I am a resident that lived in the community previously and moved back. Brittany Commons is truly pet friendly- even for larger breeds of dogs. The office staff are very personable, quick to respond, and honest- if they don't know, they find out and get back to you in a timely manner. Maintenance staff keeps up with maintenance requests in a timely manner. They are always professional, polite, and accommodating with pets and kids! The community is very welcoming as well and well lit at night time. I'll be staying until I buy my house!

I absolutely love this place. Unfortunately we are moving out next year because it is a little pricey, but everything here really is extremely lovely. It's quiet, spacious and just a wonderful community overall. The office staff is wonderful as well, I've never had any issues with them, especially Kathy. She was incredible signing us on and keeping us here, thank you Kathy!

Positive aspects: Beautiful and quiet location. There is a walking trail and it is very pet friendly. The property is taken care of and the office personnel are wonderful. Negative aspects: Though most people who live here seem to be considerate, there are also a few who litter, vandalize and are loud, but I guess you will find those people everywhere.

I really do not have any issues when I first moved in but in the last couple of years the renters that live in my apartment building smoke and do not care about others that do not smoke. And the noise level is sometimes loud and you can hear it inside your apartment

The leasing staff, especially Ashely Jones, was so very nice and accommodating. I really enjoy the Friday food trucks and events. The pool is clean and fun. The grass is always mowed and I like living here.

Good in general. I am very disappointed in the dog pen business because it encourages owners to not attend their dogs for many days, if not weeks. It is unfair for those of us who live above, to have a grassless view that's full of dog waste. My husband and I came here 10 years ago, and due to bad knees, asked to be on the first floor. For the last 7 years, we have been on the first floor and liking where we are excepting for the parade of dogs and owners downstairs. The first dog was well behaved and the owner walked the dog everyday am and pm. The next three tenants, had whining and or barking dogs. We could not go onto our balcony without dogs barking. At one point, a tenant had 5 dogs ( 3 hers and 2 "visiting" dogs. I took pictures of the messy yard and the dogs and complained to the mgmt. We were told that the dog owners would be written to etc and have leave if it continued. Nothing happened and all the tenants left when they were planning to anyway. So of the 7 years here in the present apartment-we've had 2 years reprieve with a tenant having no dogs.

Very friendly staff here at Brittany Commons. The apartment complex is kept clean. The neighborhood seems to be very community friendly. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance team is friendly and does a great job.

It has been a great experience and staff is very responsive and personable. I felt at home the day I moved into the complex. Staff responds quickly to questions and concerns and seem to genuinely care about their tenants.

I'm on my second 18month lease and am very happy here. The staff does such a wonderful job making us feel cared for. I love living here! There is an issue with my kitchen cabinet's but I'm sure they will be as proactive as with other repairs,

I am very impressed with how everyone gets along with each other. Also I appreciate the upkeep and maintenance of the area. I remember when my hot water heater went out and I had to move into the hotel for 3 days and Brittany Commons reimbursed me.

Besides the first day where we toured with Lynn, this whole experience has been horrific between the maintenance staff and the office staff there is no customer service there is nothing but excuses and blowing smoke this whole staff entirely needs a customer service course Any new maintenance team who actually can provide proper maintenance and care for the apartment the leak we had lasted so long I would not be surprised if there was mold by now and Property manager and the staff do not care they made that very clear they become argumentative and aggressive when you try to confront them about their mistakes

There has been some issue with the apartment each month. While some of the maintenance staff is amazing there is a lack of communication on work orders. Again they are friendly and polite but status of repairs is not given.

Good community clean and safe. Club house is very nice and we definitely love the gym. Management team is not very friendly without to generalize and no very helpful to be honest! Work orders for maintenance have improved a lot! Apartments units are nice but way to close to each other and are missing maybe a thicker insolation to avoid the noise between them and guarantee more privacy for the residents.

Our experience has been fine. We are happy here. We've had no issues at all. When we've had maintenance issues, I think we've had three, they have been done in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy here.

The grounds are beautiful and are kept very well. The maintenance team is helpful and has a quick turn around time from request to resolution. The office personal are efficient and pleasant. These apartment homes are a great space for children.

I have lived in Brittany Commons for 2 years and it has been the perfect community for my family. My neighbors are friendly. The staff and maintenance team are hands down the most helpful team anywhere. Very quite and family friendly. Plenty of space for your pets also. Love this place!!!

Good place to live with decent price but apartments need to be updated more since these are supposed to be luxury. Amenities are nice , the leasing office does many activities to keep the community engaged. Ground level or first floor apartments get lots of bugs in them in the summer time if the door is not properly sealed, you will need to constantly spray unfortunately.

We have lived here for 20 months now and have been very happy living here. If we have something wrong maintenance is right on it. They wear footies on shoes and a mask. They are courteous and respectful while in my home. Everyone in office is very nice and helpful. The manager is professional and helpful every time we talked with her. If she told you she would handle it you could count on it to be handled.

The office and maintenance staff are all very nice. The issue is the lack of communication and efficiency. I submitted three work order to fix my A/C. 2/25/2021 no one responded to me. I asked for a call or a text before arrival and I didn't receive any response. If someone showed up and I wasn't home, there was no note or e-mail indicating someone had been by. The ticket was closed without resolution. 03/10/2021 I submitted the second ticket. I again asked for a call or text before showing up. I was walking down the stairs with my dog when a tech showed up. Again, no call or text. He went inside my unit and told me the A/C was blowing cold. I told him I had it on 69? but it was showing 74?. He said he would check the outdoor equipment and I never heard back. On 03/25/2021, I submitted a third ticket. It was 77-78? in the apartment. I called the emergency line and left a message. The line stated having no A/C was an emergency. I did not receive a call back. I called the next morning and received a call that someone would be over at 8 AM. Around 9:15 AM, Keith showed up and replaced the air filter. It is 2021. Many apartment complexes use a messaging or texting service. None of these inspections or service calls should be unannounced. They should be scheduled, especially with having children doing school from home. Secondly, the lack of communication is ridiculous. Paying $1,700/month should at least earn you a return call.

Everything so far has been wonderful and the leasing office Kathy and Tammy are amazing. Best rental experience and move in we have ever had. Also the cleanest. Maintenance staff is also very attentive.
