We love Brittany Commons! The office staff is very friendly and quick to respond to the few concerns and questions we have had in the past 2 years. The maintenance staff is always present around the community and every single member of the team is courteous and great at their job. The landscaping crew seems to be out every week and the area has always looked beautiful and well-maintained. We couldn't be happier with the apartment and the entire community. They recently replaced all of the street lights and it has made such a difference to the neighborhood!

We are short term rlease renters transitioning into the area. It worked out great coming here as new residents, we were a bit disappointed in the closure of the pool for the season and the extra cost for the after hours gym use. Other than that it is working out good

I love everything about Brittany Commons. It is my first home and I was very nervous until meeting the staff at BC. Kathy helped make this a special experience for my Son and I. We love the community and all of the playgrounds. We go on walks each night before bed and feel very safe in this community. The maintance are very hard workers and kind. Everything is so beautiful about BC we are just so happy here and my Son loves his new school Courthouse Rd elementary. There are lots of children from his school in the neighborhood.

Was ok to star but ,apt not updated to old for the price. Now the pool table is lock do to vandalize by people. Trash in buildings and maintenance is always in the building because appliances and building overall to old need up dates like my a/c , drier , Stowe , washer .

Very quiet, clean and we feel safe. The apartment is a little on the small size but it is cozy and clean. We enjoy the fenced in back yard for our sons and our dog. We like the walking trail and the pools. However we do not like the lack of tenant parking spaces.

I love my community. My neighbors are courtesy and friendly and the staff is as well. My community is always looking nice and I have never had any issues living here. There are many amenities for residents such as the pools, tennis courts, soccer field, etc. Great community!

The stay here,in this unit has been very good so far .There somethings that could be better. There are tenants who still does not obey the pet rule. they come from other buildings ,and stop right in front our place on the on the side walk etc.

Very nice community and the best maintenance crew around. The office personnel are always polite and accommodating. They will accept packages if you aren't home. They keep the residents well informed on upcoming events or maintenance with plenty of notice. I love that I can have a reserved parking space right in front of my building. I enjoy living here.

A great location, everyone is very nice and I feel safe. Just have had problems with AC that I don't feel has been handled the best with how much rent I pay. I love that the community is back in away from the roads/traffic. You don't hear any traffic outside. I love using the walking trails through the woods. Maybe those could be better marked and lit for night time use. I feel like maybe more people could be employed for office and Maintanence staff. I think that would benefit the community. The pool is nice but with how many units there are I think they should make a larger one. I like the services offered like the trash removal at your doorstep. And I appreciate the community activities they have!

I love living at brittany commons Apts. The leasing and maintenance staff are always very courteous and helpful. They are prompt whenever i have had a question or maintenance need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live.

It is quiet and the apartment is very comfortable and homey. Very friendly neighbors, the grounds are well kept it is very nice here. And the staff is amazing especially Tammy, I am pleased with my decision to live here.

I've lived here 2 years going on 3. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Tammy initially signed me and roommate up with our first lease. Tammy was the reason the roommate choose Brittany Commons. 10 months later, that roommate got married, moved, and I had to leave the current apt, in which they worked with me in transitioning into a smaller apt, without any hassles. At one point I was having concerns with my apt and spoke with Valerie. I was a bit snippy at first but she handled me and the situation's with such professionalism and poise. The ladies here are the main reason I stay before they treat everyone with such respect.

Nice place to live as far as the location. For the most part the grounds are nice/clean. The Maintenance is slow at responding to work order request. Almost always you have to call and follow up on a work order that was submitted.

Brittany Commons Apartments is the best aplace to live in the Fredericksburg area! It starts withe the staff who are always helpful and friendly. The rental office and other amenities are alwsys well-maintained and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Apartment layouts are terrific. Living iat Brittany Commons Apartments is like being in a resort all year 'round.
