable to resolve the issue, due to "corporate policy."

This community sucks honestly. The trash was set on fire several times and no one did anything to stop it from happening again. The oven doesnt work. Roaches and mice everywhere. Van metre Staff never return calls.

Fairfax Square is one of the idealistic residential locations in Fairfax and the NOVA region. The community is extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. All the public and private facilities are easily accessible.

Great Place, Great People
Fairfax Square has been home for a few years. And a big part of why I’m still here is the people. From the leasing staff to maintenance to housekeeping, everyone is kind, courteous, & diligent in making sure your needs are met. Patrick Jackson, specifically has gone above & beyond to make sure any concerns I had was efficiently addressed, whether it was a maintenance need or something else. I’m proud to call Fairfax Square home.

Fairfax Square Apartments Great Experience
When moving here for the first time the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The amount of information and aid that they provide made the usually difficult and daunting tasking of moving much easier. For my moving experience Polly Smith helped me perpetually throughout the moving experience. The location is also fantastic and central. The apartments are pet friendly with a great amount of open space, grass, and trees everywhere. Finally, if maintenance is ever needed they respond quickly and have always fixed any issue. It is easily the best maintenance staff that I have experienced.

Fixing the Insinkerator
Great job Michael on fixing the insinkerator. It works great now. Extremely quick and efficient work. Friendly nature and knew his stuff. Gave us a couple of tips regarding other appliances. Thank you so much!

Great staffs!!
It is clean and I really like the location! Especially, the staffs are great! I had trouble before moving in from the dorm. I called and emailed them several times with this, and they tried their best to help me with the issue! I felt I’m being helped a lot :)

Nice area to live
The location of this apartment is ideal for me, near to shopping places and GMU campus. Today I didn’t get a chance to visit the inside of any apartment because none of 1b1b is available, but the environment of this community is good, it’s quiet. And Shamicka is very professional, she introduced everything I want to know, thanks her.

Fairfax Square has been a breath of fresh air and truly reinvigorated my trust in rented accommodation. The staff are all extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. From my personal experience too, most of the community is great aswell. A few rowdy student apartments which can't be annoying but also somewhat expected considering the location. An insignificant inconvenience in comparison to the rest of the positive benefits of calling this place your home.

I especially like the trees around this apartment. The big old trees show me this place has history. I also like the big swimming pool at this apartment and cant wait until summer. Thank you for all the experiences

Quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. The community is in a most convenient location for driving or public transit. The common areas are useful and kept up with regards to cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance.

We get problems many times in the bathroom and sink in the kitchen, and Michael always come so fast , he really did a great job and after he left everything clean , I’m so surprised about this service . Thank you Michael

Apartments are nice, neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance staff is quick and effective, never had issues working with them. Front office is disappointing. I had a rodent problem in my apartment for about a month and a half. I made two separate tickets attempting to remedy the problem, one with photos of caught mice, and both were marked as complete without any work being done. I had to call a regional manager to get a response and for someone to schedule the fixes.

Fairfax Square is convenient, clean and quiet. There are children and dogs, but they are never too loud, and I enjoy seeing them playing outside. The grounds are well kept and manicured. Snow is never a problem, as plows are out during the snowfall. I really enjoy it here.
