This is a beautiful community. Tawny is a great help, she is very kind and gives good information about the community. The units are very nice here, it’s in a great area next to a shopping center, bus stops, and close to the elementary schools! Quiet neighborhood. Great experience so far :)

it was not pleasing and I wouldn't recommend move in here to any of my family or friends. Yes I signed the lease so I have to stay for now but the move in was worse. The only good thing was the technician came in immediately to fix the equipment and was nice.

Leasing office could do better. I asked them a question about changing the locks on the apartment and they said they will contact me back and they never did. They said maintenance will come do a move in maintenance, and they never came after I requested them to come after 2 pm since I’m sleeping in the morning because i work nights

I do not recommend to stay on these apartments, increase monthly rent almost 20% and when i asked them, they told there are leveraging to market value which is very less and there is no respect at the leasing office to tenets, once you lease the sign you are gone for entire lease tenure. also they have charged for previous four months of Water/Trash/sewage at the time of final settlements , though they are charging for the same every month. simply, ignore these apartments.

Find some other place to live, they don’t even do proper maintenance checks when a new resident moves in. Hell my apartment door wouldn’t even latch closed when I moved in. Is that the kind of quality you want to pay almost $2k a month for, probably not so you’ll want to find somewhere else to live.

This apartment is great because of its location where it's walking distance to the super market and public transportation of you do not have a car to get around. The only downside, in my opinion, are the outdated kitchen and materials used in the bathroom. No matter how often, I clean the bathroom, it always looks like I didn't clean. And the stove in the kitchen is discouraging. I hate to cook on that thing.

My experience has been moderate. My apartment is lovely! It's spacious and the floor plan is comfortable. However, for the last few months my living experience has been subpar due to a continuous issue of noise pollution and disturbance from my upstairs neighbor. I have filed several complaints with management. They have given me options for transfer and early lease termination. However, due to the cost of living and my budget, I can't afford to move. I wish that management would be more aggressive with their resolution of the noise pollution that uncontrollably enters my apartment. I have been more than accomodating and am frustrated with this ongoing issue. I have absolutely no control over the noise my neighbor makes. It's disrespectful and disheartening that more has not been done to assure my right to fair housing.

It's nice, we have been here a month and while things were a little confusing in the beginning, we've come a long way. Wish the place was a little cheaper as it is a little too high but ok! Also I wish we had at least 1 assigned parking spot but you don't.

Good Staff and services are too good. Trash recycling and Lawn cleaning are really perfect. Sevice tickets are usually addressed in 2 -24hrs. Nice community, good neighbors, well-maintained play area for Kids.

We have bad experience of rodents issue in current apartment, issue is really irritating and creating lot of dirt in this apartment. Even though pest control do visit weekly basis but still rodents keep coming

We were given this unite first but then we found out that it had so much bugs. After 10 days we were transferred to a new unit for which the sink wasnt working. We found out soon as we walked in. Called leasing office told them why we were transferred if the unit wasnt ready for move in but the guy in leasing office argued with me. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Cant wait to move out next year.

The place is quite and also has a spacious and convenient parking lot and maintains come quickly for repairs and public transport is next to the apartment and also marketplace pharmacy nearby .The house is generally suitable for living so I am so happy living in assembly Herndon.

Location is very good , center of city but maintenance is very worst need to do more follow ups .its wooden floor loud noise if you walk or run . Play area need to be improved . Open parking space. Enough parking

Do not move here. People in the front office and on the maintenance team are very nice, but management rotates constantly with no positive changes. They will announce massive renovation projects with little notice, and will not assist with other living costs in the time being. For example, they repiped all of the plumbing in our apartments, which required us to move out all of our belongings from the cabinets and shower area, move the refrigerator, and relocate our pets for the duration of the project (which took several days). During this time, I was working and doing graduate school from home, and I have two cats, so I could not stay in this unit during the construction. They did not assist with hotel costs OR reduce rent for the month. Emergency maintenance does not do anything. My washing machine broke several times while it was full with water and clothes over the weekend, and they did nothing to fix it. I was forced to take my soaking wet clothes to the laundromat and wait 3 days for them to fix the appliance. That being said, appliances are very out dated. There was also a massive leak in the roof that led to water damage in my apartment that had to be fixed TWICE and the drywall was left on my carpet. Noise is CONSTANT--they do not care about screaming children outside (the noise reaches the highest floor of apartments), and the floors are so thin that noisy neighbors from downstairs wake you up in the middle of the night with their fighting or parties. Also, good luck trying to get them on the phone. If they are away from the phone, the call will be routed to emergency maintenance regardless of what the issue is. I once had a very serious concern and attempted to contact the property manager, but was told they would not be available for another 3 weeks. If there is any advice I can offer, it is to NOT move here. Don't waste your livelihood.

Good community with affordable pricing comes up with few compromises. The entrance lighting is not turning On until 9PM which is one of the safety concern. The apartments are very old, could see cracks and patches everywhere which can be easily spotted. Regardless, the community has a good connection with neighborhood and family places, shopping, etc.,

poor and old aprtment. floor always make noise too many water leaks some of office staff member are very rude. printer has been out since 2018 and still no fixes.. poor community courtesy service (like printers, gym etc) window and door leaks , very hard to live in winter time.

Irresponsible staff who never maintain proper communication with residents. If you have a serious question regarding your bill or lease they will ignore you. You need to call at least few times to get a proper response. Horrible experience with new management.
