Great people to be around Management and Maintenance are the best, their web platform works great for maintenance repairs to paying your rent. Very nice clubhouse with a workout area and UPS/ FedX drop-off lock boxes and a great swimming pool. I wished they had a car wash area for the tenants, that would be sweet.

Community is great! The staff is friendly and very professional! I recommend this place for any students moving to the area! For the price that you pay it is one of the more economical choices for students!

It is a peaceful community surrounded by natural beauty. The service is very good and personally I haven't experienced any problems till date. The neighbors are really helpful. And this place is highly accessible to all the essential stores.

It has been a great experience so far with no large issues. The community is quiet but also lively with kids, it's a little expensive as is everything in NOVA, and comes with an outdoor balcony. The maintenance team is quick and thorough.

Lovely apartment complex older but very well maintained including the grounds.The maintenance and office staff are very prompt and helpful. The area has a lot of shopping and good restaurants .Close to the beltway.

Poor Management: over promise and under deliver and poor maintenance: lack of knowledge on what they have to fix. Requests never addressed: front door never locked properly, fireplace was missing parts, hallway bathroom door off one hinge, etc. Parking your second car is a nightmare, my car got towed from the "visitors parking". Nice location

It was good. helped us a lot. All the issues are rectified promptly nothing as complaint as of now . It would be better of they come as earlier and come with the equipment priory of not it is taking a day to get complete

We are in a top-floor unit with a beautiful forest view of the edge of Daniels Run. We appreciate the leasing office staff for being so kind. As first-time renters, we feel we got fortunate finding FFX Square.

family place, it's clean, well conserved and looks always being taken care of. Good appliances (could be a little better) and cabinets. Could have an open kitchen area but doesn't make difference for me.

Transfer to a different unit
The staff at Fairfax has been great! I was in a tough situation and the staff helped me tremendously. I’m grateful for their patience and understanding. I’m happy to resign another lease here and want to thank them for all their help.

Poised, Professional, and Very Patient Leasing Agents
After keenly listening to our requirements, Polly gave us a tour of the property, discussed and documented details on the best units that would meet our needs, and conveyed the leasing process administrivia. When follow up questions were posed both Polly and Shamicka were quick to address our queries. This is a lovely development and I can very strongly recommend Polly and Shamicka as top tier representatives of Van Metre properties.

A very careful experience with the working persons and the office staff. It was a good reception and connection with the members of the company. And everything in the apartment is working fine. We are expecting to stay here till end of the year!!

This is a very great place to live in. Great location, great layout of the apartment (Especially for the kitchen. I love the kitchen that is easily separated from the living roam. With a door, we can prevent the baby from going into the kitchen and meet some danger items such as knife.) Very convenient to supermarkets and shopping malls. Will strongly recommend Fairfax Square Apartment!

It's been great so far. Moved in in 2021 and just resigned another lease. The leasing staff has been great. Shamika, Polly, Amy all have been professional and handled any issues I have had. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking

So far it's been a good experience. Love the location of the apartment, it's close to every store you can think of really. Any issues I've had with the apartment has been handled in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and always help resolve any issues.

Fairfax city is a very nice location. There are many shopping centers, bus stops, and public attractions to visit. There is a nice old town area with outdoor activities, always has people walking outside.

The apartments are clean, quiet and well maintained. And there's lots of closet space! The staff is professional and quick to respond. Parking is easy and the community is safe. It's a good location too!
