For transitional housing community served us well. We truly appreciate the pet friendly leasing option, looking for temporary lease (only 1 year) in this area options were extremely limited having two dogs. Apartment layout was family living friendly, in good condition, maintenance and office staff very friendly.

Easy resident and visitors parking(aka the same). Convenient office hours. Good location. Very Dog friendly. Large 1st floor patio. Could use more closet storage throughout the apartment. Has dog poop stations.

Cute apartment that has plenty of space for me and my cat. Maintenance and office staff are quick with responses and repairs that need fixing. Neighbors are kind of loud upstairs and stay awake late at night.

We have enjoyed living at Barrington park. The staff is nice, plenty of parking, and generally quiet neighborhood. As with most apartments the walls are somewhat thin and we could always hear our upstairs neighbors.

Hello, my name is Diana. I recently visited Barrington Park a few months ago. As I was driving by I decided to stop because of how beautiful the property was. I proceeded to enter the leasing office and met a young woman by the name of Tiara who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. We discussed the availability of a three bedroom apartment. At the time there were none available so we discussed the possibility of a two bedroom. She offered a tour of the two bedroom, however I was not interested. She obtained my contact information to follow up with me at a later time if a three bedroom became available. About a week later I received a phone call from Emily, I believe she is the property manager, to follow up about availability. Unfortunately I already found a place. Nonetheless I really appreciated how kind, respectful & responsive the staff is. Overall, I had a great experience and if I plan to move in the future Barrington would definitely be an option.

Barrington park apartments are at a great location close to many plazas and pharmacies. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The surroundings are always neat and clean. I love that they have a kids and dog play area(they are separate)

I lived at Barrington a couple years back and decided to move back this year due to the quality. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance is very kind and professional. There's new folks this year but thus far I have only had good experiences with them.

It's nice enough. Not really anything to complain about. We got a great deal on our apartment, so that's nice. We stuck around to renew our lease. We never got our carpet cleaning we were promised, but it is what it is.

Lovely experience. Fast and simple application process. Staff was polite made sure everything went smoothly and all issues were immediately taken care of. Maintenance was swift with all requests and work was done to satisfaction. Only thing that's missing is a pool but who knows it could be coming in the future.

I love living in this neighborhood Nice and clean. I like how the staff and team are effecient. I haven't had any problems living in this complex. Maintenance quickly comes to fix things immediately you report them.

Overall it is a nice place to live, but there are a few shortcomings in my unit. The water pressure is too weak; there is no sprayer on the kitchen sink; the bathroom fan cannot be turned off and it is loud; and the countertops are so dark, I am constantly wiping them because I cannot see if anything is on it; and in the winter, the bedroom is very cold due to the single paned windows! Also, not enough storage.

Great community with a very helpful staff. The apartment I'm renting is a two floor 1123 sqft unit and it's amazing. I highly recommend renting from here... aside from some general dirt/damage upon move in, I assume from the people who came to paint and redo the carpets before we moved in... the place is amazing and surprisingly well built

The area is remote enough to be peaceful while remaining close enough for an easy drive or walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The quality of the staff is far above what I have come to expect from previous communities. Like clockwork the common areas are cleaned daily. We are notified well in advance for scheduled maintenance and the quality of the maintenance team is top notch.

This is a great place for large breed dogs and the atmosphere is quiet, the management team is awesome, the complex is across the street from a 711, a McDonald's, and a Giant Food store less than a quarter-mile away. Maintenance respond to work orders fast

Overall this community is good. The units are very spacious and the property management staff is top notch. As with any apartment community you have some neighbors who are friendly and courteous and others who haven't figured out how to live appropriately just yet but you'll run into that everywhere.
