Dream apartment and prime location!

I’ve lived here for about a year and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with its spacious layout. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the kitchen appliances are stainless steel with a gas range. The location is close to everything I need, cafes, parks and Trader Joes 5 min away. The building amenities are top-notch! There's a well-equipped gym, and a resort style pool. The management team is friendly and responsive. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment enough.

So far it's been amazing. Moving in was easy and fast when receiving the keys to my apartment. I love the area and the community. It's really welcoming and I have been enjoying the amenities they have to offer for everyone apart of the community.

Has a lot of fixings, and repairs in the house, need the staff to carefully examine them. Old house, but the demo house has many things that attract such as new wardrobe doors, and new taps, toilets, etc. But the handover house has old equipment with lots of repairs, and maintained team say those can't be replaced

Well kept, safe, lovely & caring Staff---since I moved in back in 2018, I have come to call Fairfax Square my home. It is a clean, safe environment, nice & caring neighbors-- have gotten to know many folks here over the years--maintenance & office staff caring & very responsive!

Even though the building I live in is maybe 20 yrs old, management is pretty good with upkeep. I cannot thank the maintenance staff enough. They are efficient and professional. All of them! The office staff is great too. Always ready to help.

Thank you. As mentioned, the total price includes the office fees, application fees, utilities, and the high rent. I just need an answer: Why did she say that the apartment has been taken? Additionally, she mentioned "prove up and down." What does that mean?

Everything was good, the only thing bothering us is the loud squeaks from the upstairs neighbors floor. Please if any stuff member can come and hear the squeaks when the people living upstairs walk, it is impossible to sleep.

Apartment was dirty when moving in and smelt off, bathroom sink was leaky, and property manager wad condescending. There were dirty glue traps under sink and fridge, after telling property manager of our issues he was a bit condescending, mentioning that we were price sensitive though it was completely unrelated to the issue. Sent in the cleaning crew, who did handle most of the dirt but there were still dorty glue traps when we came back. Rest of the staff was great.

Dishwasher

Right away this maintenance man ' Inmar Garcia 'knew the issue with the dishwasher not draining water, and he's fixed the problem right away, and without any mess or water going anywhere. Very experienced, and knows how to fix the problem within few minutes The problem was fixed right away

The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. Very accessible to Fairfax City, close to most popular places to eat and shop. Location is really a plus. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. They are quick to answer concerns.

Great community only problem is there is never any parking you have people parking cars without permits or broken down project cars on visitor parking and never moving them taking space away from others

Living at Fairfax Square has been an excellent experience. The area is quiet and safe, and the location is super convenient. The leasing office team is amazing, always kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Maintenance usually handles things quickly. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes, but overall, I'm happy here.

The location of this community is ideal in the Fairfax City location and having been a longtime resident here has been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, due to the constant increases in fees and rent prices without having any updates done on my unit, my time in this community may come to an end soon.

LOVE IT! Beautiful Community!

I lived in this apartment for four wonderful years and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The management team was always professional, friendly, and responsive. Polly Smith and Abby Bos, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—they were always helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. The apartment itself was well-maintained, and the overall community was quiet, clean, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

Not great, honestly. They allow residents to smoke in their units and don't do anything to regulate noise or proper disposal of garbage. The management team isn't very responsive to problems at all. Maintenance staff are excellent, but the apartment management is very poor.

The apartment complex is very well maintained, the staff are very friendly. I have recommended the complex to several of my friends. The apartments are older, but they're a lot bigger than the newer complexes. You definitely get more for your money.
