I really enjoy Brittany commons. The staff has been wonderful. The amenities are outstanding. It's a beautiful community. My biggest complaint would be my upstairs neighbors who throw cigarettes garbage and glass into the bushes outside of my back porch.

I have enjoy my 2 plus years here at Brittany Commons Apartments. Very courtesy and professional staff. I would and have recommended the apartment complex to my friends and co-workers. Great location and close to South Point and Central Park shopping complexes

Great community! We moved to Brittany Commons in 2018, the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The amenities are well kept and the grounds are well maintained. Brittany Commons is a quite community and convenient to shopping and I95!

Great experience thus far. Grounds are always kept up with and any issues are resolved in a very time sensitive matter. Location of complex is very convenient without having to deal with the traffic of Central Park.

Great. The move in process was quick and easy. I had to change my move in days several times, due to work. My leasing agent was patient and understanding. She also made sure her co-workers were available in the event she was not.

I enjoy living here it is a great neighborhood The landscape is always tidy and I find the office personnel helpful and friendly. We have parking. I find maintenance is very good and they are always professional.

It's nice and quiet. Safe. Office staff has been amazing. Lots of amenities. It has been a great place to raise my boys. Lots of grass to run and play on. The playgrounds are terrific. The car cleaning stations have been greatly helpful too.

Very nice community. Office staff very pleasant especially Tammy and Lynn. Nice grounds. I love the walking trail and pool. I also like the convience to everything. Overall a very nice community. Would recommend

The location is great. Staff is friendly and punctual. Alot of the apartments could use a remodel to look more like what is advertised as "luxury" but still a nice place to live. Moved in December 2018.

It was good I was not home at the time but when I came home I couldn't tell me where year but by the note that they left that they were here and they did what was needed and seeing what they did without a mess was great

Well maintained and beautifully landscaped apartments, a pleasure to return to. Lots of running paths and options for exercise. Plentiful parking and visitor options. Nice club house with gym and office options.

Apartments are older but well maintained. Very friendly staff. Problems are handled immediately. The gym equipment is new and is well maintained. The parking area is well lit so coming home late at night is no problem.

Very friendly. Feels like home. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful community to live in. I have lived here for 12 years now and have never had a problem with neighbors or staff. When I do have a problem with the apartment, the maintenance staff response quickly and professionally.

This complex is very nice. There is defiantly certain people that you go to over others but when you get to the right people they really care about you and want to help you. I would suggest living here for the reasonable price and the way they work with you when you need help.

Great place to call home. Staff is wonderful and they do a lot of activities for the residents throughout the year. Every holiday is celebrated here onsite at Brittany Commons and events are announced with message boards and newsletter. Very clean and cozy feeling when pulling through the gate.

Unsatisfactory up to this point. People have been friendly on the phone and even maintenance staff has been friendly. Unfortunately the maintenance we have requested being done is not being done in a timely fashion. We have 3 people in a three bedroom that cant do laundry in an apartment we pay almost $2000/month for(including utilities). The people are nice though. Just needs to be more urgency to get things done.

Great processes, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Worked with a specific leasing agent but everyone was happy and able to help. They really made a cross country move easy on us. Both my husband and I are glad that this is where we chose to call home.

Great ! This is one of the best apartments in our area. I've been in love with my home since I Moved in and the staff makes it even more worth it. Brittany commons is the place to be ! I would definitely recommend them if you are in search of a new home.

Very good! Staff are great from office staff to maintenance. Requests or problems handled quickly! I would recommend Brittany Commons. Only draw back, some apartments need renovation with appliances and cabinets.

From the webpage presentation, the first contact by telephone and the personal kind attention to every detail of our family needs, this has been the best property staff. I will always appreciate their continuous efforts to fulfill our day to day satisfaction. We have been in lots of places due to college and work and can tell this Property makes the difference.

This is a Great place to live and raise a Family with great neighbors friendly fitness room is a big plus. I love the fact that we are located close to shopping centers major roads and resturants.

I've only lived in this complex for about 3 weeks now. My only complaint so far is that the same issue I've had with my master bedroom toilet since I moved in, is still there. Other than that, I really like the community and my apartment is pretty great.

It great very quiet an safe. It's gated very clean staffs at the office are very help full and professional. I was new to the states and they made my transition very easy as i did not have any credit.
