It is a very warm and welcoming community. The people who work here to make this community safe and very welcoming are greatly appreciated. This a great place to raise your children and have a nice quiet place to live. I love it here.

Great community, great staff! Neighbors keep to them selves which I like, the walking trails are my favorite part of the community. The only thing is I wish the walking trails had lights at night especially at the dog park.

Moving from a house into an apartment has been difficult. The first apartment that I moved into was a disaster. People were smoking marijuana. I felt very unsafe. The second apartment that I looked at had roaches and I refused to move into that apartment. The apartment that I am currently living in is much nicer. With that being side, I have had to a lot of maintenance repairs and it is very loud [foot stomping on the floor at night]. While there is a security gate, it does not all the time work so people will wait for other people to open it and go in with them. I do like their community activities that they have monthly such as Food Truck Friday.

We are here for a short time while we have a house bring built. So far, everyone that I've been in contact with has been helpful and courteous. No one has been disrespectful or rude to us, which is hard to come by in apartment complexes!

I really enjoy living hear the people are so nice and respectful and honest. The people in the office are so helpful friendly. Also maintenance try there best to come in fix the problem that you maybe having in your apartment in a timely manner. Thank you for all that you do me and my family greatly appreciate it.

A nice friendly community. The staff always goes out of their way to help resident. The grounds itself is always clean. The neighbors tend to be friendly. Love the community days. Miss the food trucks since due to pandemic large group gathering are not possible

So far so good! My significant other and I really enjoy the dog park they have at this apartment complex. Our dog really enjoys interacting with the other dogs. The maintenance here is great as well. I really enjoy seeing the lawns being kept mowed and green!

Brittany Commons is a very nice and kid friendly apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The maintenance staff are friendly and helpful as well! It's been a pleasure residing here thus far.

I've lived in Brittany Commons 3 different times. Each and every time, the staff (particularly Valerie) have always made it an easy transition. There are plenty of apartment complexes I can choose from from, but I always come back "home" to Brittany Commons.

Love the community, neighbors, the unit features that I'm in. Devestated about the horrendous Equipment noise I've been living with for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I moved in Three weeks ago. No considerations are being considered. I've been invited to move out. Was told nothing can be done. I found that to be false after doing my own research.

I love Brittany Commons! The layout is beautiful! The landscaping is very manicured! Everyone is so helpful and nice! It's so peaceful! The apartments are very nice and spacious! Being a single woman living alone, I feel very safe! The amenities are very nice as well! It's my home!

It is a beautiful community and everyone is very friendly. The staff is always available to help in any way to make life easier. There are often great activities planned for the whole communiy which make it feel more like a home. Dog friendly!!

Overall nice community. Not enough visitor parking spots so hard to find parking if you have 2 vehicles. Sometimes you will encounter a loud neighbor. Overall has been a pleasant experience. Would recommend in this area

So far it has been good. It is just a long drive to work for me. The communication we get from the office when needed is amazing. I came from the Barracks to an apartment like this so I'm happy. My only recommendation would be to try and sound proof the ceilings/floors.

Brittany Commons is a great community! It is very family-friendly and dog-friendly and it also exudes a safe environment with the gated entrance and vigilant staff. They're always willing to answer any and all questions and ensure that each resident is satisfied. Definitely recommend!

The apartments are nice and relatively quiet. The courteous valet trash pickup is great. If you are in need of an apartment, this is a nice complex. The rooms are a little smaller than most, but they have lots of closet space. I find the gas fireplace difficult to operate and the automatic heat turn on creates to much heat for my taste.

Other than a couple of incidents with the management team during my first few months of living in Brittany Commons, my experience has been very good. The complex is probably one of the first deemed luxury apartments in the Fredericksburg area and as such much older than many that have built up since. Nonetheless this community has been well-maintained and is very attractive and remains competitive with much newer complexes. The floorplans here are spacious and well-designed for both individuals and families. And the amount of closet space is almost unheard of for an apartment. I moved here a little over a year ago after having been a homeowner for over 40 years with this being my first apartment living experience. Needless to say I was apprehensive about that transition , but as it turns out that worry was unnecessary as this is a quiet and well-maintained community and I am very content living here.

Love the layout of the apartment and the maintenance crew is very respectable and professional at what they do. Neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking as well as for visitors, Would recommend Brittany Commons to friends and family.

Brittany Commons is clean and safe. I had looked at 3 different complexes with apartments with similar rent and Brittany was the best value. Kathy in the leasing office was so helpful and even worked late when I was moving in! She went above and beyond to help me including helping me bring my mattress in!
