Living here has been an experience I will never forget. The snakes, mice and insects all in the breezeway is just the beginning. The months to years it takes for maintenance requests to be filled. Now the rental office has messed up my rent money. I pay on time every month. They missed counted, someone mixed up the fees so it look like I owe and I'm behind in my rent. I'm promised over and over this will be fixed. They say they're short staffed, it's going to take awhile to fix. Next it's the computers and phones are down because of the storm. Everything is back up now way haven't they fixed it? I can't make this stuff up. I need help fixing this. It has gone from bad to worse.

When we moved in it was quiet but overall its till quiet but the gates and trash compactor always down so anyone can come in and but overall like it .Have few issue people still not picking up from there pets and the lights out near 10006 when it get dark

The community it's good, they have a beautiful spaces and amenities, the apartments are comfortable clean and well maintained. At the main office the staff are good people ready to help you in anything you want

They boast that they are willing to help those with questionable credit until they actually pull the credit and then it was like we didn't exist. We had to call to find out the status of our request and getting in touch with anyone at the office is hit or miss. The answering machine always seems to pick up even at the front gate.

It's like a neighborhood of friends. It's very comfortable and everyone helps each other and are very friendly. It's a clean environment well cared for. Management office is always helpful and kind.

I love the community where I am located. Its a safe environment with it being gated and it is very quiet. The layout of my apartment is beautiful and i love everything about it. This is one of the best apartments I have seen.

The houses are very nice, safe and the employees there were for everything I applied the other day, I hope they give it to us, we are looking forward to it. There are many activities, there is a pool, tennis court, gym, we liked it.

Maintenance men do not complete the work or do it poorly. I was followed and harassed by one of them after he hit my dog with a golf cart as well. They do not take any issues seriously in the office. Do not rent here.

Great Community great people. Great staff different recommended to live here its quiet. . Area is great stores schools are close u can either drive and or use public transportation or walk. Its a beautiful place to live

I have the worst experience from kids being bullied by staff who works in the office kids. Being threatened by staff working in office and her boyfriend. Gates has been broken for ova 8months out of a year.

So far so good, everyone we've met so far has been nice, from the staff to the people that live around us. We look forward to meeting more of our neighbors. And the spring so the kids can enjoy the playgrounds.

fantastic community, very quiet and neighbors are very sweet and respectful Im a nightshift nurse so I sleep during the day and its so peaceful and quiet and the maintenance guys work around my weird hours and do amazing work would highly recommend to anyone!

It's only been a week, the apartment has a couple minor issues but I love the size and space. A physical demonstration on starting/lighting fireplace at move-in would have been really helpful. Mailbox keys are still needed.

This community is all we were hoping for; clean safe, and quiet. We love our cozy little apartment. The management and staff are very friendly and professional. This establishment takes great pride in providing a clean landscape.

Nice spacious apartments, but getting anything fixed (that should have been done prior to move-in, is a hassel). Convient location where everything delivers. Definitely not "luxury" apartments as there are no "luxury" upgrades.

This community is a very great place to live safe community. The workers a great start to a fabulous stuff. I will recommend anyone to live here. I have to say so much you walk around the community and feel so so very safe. This measurements do with the best. What is the power to make sure that the tenants are safe in this community and I want to found them for the hard work and effort into this community make it safe.

I'm proud to live here. I love driving home and pulling into my neighborhood. The landscaping always looks nice, no matter the season, and the neighborhood always clean.I personally utilize the pool, trails, dog park, car washing stations with vacuums. I've use the tennis courts, and I have attended different social activities they have here. Finally, I appreciate and dislike the the speed bumps at the same time. Ha ha but seriously, I'm home.

Wonderful!!!! The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help you with any issues. They are always doing things for the residents and making it so much fun. The maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. They always are so willing to help us. I have had back surgery and they help me bring in my groceries and checked on me. We love it here ??

Safe community but it seems there are always constant construction projects that need to be completed inside the unit. Understandable but unfortunately they rarely finish the work. Currently we have three random squares in our apartment from the contractor "looking" to update a sprinkler line in the breezeway, nothing to do with us. The unit above us AC unit leaked into our apartment so maintenance ripped out the drywall and shelves in a front closet plus storage space. It's has been left unfinished for months but yet we're still paying full price for the rent. It was laughable receiving a survey about the "work" that was completed. I can only assume they just came in and said "Welp, there's a hole." Then left lol

Staff is polite, clean area, nice neighbors. Would recommend to families with kids. Kid and pet friendly. Get maintenance done quickly. Amenities for adults and kids. There's a water park and a playground. Gated community.

I requested an ADA toilet be installed in the hallway bathroom due to recent and ongoing health and mobiitly issues.Installation was excellent and went without a problem. The guys really did an exceptional job.

Feels like family. Whenever a problem arises they take care of it. A very nice neighborhood for children as well. I was going thru a divorce and they made the experience very comforting in knowing my daughter and myself would be ok
