Amazing customer service. Sylvi has a bright future. Van Metre is fortunate to have her. She helped me through the first phase of apartment shopping and informed me of all of my options. I recommend her to anyone who is in search of an apartment to as for her.

Door Repair
I recently requested a door repair, and the response was fantastic. Mr. Omari arrived promptly that morning and assessed the issue. He was incredibly professional and polite throughout the entire process. The repair itself was completed efficiently within 20 minutes. I'm very impressed with the Fairfax Square maintenance department and especially Mr. Omari's excellent service.

Maintenance
We submitted a request for a microwave issue, and the response was quick. The next day, Cornell came and informed us that we needed a new one. He promptly requested it for us. Within two days, the new microwave arrived, and Conell and Omari efficiently completed the job in less than 30 minutes. We are grateful to the Fairfax Square maintenance department, Conell, and Omari for their excellent service.

Clean n quite but a little over price for the place that I'm feeling. And I lived bottom floor but I can hear every step with wood squeeze sounds all the times... I didn't think about that when I signed a lease here.. don't get a bottom floor.

Cornell provided excellent service fixing our towel rod. Quick, efficient, and the rod feels secure. Impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend their services for any household repairs.

Thank you fair fax squar emaintance department conell and vason . I was having a problem with the washer they solved the problem quickly and replaced it by a new one . In brief They are Excellent attitude and communication.

The community is great but in the past year seems like a lot of students are moving in so it's becoming more noisy but other than that the staff is great and they do seem like they care about your concerns

Great property management experience
I have had a great experience with the entire property management team since I have been at Fairfax square. They are quick and attentive when issues arise and helped adjust my move out during my current lease. When I lost my keys traveling, Alfonso secured a key for me that I could pick up after hours so I had access to my apartment.

Very good experience living at Fairfax Square. Enjoy how well the grounds are kept up and the clean walkways, gym, and pool. Staff are friendly and had no issues. Survey is irritating having to type 200 characters. Recommend dropping it.

Fairfax Square has been great. The benefits of being in an "older" community are that the rooms are large and the outdoor trees/plants/etc. are all mature and beautiful. The units are a nice size and the residents contribute toward making things look good.

Very quiet community. Convenient to shopping, schools and transportation. The amenities are especially nice ! The rental staff was very accommodating and patient with my housing needs both physically and financially. Very affordable community!

Trash is always overflowing
The trash situation here is horrible. The trash is not picked up nearly enough, causing the trash area to constantly be overflowing. The recycling bins are worthless because people pile their trash on top of the bins. Trash needs to be picked up more often or larger trash receptacles are needed.

Horrible so far. Townhouses are very old and floors make unbelievably loud squeaking noise. Appliances are low quality. Trash container is too far. Parking place is too far. Neighbors are not very friendly. Maintenance is not good, never call in advance (call 30 min before coming over) and they just show up when ever they want. Playgrounds are horrible. Gym is not good, showers horrible. Just an awful place to live in.

Everything has been great. The staff are very helpful and all my inquiries are responded to promptly. I have not had many issues at all with my unit. The landscaping is beautiful in summer and the community is very nice.

Horrible experience from the start. Apartment had many issues which were not addressed properly and are still not fixed even after almost one month of being here. Residents are not friendly here, playgrounds are in horrible conditions. Parking is terrible too. I do not recommend this place. Trash bins are way too far, I mean pretty much a half a mile away from our apartment!

Very nice place to live. Working and retired people. The pool facility is excellent and beautiful. I would highly recommend living in this community. The bedrooms are spacious. The complex is well maintained.

Bad experience with maintenance. We requested maintenance 2 weeks ago and still waiting for someone to come and fixed , in the building there is a rotten problem and nobody fixed, there is lot rats everywhere

Almost repair services are great and clear. But you guys always fix the small repair stuff immediately. I mean that you guys did not repair the big problem stuff such as dish washer. So plz come and fix the dish washer problem.
