Great team

I lived for a year in Barrington Park. Location was great for me, everything which i needed was near. I have to move out bcuz i am working now 60miles away. Especially Tiarra was so helpful for my questions and requests. Apartments are in good condition, all area is always clean and good cared. Juan,Emily,Tiarra are legends at their work. I highly recommend this apartments to live .

Recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. My townhouse is great and has lots of space I would like a balcony but no big deal it compensates for the extra space. Tiara and Emily were so pleasant and I appreciate how quick they are to respond. I also like that we are close to many places.

Incredible Experience

They were extremely courteous, patient, and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. Juan is so friendly and helpful. I know if I have a problem it's going to be taken care of quickly. The apartments are quiet and even though they are directly across from a fire station, you really don't even notice. You rarely if ever hear neighbors and I am happy with the overall quality of this apartment complex.

The community and management has declined since I moved in. They dont listen. There are illegal activities going on in the back parking lot. More children are out riding the bikes and cars are speeding through the community left alone, "noisey" cars coming in and out at 3 am in the morning. And lets not forgot about the lack of large pet waster not being picked up. People from the communities next to Barrington Park are coming and have the pets do there business and leave. This is also a continuous flow of people walking through from one neighbor to the other side. No onsite monitoring.

When we first moved here I'm 2019 we absolutely loved it! The rent matched the property. But since living here everything inside started to fall apart. Everything inside the home is so cheaply put together, we've had our washing machine break twice as well as having to get a new dryer, the pipes under the sink exploded and floaded our entire main floor, and the list just keeps going. We are so thankful for the maintenance staff for working with us and being so prompt with fixing things. The actual community itself was also great at first but then the longer we lived here the more car break-ins seemed to happen as well as the illegal activity at the basketball court and dog park.

Car Parking space need to improve Nothing much and rental is super expensive compare to other market trend. Please try to understand the tenant contribution and commitment as well for whenever they are requesting for help or discounts.

The community as a whole is good, people are quiet and usually mind their own business. I personally find that when I walk down the street to my unit I can always wave hello or good morning to someone, and they will wave and say good morning back.

Grounds are kept clean. Maintenance staff respond to issues in a timely manner. Grounds well lit. Provide social gathering on special holidays for community. Ample free parking front and back entrance, however you can pay for reserved parking close to your apartment. Different age group, and race/ethnicity living peacefully together.

Great until I had an move issue I wanted addressed and now I can't get an answer to when the problem will be addressed. Waited all day for maintenance and they never came by, called, etc. Now my carpet is mess

The community is ok. Single father trying to maintain stability for my daughter. The community is somewhat safe. Although I don't own a pet there is lots of dogs mess along the side facing the condos. Cars tend to spend down the street.

Office staff are very helpful. I was able to move in a few days after inquiry. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in. The carpet seemed new. The community is clean except for the trash area which gets full.

So far we are loving the community. It's very well maintained and the staff has been very accommodating. Anytime we've had to put in a maintenance request it is answered right away and maintenance staff has been wonderful. Very happy with our move!

Unique apartment complexes that more look like townhouse. Helpful staff and Juan from maintenance has always been quick to take care of any problems we have had. The grounds are always well taken care of. Nice place to live.

Barrington Park, A pretty nice community, friendly people, very nice staff, maintenance is always quick, parking is a plenty. Pros: - Very friendly people overall - Relatively quiet - Maintenance is always very quick - Staff is very responsive Cons: - Area can be a little loud at times (fire station across the street, Vehicles) - Rubbish area is a lot of times in disorder (more of community discipline problem) - Common grounds sometimes not fully taken care of (Trees untrimmed for some periods, common walkways starting to grow moss, flickering/dying lights in common areas) Overall for the time I've been here, living here has been pretty nice, many shopping areas nearby, schools very accessible, it doesn't feel crowded, it feels safe, and everyone is pretty friendly, wouldn't mind recommending to friends, and staying longer myself!

I just wish my rent didn't go up so high this time around by almost $400 so I'm forced to consider other options. other than that it a great community. I also wish there was a car wash area or maybe a pool.

Our maintenance man (Juan) are always respectful and courteously with very good customer service. However, there was one issue during this previous maintenance call, the maintenance men that replaced our A C on Sunday June 12, 2022 at 630pm. They came that evening doing dinner meal. I feel we should have been notified prior to this being schedule and not for Juan to shown up at my door with three men to change out the A C unit?Although Juan said he call but it still was late in the evening. In addition, he pretty said much it was at their convenience because the maintenance people was in the area. Juan had already been working on the Air Conditioning earlier that day for at least 3-4 hour. Nevertheless, now our A C works GREAT!

The community is clean and well maintained. The facilities are attentive and supportive of the tenants needs. The maintenance staffs of very helpful and friendly. The staff communicates with the community on events and any information sharing needed.

Upper management lacks any sense of humanity when a life changing situation hits a tenant. I would not recommend leasing from Van Metre. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else and check policies about life changing events.

My experience has been ok at Barrington Park. The ladies in the office are very kind and they have a lot of social gatherings here. The apartments are not as spacious as you would think they would be but they will do. They are pet friendly which is a plus and the neighbors all seem very friendly. It a good community to live in.

I love this community! It is very nice and close by everything! Very pet friendly! Only issue is just people not picking up their pet waste. Or leaving toys on the sidewalks. I would still recommend this community to anyone!
