Everyone has been wonderful in fulfilling my needs for my apartment. Place is kept clean and neat which is always good. My experience has always been well worth a saying thank you. Moving foward i do see a lot more time and energy being put into the complex, which makes me happy

I love the community at barrington park. The office and maintenance staff is amazing and very friendly. Best place I ever lived from west coast to east coast. Thanks for always being awesome. Oh and the apartments are huge!

Overall we have had a great experience with the complex. If ever a problem arises the property managers and maintenance get it fixed asap. Love it here. Happy to call this place my home. Would recommend the to others.

Great safe community in an awesome location! The staff are always kind and helpful! Love the community cleaning as well making sure our community is clean and ready! Additionally the playground and picnic tables are nice

My experience here at Barrington Park has been 10/10 from the time I inquired about an apartment tour to now. All the staff are very friendly. The neighborhood is clean and well kept! The maintenance supervisor and his team are quick and efficient with service or any work orders. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent here in this area!

Every time I need repairs done with the house it’s always done in a timely manner by Juan. Plus access if there’s any other repairs needs to be done in the house, making sure that the residence didn’t forget anything. I love the hospitality that he brings when doing services for my family and I.

Juan Lume

Juan is simply outstanding, he should be the office manager. I am not impressed with a particular staff member that I spoke with in reference to the bldg getting a soft wash and it wet up my car & a neighbor’s car. I had just had my car washed & cleaned that morning, getting ready to go to work that night and the mess on my car, so mad, the manager disagreed with me & said it was not the contractor’s fault who did the soft wash on the side of the bldg. My car wash parked in my driveway when this was done. My daughter took pics of it, he did not agree. Juan Lume need to be the manager, he is much better than this new crew, yuck.

It has been great so far. The community is nice and well maintained. From the leasing process to maintenence, the property staff has been top notch but extra shout out to Juan the Maintenence Director who always goes the extra mile to ensure that any issue we have had, has been sorted out.

Come for the homes, Stay for Juan!

I've lived in a few different leasing communities and this one is safe and well managed. Normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review but I've gotta give a shoutout to maintenance man Juan! One of the kindest and most caring people I've ever met. He's got the answer to any problem and he genuinely wants you safe and comfortable, it matters to him. We're grateful every day that someone like Juan is patrolling our neighborhood.

Our experience has been excellent in view of the fact that we're here temporarily, as we had a fire at out nearby home and are awaiting return to it in Dec., hopefully. Also, we've had a couple of repair issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

Juan Is the best maintenance Director ever always polite always go over and beyond always make sure that everything is fixed in the community and just absolutely wonderful. If I have to rate one as the Maintenance Director, rate Juan 10 out 10 stars. My family and I have lived in this community for 10 years and he has been one of the best always making sure everything is done and if it’s not right, he go over and beyond to make sure to get it done right. Juan is great!

My smoke alarm upstairs was chirping. I put in the work order and Juan was here to fix it. He is fast and efficient. No more chirping in the night. A big thank you to Juan. If you need anything fixed , Juan is the best.
