My experience with Brittany Commons was outstanding. From the moment I entered the complex, I knew this was the place for me. The office staff is extremely accommodating and willing to help in every way possible.

Very neat very quiet the staff is very friendly. Great place to live has two pools one for the lil ones & one for the grownups also has a walk path & lots of play parks for the kids also have a dog park & volley ball court tennis court & work out station ..

Leasing agent Kathy was great. She was very helpful and I loved dealing with her. She was able to get me an apartment with a fenced in yard so I could keep my dog and although I changed my move in date a few times she was still polite and helpful.

Fair, The apt, land escape and very thing is okay but things keep going wrong in the apt especially the bathroom. i have called several time for the bathroom, though they take care of it. Most of the time, they do not pick up the trash, though, they have improved recently.

Very good location for convienence. Office staff is very helpful and it did not take long to get through the application process. My apartment was clean and all appliances worked when I received my keys.

Excellent the community is well kept and is convenient to the school and stores . I am still near my family, friends and my church family . I would recommend Brittany Commons apartments to anyone looking for a place to live

Kathy is awesome! She was able to get us in our new home when we didn't think we had any other options. She and the staff are great! Maintenance is also speedy! I recommend BCA to anyone! Love it here!

Moved into Brittany Commons in January, the process was very quick thanks to Tammy in the office. She was very helpful from getting prices to showing us different apartments in the community. Having the pool is amazing now that summer is here, waiting for the big pool to be fixed and reopened. Love having a dog park that's fenced in, unfenced dog parks at every section and the multiple playgrounds are a hit with my God Son.

I am very pleased with the overall staff here at Brittany commons. the office and maintenance staff are very knowlegeble in their duties. I would recommend Britany commons to anyone. my lease will be up in February and I plan to renew my lease.

We recently moved in and we had a few issues leftover from the previous tenants and each had been handled by maintenance to help ease our transition here. We looked at other places, but this one felt right and we really like it here.

Brittany Commons is a pleasant well maintained community. Staff are friendly.Maintnance staff are friendly and neat. They are great with my dog.Ishmael our maintnance man is always pleasant and on time.Very neat.

Wonderful place to live in. It's affordable and private and everyone here is so nice. The staff are always so helpful and there always so much to do around the apartments as well events. Especially love the trash pick up at the door!

So far it has been nice besides the bugs trying to get them under control, and the prices are a little high and apartments could be updated more besides that it's nice and most of the office people seem nice.

The staff has been very great and they are always so welcoming the office. They are easy to work with and help solve any issues that may occur. I would recommend staying here to anyone! It has truly been a pleasant experience!

New tenant but I'm very glad I decided to come here. I was looking for a nice gated community and the attributes of Brittany Commons is very attractive to me. The staff made the application process very easy for me. It was greatly appreciated.

The leasing agent Lynn was the best!!She was very professional and personal. That meant alot. She answered all my concerns ,very attentive. Loved the activities the complex does for the residents.Painless experience

I was very disappointed after moving into the complex. The apartment needs to be updated. The carpet is very dirty and old you cannot tell if there are bugs crawling on it because of the color. Spiders and other bugs in the apartment. The carpet smells badly. Not sure if there were pets in the apartment and they urinated on the carpet and it was not cleaned properly. I will not be renewing my lease and will not recommend anyone to move here.

I'm very pleased with the service here at Brittany Commons. The staff have been very cordial and helpful with issues I've had. The grounds crew do a wonderful job keeping the complex area neat. I would highly recommend Brittany Commons to family or friends.

My mom and I love our apartment and how the complex is maintained. It's very clean and the only complaints we had were our neighbors over us who just recently moved to another apartment. Some of the neighbors putting trash out on days that it wouldn't be picked up. We love the community and the quietness of it.

Community is ok, but was uncomfortable seeing teenage boys smoking weed walking down apartment sidewalk. This was on 31 Oct 17. Other wise area is nice and quite, people are friendly most of apartment area is quiet.

My family moved to Brittany Commons in 2016. The office workers made the process very smooth and simple. We have enjoyed all the amenities and the monthly activities provided. The maintenance workers are great and timely too. All in all we have enjoyed living here so far.

This community has a very "homey" feel about it when you drive in. The landscaping is really beautiful especially in the spring and fall. The staff is always friendly and courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. The apartments are spacious and very attractive. My husband and I really love ours. The 3 bedroom feels more like a house than an apartment.

good experience great office help, no complaints. On a few occasions the gate is not closed. Otherwise no issues since I have lived here. Whenever I need help or have a questions Barbara is also available and able to answer any question I have had.

We moved into the community with the express idea of it being temporary. That was in 2011 and we are still here because we like it so much. The staff are courteous and friendly. The apartments have nice touches.
