Shamicka was very accommodating with my needs as I required assistance very close to closing time. She let me in and took care of my needs in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be contacting her in the future for any other needs I have.

Very family friendly, accessible and well maintained. People who have pets can easily accommodate them, residents with children can use playgrounds to entertain theirs. Parking space is plentiful and we enjoy our feeling of security in our immediate surroundings.

We are very happy with this community, the staff and the unit we're currently living in. For our commute the location couldn't be more convenient, never had issues with parking, love the community amenities. By far this has been the best experience we've had when it comes to renting.

Good people and staff People here are really nice the community is nice the apartments need some work I can use a second bathroom as well but at the end overall it is good I like Florist I don't have Carpets but all the floor and I have carpets except the kitchen and the bathroom

I really like the amenities offered and the neighborhood it’s in. The office, pool, gym, and conference center are all very well kept and new. The apartment is spacious and well-priced. Everybody at the office is nice and very helpful, especially Shamika who greatly helped with my touring experience.

Great tour with Shamicka Neal
Shamicka Neal was an excellent host and helped answer all of our questions! The apartments were nice and clean. Very alluring! We will definitely be back to consider living in the community. Pool and gym were also very nice!

It has been great, the walls are thin, but overall the community is very nice. It isn't a dead town there are children running around and college students having fun making it lively. It is a great space.

it was all good and if there is some problem in the house they rapidly come and fix the problem and it is all free. Also, the neighbors were good and had lots of pets which are cute. Easy to throw out some trash.

Community has been great! They're always prompt and available to handle an issue you may have. Polly has been my main point of contact and she has been awesome. I called looking for an apartment to rent and she was on top of every. Proud resident!

Overall, community is great and feels safe. You often see people with children or dogs walking about and it feels like a little community with the trees surrounding, isolated from the outside city. Immediately adjacent neighbor's sounds are non-existent, though upstairs neighbors movements are accentuated with the lack of noise insulation and creaky ceilings.

I love the community at Fairfax Square. Everyone is friendly. The grass is always cut, snow removal is always a plus. Thank you so much!! We are so happy that we relocated to Northern Virginia! My whole family and extended family live is the area.

Tour of Fairfax sq
Shamicka helped me today and toured an apartment with me. This was one of many apartments I toured. She was super helpful and welcoming and answered all my questions. This will definitely make my decision a lot harder. Thanks Shamicka!

Fairfax Square had good communication and responds promptly via the website. Most of the noise is from water/gas maintenance, trash disposal and groundskeeping. Hopefully the pool will reopen this season after the pandemic.

Beautiful property, amazing community.
Had an excellent tour, courtesy of Shamicka. The model apartment was very home-y and well put together. The community is great and well kept. Great gym and pool as well. Looking forward to renting in the future!

First walking into the club house at Fairfax square my friends and I received a nice and welcoming greeting from Shamicka. She then did a run down of everything we needed to know about the apartments and living there and answered any question that we had. Afterwards, she gave us time to talk and made sure to check up on us if we had anymore questions. Unlike our first visit there, she walked my friends and I to see the apartment and showed us where to gym and study room were. She was very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed her as our guide. Overall, she did a wonderful job!

I had issues at my apartment moving in with a few appliances that were either broken or not functioning properly but Michel and Lavontay were professionals and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently.

Safe and ideal environment for any demographic. Many facilities and great features here. Many shopping centers close by make it a convenient place to live. Big swimming pool and gym. Security is good also.

The office staff is nearly impossible to get ahold of and parking is an absolute nightmare. None of the apartments have much natural light but other than those issues it is a safe place to live and it's very walkable.

The appartments are too old and have many issues like no exhaust fan in the bathroom , washer and dryer old units ,the street around the units have holes every where, you have to wait some times weeks for a service in your unite

Things have improved since the leasing office communicated with the downstairs neighbors who were always fighting and yelling. Though they have not completely stopped fighting and yelling, they have decreased their behavior.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It is accessible to Goerge mason university, grocery stores. There is a gas station just beside the apartment. Nice facilities in the community as well(Gym, pool).
