Started out fantastic. Not good at all now. Seems like anyone is permitted to move in here now. Probably moving next year. I can smell Marijuana in the air regularly as I exit the building. I feel like we live in Breezewood.

The apartments are spacious and a lot of community events. A few minor issues in the apartment such as low toilets but overall I am enjoying my time here. My only hopes are to be in one of the newer constructed apartments.

So far it's been okay living in the community I don't really have any issues with me neighbors except I can't open my bedroom window while someone downstairs is smoking a cigarette, the smell comes through the window. The only issues I've had have been maintenance issues.

the apt are nice and comfortable you have ammenities to use walking paths pet friendly and its a gated community i tranfered from a two bedroom after my husband past away im now in a one bedroom . had to downsize . but its ok i have to adjust to a new lifestyle.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The community is absolutely beautiful. I had three residents ask me while I was waiting for my appointment there if I was moving in and I told them "hopefully" and they all three had the same thing to say they absolutely love living there and the staff is great and the community there is really nice.

Overall its not too bad working with the ladies in the office, but maintenance really doesnt take their job seriously or doesn't care about the tenants and thats aparent in the multiple broken appliances in my home. Not to mention the kids in the neighborhood act like they run the place from trying to damage property all the way to a kid actually getting shot by someone outside of the neighborhood because the gates on our gated community are still wide open to anyone. I lived in multiple apartment complexes in Richmond and never had as bad of issues with maintenance before. The neighbors are all generally nice. Theres a nice dog park for your dogs or a play ground for your kids, but I don't feel anything is safe enough right now with the gates wide open.

Before COVID-19, my experience at this community was outstanding. Maintenance requests very rarely took more than 24 hours to be completed, the service was both friendly and professional, and it was very easy to get a hold of anyone about anything. Since 2020, the opposite has been true. The quality of everything has been very underwhelming.

I like the amenities and that in general everything looks nice and neat. I also feel safe walking my dog around day or night. The administration office personnel is friendly and helpful. The neighbors are nice and I feel comfortable and at home here.

Wonderful place to live! Office staff is kind, helpful, courteous, and efficient. Grounds are beautiful, kept manicured, and maintained. If something dies or needs replacing that issue is addressed. And the neighbor is quiet.

Management office was professional. Office was bright and welcoming. One big piece of exercise equipment was broken. It had YELLOW TAPE on it. gave the impression that maintenance is either slow or non existent.

I found it a very well maintained community. The grounds were free of any trash and were just beautiful. I loved that it's in a wooded area. I loved that there are walking trails and a place where you can grab a coffee or workout.

So far so good. The residents are great and the staff is helpful. Cool little activities every so often is neat. The pools are nice and it is relatively quiet most of the time. (Really all the time, kid noise doesn't count in my opinion)

Just moved into our apt in June 2023. Great neighbors in our building. Great neighborhood. Have access to pool and fitness room along with playground close by. Trash around compactor seems to be an issue but looks to be taken care of right away.

Nice apartments and grounds are well maintained. Note* Management does little to nothing about tenant comfort regarding tenants disturbing other tenants with extreme noise issues and pet control. Having lived here for over 3 years, I've had repeated issues with this and so have most of my fellow tenants in our section.

dirty scary apartments smell and are not cleaned when moved in. maintenance does not respond until a month later, grounds have trash very noisy night and day payments are high and you can't get help!!

Was great when we first moved here. Has steadily gone downhill every year. Rent keeps increasing and extras keep decreasing! Now there is no trash service!? Have you any idea how much of an inconvenience that is for your older and/or disabled residents? And now, there's only I dumpster available?The grounds are not neatly kept any longer, the lawn service leaves things looking as if a 10 year old mowed and trimmed! Constantly sending threatening emails about picking up after dogs, but that still hasn't changed, and it's always the same offenders. I could go on and on, but really, will it make a difference? I seriously doubt it. Sad that I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place when entertaining any thought of leaving this community ??

This community is very dog friendly. This apartment has everything I need, plenty of space and storage. My current problem is the lack of maintenance professionals employed to prevent leaking and mold

This has been the worst experience i have ever had. My apartment flooded within the first 30 days of me moving in. It was downhill from there. Maintenance closes out orders before they even make it to the apartment. Terrible.

Community standards has decreased drastically. The office management staff is not responsive. They do not follow through with request or commitments. It was a great experience when we first moved here but now it's so undesirable.
