The apartments are huge and it's also quiet. I enjoy living there but I wish rent was lower. I never experienced any issues with any of the staff since living there. I love living here and my kids enjoy it as well.

Brittany Commons office staff and maintenance staff are ready to help and give good care to their residents and grounds. The grounds are beautiful with landscaping and walking trails, pools, athletic fields and amenities that are great. Diversity is good and the complex is pet friendly. I have not socialized as much as I would like due to illness and unpacking but I am hoping for friendship to bloom this summer.

It's beautiful here. Very nice people and of course some not so nice people but a great area for kids to have fun and make new friends. If you have pets, a dog area multiple playground areas, beautiful landscaping.

Community is fine. Apartments are outdated. We have had multiple holes in our ceilings for over a year. Claimed that they ordered new fire sprinkler system and it would be installed as soon as it arrived. It's been a year. And everytime we ask when it's going to be fixed we get no answered.

So far, it has been a pleasant one. Office staff appear to be professional & courteous; I have had to encounter maintenance twice, each time they handled the issue properly, and answered all questions.

It has been fine. Tere have been some good experiences and some not-so-great experiences. There have been times when I have had to wait up to 6 weeks for a Maintenace request to be taken care of. I had a mold issue that I had to request more than 2 times (finally sent picture proof that the mold was still there) before it was resolved.

Generally, Brittany Commons is a good community to live in. It is quiet and I have experienced few problems with noise or unruly neighbors. I appreciate the professional behavior of the maintenance staff, particularly Keith.

Experience has been great, other than people with dogs that do Not adhere or respect residents who are are not really dog friendly for whatever reason. Residents are still curbing their dogs in front of other residents home.

My family loves this community, although sometimes it can be frustrating when you're waiting for maintenance to fix something. It's almost as if the maintenance guys and the office people do not communicate at all. If they had, our work orders would have been completed in a more timely manner. That being said, we do enjoy living here.

The office people are amazing. However the maintenance department aren't working the way it should. I am Not happy in I make a report for issue inside the house and no one come. Beside that the office staff they are good and great.

Noisy neighbors in the apartment above me. Another neighbor has a broken down vehicle sitting in the parking lot for days which is not appealing for the up keep of the property. Otherwise, the community is quiet outside with access to community grocery stores and medical centers.

Now that COVID-19 is under control, all positions on the maintenance staff are filled. As a result, work orders are taken care of in just a couple of days. The grounds people are also able to catch up and things are looking great again. As always the location is good. It is quiet with green areas, trails, dog walking areas and dog park in the community, and grocery stores and shopping nearby.

This is a nice community, clean and safe, nice people living around here, mostly of us are worker person, personal staff respectful and professional, maintenance guys are nice and professional as well.

This is a very nice community with many amenities. My family and I feel safe living here. The only issues are that the second gate is constantly broken and maintaining the property and upgrading the appliances.

I am not happy with living here. The apartments are maintained well. The dryer vents outside of my apartment are always dirty. The stairs are always dirty with spider webs and other debris. I have lived in other apartment complex's so I know that this is not the norm. It is disappointing to be paying this amount of money and not receive better maintenance.

Not great. Office isn't responsive or communicates poorly, maintenance is seriously lacking, been promised for 2 yrs. my porch was to be painted & it never happened. Maintenance came in when I was in shower. Noise, community has declined in past two years. Security and vandalism are now concerns. 2 Residents in bldg leave trash out, but nothing is ever done no matter how many times I've complained. Repaving lots this summer was a nightmare. No upkeep in the foyers of buildings. Pool access every year is limited or has problems.

Great amenities, and the apartments are in nice condition! The office staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the move in process. For the first time I feel like I can call my apartment a home!

So far I feel comfortable in this community, my move from NY was extremely difficult and staying with my son until I found my own place was ok but I really needed my own space! When I found this place I was relieved! Now I'm settling in and feeling more comfortable!

I have only been here for a few months so far but I can say I am very happy. I moved in during the Summer and I love the "park like" setting. The apartment is wonderful, the community is quiet and all of the office staff and maintenance are terrific! It's a friendly community and I can see already, a close community. It's a great place to live short or long term.

The staff at Brittney Commons Apartments are very welcoming. The overall cleanliness of the community and grounds is pretty well maintained. The Brittney Commons Apartments have nice peaceful neighborhoods.

Generally okay. Lots of water issues. I've had 4 water related maintenance issues that were no fault of my own and very inconvenient/expensive for myself. Loud neighbors at night with way too many people living in their apartment.

I have only lived here since 8/1/22 But everyone has been super nice and courteous . my apartment is mice it is 1 of the smaller 2 bed 2bath. Even though it smaller there is 2 huge closets in the master and 1 other in the other bedroom large laundry room area and nice pantry . the only con is they need to crack down on the littering or get more grounds people to get it all out.
