So far, I've been very pleased with everyone I have encountered in the complex. From Jennifer who took me on a tour, answered my questions, and helped me with my lease, to Andrew who helped facilitate my move in. Great service so far, and I'm sure it will continue!

Everything was fast and clean and prompt staff was nice, able to sign lease online. The townhouse style condo is beautiful and clean, maintenance team are prompt and skillful always polite and fixing what ever issues I have on the same day of calling in the problem. Leasing staff are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I've always felt safe and secure here as a single woman.

Jennifer was very responsive, this made our decision very easy. We also felt this community was much safer than those around it and rates were good. Available sq feet for the price was much better than other similar communities.

So far I am pleased. The community is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. I look forward to referring more people to the complex. Before I moved in, I did not know what to expect. Management has answered all of my questions in great detail. I can tell that they genuinely care about the well being of their residents.

Overall, the Barrington Park community was great. It's a quiet community for the most part, but the current construction of a new Fire Station across the street has created unwanted noise and traffic at times. The units (1 bed/1 bath) are a fair size for a single person. I ultimately decided to move because I was looking for more amenities, the only amenities BPA offers a small dog park and basketball court. The management staff is pretty hands on and accessible (Jennifer is great!), they are good at engaging the community through competitions held in the office. The only negative thing I have to say about this community is regarding maintenance. They are very prompt with addressing maintenance issues, but many times (at least in my experience) they usually patched up the problem, they rarely fully fixed the problem. With decent sized units and a pretty good location I'd definitely recommend the Barrington Park Apartments as a place to live.

It has been a great pleasure and the office team and maintenance crew are friendly and professional. I definitely will be renewing again. It is close to shops and my children's school. Only wished that we had a pool. I believe that could make the community better.

I have been a resident at Barrington Park for the past several years and I have been very pleased with the community. The property management and maintenance staff are exceptionally personable and responsive. The community grounds are well maintained and quiet. I've enjoyed living in this community and would recommend it to anyone looking at properties in the Manassas area.

Excelente , el personal de la oficina siempre muy amable , muy buen servicio a los apartamentos, la limpieza muy buena , los parqueos excelente . Recomiendo estos aparta altamente , Me mude porque compre mi casa , de lo contrario mi hubiera quedado ah? . El precio me parece muy razonable .

Very positive experience. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Community is close to shopping and the Virginia Railroad Express (VRE) which made commuting easy before COVID-19. Now, having a separate community makes it easy to take a walk while still maintaining social distancing.

Barrington Park Apartments are well maintained, clean, and affordable. The maintenance staff is always polite and very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing stuff. The office staff is very kind, organized, and responsive. They take great pride in the Barrington Park Apartments and their residents.

Amazing staff and so quiet! I really enjoyed the move in experience. Very easy helpful and friendly! I am so glad I found it. Jason, Jenn, Andrew and Juan are AMAZING! I am so glad I found my new home.

We love the apartments; we have a two bedroom townhouse with a garage, which is something you can't just get anywhere. The maintenance and office staff are great! They are responsive, personable, and helpful. However, the community is lacking quite a bit. We have no additional amenities except a small playground that doesn't even interest our 9-year-old. There is a "dog park," which is nice for the dog owners. However, there is no pool, fitness center, or community center. We don't know our neighbors, and that is not for lack of trying. We wish there was a stronger focus on the community here.

Not enough words I could write could describe how amazing this place has been. Thank you to Jennifer, Andrew, Juan and Ali for helping make this place great. I have enjoyed my stay, and will refer to anyone I know looking for a great community to move into.

This is a small community full of very nice staff and neighbors. The rent is reasonable for the area but worth every penny for a wonderful staff. It is pretty quiet and close to the main areas of the DMV.

This is a great place to live, the office staff is friendly, the neighbors are great. It is a nice place to come home to everyday. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. I enjoy having a private patio.

Very clean apartment and grounds. Apartment has newer stainless steal kitchen appliances. I was worried that I would not have enough storage space in the 1 bed apartment, but the kitchen has more cabinet space then my friends house. Like, there's A LOT of cabinet space! The sign in folks were very friendly and only a 2 minute walk away if I need anything. Very happy with my choice so far.

I love this location, Apartments are well built, virtually sound proof walls, fireplaces heat up wonderfully in the winter. Gas stove is great! We love that the apartments are built like town homes, having an upstairs and a garage are both amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place.

They have several maintenance changes and that was a problem at our initial move in. The office staff did as much as they could to bring some resolve. I do miss having pool and fitness center on site. For the money, it is a great investment.

Jennifer and Andrew are the best! The most hard working when to the community and the resident. Since Jennifer take over things have gotten a like better when to listen to the resident and be thier when to make sure getting done with a follow call or email. Andrew have just great Addition to the team. I know if Jennifer not in I can count of Andrew to get things done. Andrew is pretty much Jennifer when she not in the office and I am happy to have the both of them. Rate them both 10 out 10 ! Thank you, Monique Ngobeh-Velasquez

Andrew and Jennifer are so nice. They helped me find the perfect home for my 1 year old and I. It's a clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, while also affordable. There's a nice walking path right out the door, and a play ground. The inside of the apartment is so clean as well and looks brand new. Crown molding in the walls, clean carpet, and clean appliances. Also has a big washer/dryer and big bathroom. Easily the nicest place I've seen in Manassas/Woodbridge for the affordable price.

Everything is quiet, neighborhood is very friendly, I love the posts with doggie bags conveniently put every corner. We definitely see ourselves living peacefully here with our newborn and 2 dogs. We appreciate the staff for making it so easy

I have lived here for 7 years and I love the community because is very safe ,quiet and very clean. I will definitely recommend to a friend or anyone looking to raise Is family . I love the play ground too.
