The people in the leasing office are great! Answered all my questions and provided us with a tour. Overall the community is beautiful and in a nice spot! Can't help but brag about how amazing this community is! definitely recommend

Its been a good experience so far the only problem i feel right now is there are aalot kf flies and bugs outside the main door. It should be addressed and sprays should be done consistently to resolve the issue

Juan is a wonderful employee here at Barrington Park and when I put in a maitenance ticket Juan handle sthe request with ease. He is also so very helpful in explaining that is wrong and how he will fix it.

My experience has been wonderful. The maintenance staff is always very friendly and courteous. They finish the job and always clean up appropriately. When you see them out and about they will always speak.

The office staff suck and don't know how to treat their residence they don't even know who lives here and every time we go into the office to have to ask, do you live here? that's no way to treat residence who pay so much money to live in a sucky community. that has no pool. no activities. The office hasn't really done anything for us residence. get back -----, -------- and ------ and -----. They did everything for us, but this office staff don't do nothing. And they're very rude.

Overall , I have very happy with this wonderful community. My main reasons for staying is the outstanding maintenance team led by Mr. Juan. I have never had any complaints!! Management teams come and go. I really miss Ms Emily and Ms. Tierra. We established a very special positive relationship. They really always checked on me as a senior citizen and as a caregiver to my adult daughter who has MS. They always showed me authentic care to ensure awe we're alright. Looking forward to forging a relationship with new management

The community was awesome until recently, the changes in the staff and the quality of the neighbors just isn't worth what I pay for rent. There are still some really good people here, but my time in this place has run its course.

Juan L is awesome

To whom it may concern, I write this as a letter of commendation for the impeccable work and professionalism of Mr. Juan L. That man is the physical embodiment of tact and technical proficiency. He single handedly traversed 3 flights of non-linear stairs carrying a full size porcelain toilet, replaced the faulty one, and carried the leaking unit back down those same stairs without spilling a drop of water. He even took the time to install the custom seat I had selected, high-roller style. Not only that, he replaced a 950w wall mounted above-range microwave oven by himself, in less than 8 minutes (not a lightweight unit nor a convenient mounting position). Men like Juan are not common, our society has largely become a population of the inept, with an insufficient skillset. I'd be willing to wager less than half the readers of this document could successfully change a flat tire without help from a google search, much less troubleshoot a faulty air conditioner. Mr. Juan accomplishes these feats on a regular basis, with tact and professionalism of the highest caliber, all while looking handsome and dapper as he does so. I say this in the most heterosexual way possible. Mr. Juan should be commended for his exemplary performance, given a substantial raise, and awarded a medal with highest honors. He is a pillar of the community, and it would behoove anyone in a managerial position to keep him in good spirits.

The apartmentd are a little pricey but it is a quiet and clean place. The management and staff are excellent. Very professional and attentive. There could be better amnenities like a pool or a gym for the price but overall a great place to live.

Rent is high in comparison to the conditions of the units. The unit wasn't too particularly clean when I assumed the lease, additionally not all of the outlets work. The bathrooms are very dated considering the rent.
