Staff is very professional, respectful, and prompt. There are a lot of great stores a short walk or bike ride away. Everyone seems to be very respectful of one another. I do wish they had a bike rack so I didnt have to carry my bike up and down stairs each day.

The staff is excellent. Jennifer and Andrew are efficient and welcoming. Their door is always open for a visit or for any questions or concerns. They try hard to host community events for the residents. The maintenance staff responded promptly on two different occasions and resolved the small matters, quickly. The community is quiet, aside from the normal traffic noise. The dog park is clean and the grounds well maintained. It seems that everyone looks out for each other. People that live here are friendly and kind. The location is convenient to transportation, grocery stores, etc. I would recommend Barrington Park Apartments to anyone looking for a home.

The management/office staff at Barrington Park Apartments is exceptional and very helpful. They take time to listen to any concerns and answer all of your questions. Our move-in was stress free thanks to their help and the information they provided. I would highly recommend renting here if you're looking to move soon.

Barrington Park is a nice place to live. The maintenance staff is new and I love them! This is a pet friendly community and everyone follows the guidelines. I always get a response to questions right away. The new office staff is working hard to bring the community together with activities.

We are extremely pleased with the entire Barrington Park community. The management staff was extremely helpful from the very first day we inquired about the possibility of renting. The people living here have been so friendly. Always a wave or a pleasant smile. Our dog has adapted to apartment life because of the beautiful grounds and dog park. Can not say enough about our life here!

It's been fantastic ! Nice office staff An management. Clean neighborhood . Communication with tenant is fantastic . Easy to pay one line. Would highly recommended this group ! They take pride is their community they are always doing fun things for the residents

Nice community but too many large dogs and trash compactors not working is an issue. Also need pest control around the compactor. Also suggest finding an admin that is reliable when speaking with resident.

I have only lived in the community a short time,but so far no issues. The area appears to be clean and well maintained. The location is close to shopping and public transportation. I wish there were more amenities available.

The community is very pleasent and secluded. The area feels safe and quiet. The office staff is helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. A very pet friendly environment. We had an easy and smooth move in.

My Fiancé and I recently moved in after month of looking and coming up empty handed. After coming across Barrington Park we decided to give Manassas one last shot. Secluded and tucked away in a nice part of town, we knew immediately that Barrington Park was the place we were looking for. A bit apprehensive about reaching out to the leasing consultants due to past bad experiences. Our opinions changed instantly as soon as we met Jason Kennedy a super friendly leasing consultant who had our best interest from the very beginning. He worked aimlessly to make sure we were in the unit that we wanted and not pushed into something just for a profit like some other properties have tried to do. We were kept with updates on the community and availability until the day we signed the lease. Needless to say, we both are very pleased with Barrington Park and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, quite community. Thank you Jason and the rest of the staff here at Barrington. You all have been wonderful! -Kyle

The property manager and leasing consultant are both extremely nice and organized. Our two story townhome was spotless and ready for us to move in. The community is quiet, clean, and safe. So far, we don't want to leave Barrington Park Apartments, and intend to stay here for a while! We love it!

Awesome place. Great staff. Clean community... But... if your neighbor is a smoker, prepare to smell that nonsense in your apartment too. Oh, and there's dog poop all over the grass because a lot of the pet owners who live here are lazy and have no regard for the fact that children play in the grass.

So far my experience at Barrington has been wonderful. The staff is amazing. The maintenance guy is outstanding. Other than the occasional foot traffic in the back yard, the community is a bit more quiet than most which is excellent! Everyone seems to be friendly.

Barrington Park is a nice place to live. The buildings and parking areas are in great shape. The maintenance staff is professional and quick to fix any problems that arise. And it is very pet friendly as well.

Great so far. Community is wonderful, pleasant neighbors and staff are very professional. My only concern is that each townhouse should have had a garage and the community would use a swimming pool. Overall great place.

Nice and quiet community and very clean, parking can challenging in certain parts of the community but over all very nice for young renters and sense of community. Wish there were more amenities like a gym or pool for residents.

I've only been here 2 months and I already can't wait for my lease to be up!! Upon moving in from another state I noticed My townhouse stinks from the rug and I had a spot on the kitchen floor vinyl that looks like urine and the vinyl stinks up my kitchen and bathroom. I asked that they be replaced and I was told I would have to pay for it myself. Why do I have to pay for something that should have been taken care of before I moved in?

Thus far, my time here in the community has proven to be valued and cared for very well. My issues at move in were addressed rapidly and issues since in the same fashion. As the common areas are maintained in a preventative method, there are only minor issues ever seen.

I really enjoy being at Barrington Park apartments, it's definitely a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and I love the dog park that was added! I also love how it's walking distance to a few shopping areas!

I love it here! They keep in contact with you to let you know what's going on if you need something and they can't get it right away. They are friendly in the office and maintenance is extremely knowledgeable!

I appreciate the staff here at Barrington Park community making my stay pleasant. I feel welcome when I have questions and staff is eager to help. Because of the consistent quality service from staff, I will recommend Barrington Park as the place to call home.

The community is clean parking is a little challenging if you live in a certain bldg inside the community and you don't have a garage. Overall the maintenance and cleanliness is perfect just needs more outdoor space for residents
