I like Barrington Park. It is very quiet at night and the grass always looks nice. The maintenance man, Juan, is just great and we appreciate him very much. It's close to Old Town Manassas and also to the parkway.

The front office and maintenance crew is spectacular. Very efficient and friendly. The units are maintained and clean. We could use a new playground and basketball court for the local kids and families to enjoy,but other then that highly recommended

I've been living at this property since 2021, an overall I'm satisfied with the staff here at the property. Although the apartment complex is across the street from a firehouse, the noise from the fire trucks isn't a nuisance.

I know I keep stating the same thing now but we have been here for 13 years now and there isn't anything new to add that I can think of. What I will say is we never want to lose Juan Lume in maintenance!! He is such a wonderful, friendly man who always has a smile and is always willing to help you with anything. Thank you Juan.

This apartment complex is decent overall. The property is usually clean and fairly well maintained. Management is good and maintenance is pretty punctual. It's not luxury living, but it's a comfortable and reasonable place to live.

Barrington park is a wonderful place to live it's close to the Prince William park way it's close to giant KFC MCDONALDS and all types of restaurants depending on were you work it could be close to the job

Maintenance request

Juan is amazing. Every time I put in a maintenance request he always gets in down in a timely manner. He is always very nice. I give him 5 stars. I never have to wait for anything to get ever get fixed it fast.

Make sure you view the apartment you want to move into, day of getting keys do a walk through and even check inside ovens, sprinklers, bathrooms, washer and dryer (even the surroundings). Overall the apartment is fine. just get through the checklist and don't sugercoat because this is your home!

Friendly, safe community within walking distance to grocery store and close to a gym. Maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely manner whenever issues arise. Plenty of parking. Neighbors are all friendly.

We just want to give a huge shoutout to Juan. He's been part of this community for a long time, and it really shows. He knows the property, the residents, and is always on top of any service request we put in and things get fixed quickly and done right. On top of that, Juan is always friendly and consistently says hi, which honestly makes such a difference. He's genuinely helpful, approachable, and clearly cares about the people who live here. He's a big reason this community feels like home and why we continue to stay. We're so lucky to have him! Juan truly makes this place what it is.

Barrington Park has by far been the best apartment I have lived in. Now only are they spacious multilevel units, but the community is very calm. The apartments makeup for the fact that unfortunately there aren't any amenities such as a Gym,Pool, etc. the maintenance team is phenomenal and very kind.
