The community is so clean and beautiful looking compared to a lot of other places we looked at. The area is quiet and seems to be full of life with families. Everyone has been friendly and the apartments are amazing! You can't beat the price or the amount of open space you get. We made an amazing choice in picking BC Apartments and we are so happy that we did. We can see ourselves living here for a very long time.

Excellent move in experience. Kathy was amazing at making sure our needs were met. Amenities are great and accessible. Very well priced for the area. We are a short term rental while our house is being finished, and would recommend Brittany Commons to anyone.

Very welcoming staff, they are helpful and courteous.Maintenance staff very responsive to requests and very thorough. Grounds maintained extremely well. Having 24 hours access to the clubhouse is great. Overall my experience has been great.

This is a very nice community. The people are very nice and keep to themselves. The children can be a little noisey running up and down the stairs but that's expected. The only thing I don't like are the amount of bugs we have in our apartment. Maybe it's because we live on the lower level.

I've only lived here for a month, but my experience so far has been fantastic. t's quiet, the office staff is nice, and the maintenance staff is quick! The floorplans are great and the rooms are spacious too.

I have endured Some annoyances such as dog's off leash, and very loud upstairs neighbors;however I believe that the office staff has responded to my complaints in a timely and fair manner. Overall, I have been quite happy.

Very happy with the staff working with me on getting into the facility with a great financial deal. Was not so happy to find out the fob for getting access to the exercise room not only had a $50 fee but that they did not have any available at the time.

My family has been living here for a year and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience so far. Brittany Commons is a family friendly complex. From the staff to the playgrounds, and maintenance workers each brings a level of comfort to living here.

Beautifully landscaped. Gated community (though not often shut.) Apartments for the most part are upgraded and nice, very few things to complain about. Neighbors can be loud at times, especially after hours (and not just from above) Friendly staff and beautiful club house, pool, etc. Three minute drive from my apartment to Giant grocery store, and a gas station.

Overall the apartments are good. Large apartment and the staff are very nice. Just make sure that if you have maintenance requests or want to renew your lease you follow up repeatedly. The office staff "forget" quite often.

The complex has been everything I hoped it would be. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help. The maintenance crew response time is fast and efficient. I walk the trails and exercise in the on site gym. Having 24 hours access to the clubhouse is great. Overall my experience has been great.

I love the community I live in. My family and I feel at home here. The children look forward to the cool events held by the management at the clubhouse where everyone can get together and have a good time. It is also very quiet and safe here, and to me that is very important especially for my little ones.

It is very clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The grounds are kept up very well, the snow is cleared in a timely matter, trash areas are kept clean. I have great neighbors, shopping and restarants are very close also.

we moved here about a month ago. The staff has been wonderful with helping us and the maintenance staff is great also. The location is prefect, close to stores and parks. The grounds are well kept and most of the people around here are friendly. Glad we moved to this complex

I love my apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff are both super friendly, courteous and efficient. I have new neighbors that moved above and they sound like they are coming thru my ceiling. My ceiling fan shakes. The folks before that, I never heard them.

Large rooms and clean grounds. Office staff very helpful especially Lynn. The grounds are well kept and the snow removal was prompt. Pools look nice but have not used them yet. Package pick up has been very easy. Enjoy the opportunity to reserve parking space.

I have lived here for over nine years. My son grew up here. We love the peaceful, clean environment. We enjoy the activities that are done for the residents. We love the school that he attends. It's been a great experience.

The grounds are beautiful. I Wish i could say the same about the tenants who always fight & disturb my right of quiet enjoyment & mgmnt wont stop it. I Dont understand how such undesirables live here.

I have never lived in a better apartment community. The management team is terrific and maintenance crew is always timely, and professional. The grounds are immaculate and neighbors seem happy and friendly. I would not want to live anywhere else.

I happen to live next to and below people who don't care about where they live. They throw cigarette butts on the ground, they will step over trash rather than pick it up. They are afraid to say hello and simply be polite.

Its been outstanding. The entire staff did an amazing job of quickly getting me and my family into a fully furnished three bedroom apartment. We had been stuck in a hotel room for over 80 days and were going crazy until we were put in contact with Valerie Welch and she helped get us quickly into a furnished room.
