Melony leadership/ customer service and people skills are amazing. She was very informative, helpful & knowledgeable. I most definetly will consider moving there. I have just moved into the community, and so far, the experience has been mostly pleasant. The staff was kind upon key retrieval and the home was in mostly good condition upon move in. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the laundry space and some of fixtures are a bit dated.

I feel this is a safe and well maintained community. The grounds are also well maintained and clean. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and respond quickly. I have been living in this complex for years longer than this apartment and it feels like home.

Great community, no complaints, we felt at home the entire lease. Thank you for the stay, we appreciate all you've done for us including the repairs. I would highly recommend any to this property if they're trying to lease in Fairfax.

This community is perfect for a student like me. They are close to CUE bus which takes me to the university for free. The gym is well equipped and cleaned. I feel really safe walking at night. The rent might be a little high, but I have never had a problem from the office in 4 years of my stay.

It's an awesome experience and been lucky to live at the Fairfax square apartments. I am greatful for the teem of the maintenance and outstanding office staffs. I am loving it to be in the property for ist convenience and peacefulness

Overall satisfied. The apartments are older and could use a upgrade, but affordable and quiet. The community location is excellent and convenient. Common area Hallways in the buildings entry are musty. The visitors parking is too far away and there should be a limit number w/placards issued to residents for guests to use near the apartment building and overnight parking enforced for the blue zone.

So far what I saw last week that I live here was awesome. Helpful staff and very professional who knows what they doing, the place also is very quiet and is a place that I recommend anyone who rent to live.

It was a smooth process but took sometime to find the apartment that was the right fit for us Van Metre made it very easy to finish the paperwork and send us on our way to renting out this space, we love it.

The apartment really have thin walls so you could literally hear your neighbor snoring. The apartment it self is old and considering the amount of rent you pay it is not worth it. Parking is also a big problem and the leasing office does not take care of cars only tows cars have a parking pass and leave unregistered cars to be parked for decades.

I lived in this community for a long time now and I am pleased by how the appearance of the grounds and the additional amenities that have been added while I have been here. The location is great. I am in walking distance of several shopping centers and an easy drive to at least 3 different grocery stores.

Having just moved to Fairfax Square, I appreciate the leasing staff's proactive communication during the application process and subsequent move-in. Patrick in particular, answered all of my questions and kindly checked in with me afterward to make sure I had settled in well. I am enjoying living here and would recommend Fairfax Square.

Ikea was so knowledgeable and made the move in process seamless. Thank you for all your help, Ikea! The townhome is so spacious and quiet. The community seems safe and friendly. The amenities are very modern and well kept.

Still issues with air vs heat issues. Windows need cleaning outside lots of spiders webs outside window? Help with that please. Over all like the community... no one answers the main number when I try to reach someone.

Nice location for a fine price. A good community atmosphere with a mix of demographics. Feels safe.. A drawback is the dumpster situation--One large dumpster, a distance from my door, that often ends up overflowing anyway. They need more dumpsters. Their guest parking situation is complicated; is difficult to have guests over that may stay multiple days.. Overall I have recommended this complex to others with a candid, mixed review. Isn't the best home situation, but I think is a decent value at the price.

I have had a very good experience with Fairfax Square. The apartments are clean and if any issues arise maintenance is quick to fix. The leasing office is almost always available and when they aren't they will let you know by email prior. The only issues for would be limited parking spaces.

We have no words to thank enough Karla Feliciano! She went above and beyond to solve a problem we had. I would like to clarify that it was over a weekend and that she was at a different location than her regular work community. She is committed to get results! What an amazing person she is!!!!!

The walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors. I always wake up from the snoring downstairs. The staffs are really hard to get in touch. I have been living here for 6 month now, but have not gotten my referral credit and they never reply to my e-mails on the issue. For the amount of money you pay to live here, I would highly recommend other apartments that are more new and has attentive staffs.

Overall I am very happy in Fairfax Square. However, the management must address the garbage issue at the dumpster closest to Little River Turnpike. It is usually overflowing with garbage and you can't get close when dropping off garbage. This will become a health hazard now that the weather is warming up.

Very welcoming community. Most neighbors are very respectful. Staff is willing to work with people in order to help them have the best stay possible. The apartments themselves are great and accessible and maintenance is always ready to help.

I was assisted by Kenny in the office and he was so helpful and informative! The community and environment was beautiful. Even the other employees, Christina, Avaija, Melony and Amy were all so kind. I will definitely be coming back to lease.

I have been living here almost a year. The Fairfax Square is located in Fairfax Old Town. Lots of arts, shopping centers, and restaurants are around this area. Very convenient. The community is very safely. The service is excellent.

I have really enjoyed living here since I moved in. The halls are cleaned and vacuumed daily. They are convenient to the mall, grocery stores, downtown Fairfax City and George Mason. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
