The maintenance and leasing staff are always so professional and kind. I love the huge soccer fields and the workout room is a great perk. The parking areas are well lit and the community is pretty peaceful.

As expectd: pros would be ideal location, polite and professional maintenence staff Cons: paying for Valet trash pick up but limited with number of bags to place in trash can. Cost is wasted money. This should have been an optional service.

It's been great living here. The maintenance crew are prompt, courteous, attentive, informative and friendly. The neighbors is very quiet, neighbors in my bldg care and look out for each other and the grounds are always neat and tidy.

Overall it's a nice pretty pretty pretty decent with some of the people or not nice and Highly exaggerate he exaggerated about the time he heard the vacuum cleaner because I cracked the ice and broke the glass at the same time he also exaggerated about the value of the TV you don't leave 70 inch screen TV on all day

Office team is helpful, maintenance team is efficient. Some residents need to learn manners but that is everywhere. Nice and quiet wooded community. The walls could be more sound proof but that's apartment life!

The cost here is ridiculous! You could rent an apartment at one of the newer complexes just up the street for the same amount, and get a real luxury apartment. Brittany Commons accepts section 8 vouchers, so --------- are constantly waking people up coming in late hours of the night playing loud music and slamming the doors to their apartments, or leaving their nasty trash out in the breezeways all weekend, or allowing their children to scream and slam doors non-stop. The windows leak whenever it rains, and the walls are paper thin and hollow, so you can hear neighbors yelling, and kids crying, and your kitchen will smell like grease whenever the neighbors make fried foods. If your neighbors stay up until 2 am in the morning, the walls are so thin that you will be awoken by them flushing toilets, or closing the doors. The appliances appear to be from 1999, and the sinks have to run over a full minute before the water becomes even slightly hot. This property has a gate but it has broken on several occasions, also a bus stop is directly next to the gates, so strangers are able to just walk up into the property using the sidewalk, so what good is a security gate? People gather on balconies or stand out in the breezeways smoking cigarettes or weed, there was even a fugitive arrested after firing his gun during a police standoff inside one of the apartments last year! The positive reviews must be left by the hood rat tenants, because they are happy to leave a positive review for this place knowing the property manager will allow them to remain here because section 8 is guaranteed rent money for her. I couldn't wait until my 18 month lease was up to get out of this dump!!!

Prices are too high for what is it. You're better off with Salem run or anything cheaper. The only nice thing is the appearance, even then the appliances are outdated and old and you'll have to have several issues before they change it. Maintenance men are helpful and come to do the job it isn't their fault but for what you're paying it is not worth it. Mold and mildew behind the machines when we moved in the lady from the office said it was from not being used for a bit nope they just had not done a real check up of the apartment like they said. Mildew in the rooms ruined belongings barely compensated. Will not be renewing a lease and I advice you go with a cheaper option I have friends paying $300-400 less and never have to deal with these issues. Office staff is useless the ladies don't seem to care when you call abt problems but when it comes to anything with money they're on top of it. When moving in we were the ones having to reach out for updates and there were several issues in the apartment. Including appliances that had to be replaced and still haven't been to this day. Washer machines and dryer suck!!! They've ruined so much of our clothes suck the quality out of them. The dryer constantly jams and breaks. So displeased!!! For what we pay.

The community is gorgeous and everyone is super friendly. The gym is phenomenal. The equipment is kept in good shape and it's never crowded and I go quite frequently. So far living here has been a great experience and fantastic to start a new chapter in my life!

I love our complex. Everyone is very kind and polite. I feel very safe here. I enjoy the layout of our apartment. Nice to have a washer and dryer inside our unit. We are very close to stores, schools and restaurants.

Neighbors are friendly, apartments are nice. Management is poor. Very difficult to get in contact with unless they are reaching out regarding money. The staff is unfriendly and not very knowledgeable.

it's ok. just need to complete any type of maintenance the first time and not keeping back have it being unsatisfactory. an also when service is called it should not take more than 3 days for them to come an check problem.

Maintenance staff is great - office staff is nice, but don't expect anything but the minimum from them. Everyone in my building has to go to the PO every week to get our mail because our boxes were damaged about 3 months ago. The story from the staff changes depending on who you talk to...it's the PO's responsibility to replace them, they've been ordered, but they come from another country...really?!?! Guess they're on a slow boat from China. TOTALLY frustrated. The Food Truck Friday's are nice, but they don't make up for this completely unavoidable nuisance.

I enjoy it and my neighbors are pleasant. I enjoy my yard. There are some issues with the shrubbery being overgrown. Also our entrance gate seems to have some issues a lot. I wish the pool stayed open longer.

Beautiful apartment and landscape. My kids love the playgrounds and trails. The maintenance technicians are professional and efficient. The office staff is great, we love Stephanie! She has made it an easy transition here and helped make this feel like a home we would like to stay at for a long time.

I just recently moved here with my family. So far so good. I love the scenery here. It's definitely a peaceful place to be. I like that it's a gated community. It makes me feel secure and safe; like a Safe Haven. I had to wait a little longer than expected to get approved to move in but I'm glad we were able to move here. I have had to place a few maintenance requests since moving in but the staff here definitely work with you; especially if you're willing to kindly work with them. You get what you give out in life. I love that each unit has a dishwasher and a full size washer and dryer. I love the amount of closet space too. There are so many closets. I also like that Brittany Commons does not regulate the air conditioning in the units. The balcony is wonderful. My balcony faces the woods and one of the walking trails. It's extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend Brittany Commons.
