I really Liked the service of the office. They helped me alot with printing my documents and saved my time. The things were not working properly on time and the service of the people here was very great and helpful .

Fairfax Square is a quiet community with friendly staff. We have been living here 2 years and have greatly enjoyed them. Being in Fairfax is incredibly convenient and there is plenty to do in the city.

Some problems
Usually I don’t like to write any bad reviews, but in this time I’m writing for management the community if I have a problem in any apartment you have to be fix it right away or you take the action to fix the problems now the my problem take 12 day . at least nobody call or give me a call , at least see when the problem be fix after too many time call and the banging people to say something or take the action to fix right away Thank you

The community is great overall. The schools are also good because they are close commute. The shopping centers are great also. Everything is close by which is perfect.I rate this community a 6. The stuffs are very friendly

Great community, great staff . We moved for a short time period since we are temporarily here. Complex is clean, neat and very quiet. Surrounded by trees but still in Fairfax downtown. Office staff is very helpful and kind.

The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly, making the indoor environment uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered some issues with pests, which was quite unpleasant. While the location was convenient, these factors significantly affected my experience, leading to a 2.5 rating.

It's a clean and pleasant community to live in. I've lived in Fairfax Square before and it's improved in condition, responsiveness and quality of life overall. It's been a pleasant experience moving in and the community isn't too rowdy or obnoxious.

The leasing process was very simple, and the managers were all very helpful. The apartment was as advertised, clean, and ready for move in. There are a ton of amenities in the community and Fairfax Square is in an excellent location.

Visit to fairfax square community and applying a lease to rent
This community looks amazing and beautiful with greens all around with a club house which has a gym,swimming pool and also a library where we can study,browse through the internet and spend a very quality time. The best part is it is surrounded with cue stops , a pavilion which has all a person needs including the bank .

Hey, just wanted to give a shout-out to our maintenance guy, Michel! He's seriously awesome and has been a total lifesaver for us and our home. Michel was super cool and friendly. He's the kind of guy you can easily chat with while he's fixing stuff. But don't let his laid-back vibe fool you; this dude knows his stuff inside out. No matter what issue we threw his way, he handled it like a pro. Leaky faucets, clogged pipes, wonky electrical stuff - you name it, he fixed it! What's really cool about Michel is his problem-solving skills. He's like a maintenance magician. Even with tricky problems, he always found a way to make it right. And the best part? He's always up for explaining what went wrong and how we can avoid it in the future. Talk about being proactive!
