Well I like the community a lot. I just think maintaince could respond to the orders a little faster. I definitely had to wait awhile for dryer piece at first that turned into ordering a new dryer but my stove has still never been fixed yet n it's been almost two months

My experience here has been amazing so far! Kathy in the office is amazing and Keith in maintenance is also! Great staff, clean and well kept community, great grounds and amenities and a nice safe community! We love it here!

I've lived in this community for a year now, I moved from New York and I am pleased with my choice. The office staff is friendly and I appreciate their understanding when in a bind. Living in this community has made it a little easier leaving what I once called home. I look forward to living here.

I love Brittany Commons Apartments, the apartments are large, clean and very relaxing. Not to mention the Fire place I'm in love with the amazing amenities of going to a gym and Pool just seconds away from each other. Laundry room in my apartment both washer and dryer is a plus. The staffs are professional and very helpful. I'm having a blast!!

This has been a great place to live so far. The office is staff is nice and the over all facility its self is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this community to anyone. Thanks for making this a great place!

Let me start by saying that I love this community. I have found it to be a safe, friendly and beautiful community. I have not encountered any problems with my neighbors or staff members for my 3 years of living here. However, I do want to say that things have definitely changed a lot since I moved here. The initial incentives/amenities have gradually gone away. Example: When I first moved in they had this fancy coffee/hot chocolate machine. I'm not even a coffee drinker but it made me want to make a cup...lol. This sounds small but it was the first difference I noticed. What happened to the breakfast the 1st Saturday of every month? I don't know when the last time that has happened! I'm trying to understand why each year they have a customer appreciation week that does not actually benefit the customers that pay the rent here. Every year they have a BBQ for the customers during the middle of the day (lunch time) that most of their customers that actually pay the rent cannot enjoy because they are at work during the hours that they are having the event. I just do not understand how that is appreciating us but I do understand the intent. Maybe doing a dinner instead of a lunch would work better so all can have the chance to be appreciated. The fact that we have to pay for a FOB that is supposed to give after hours entrance to the workout room AND the pool table/sitting room that I never get to use was taken away due to someone that probably doesn't even live here or pays the monthly rent here ruined for the people who actually live and pay rent to use. Not to mention that I absolutely HATE the fact that I have to pay a flat monthly water fee and not for the amount I actually use. To top it off there is now a $15 monthly trash fee that I NEVER asked for/wanted or needed!! When was there a community meeting given to the people who actually live and pay the rent here asked if this was something that they wanted?? I live directly across from the dumpster. I have no problem walking my small bags of trash to the dumpster. I do not need/want to pay $15 a month to have to remember what days and time to sit a trash can outside my door for someone to pick up and drive to the dumpster. I do not and will not use it! So now I'm paying all of these extra fees on top of the increase in rent each year. I feel that I pay more but I'm getting less each year that I live here. I still love the community and the staff but I'm disappointed with how much has changed since living here over the last 3 years. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication, customer awareness and input that is not asked for or used. I'm starting to feel like all the extra fees are to benefit the company and not actually the renters. I would like to see things go back to the way they were when I was so impressed with living here. It's an amazing place to live, everyone is so friendly. If there an issue, it's fixed rather quickly. It's a safe environment for my son and I to be at. We love the community events that BCA does for us as well

Quiet, well kept, friendly maintenance staff, Kathy is the best at the front office - The pool needed some work over the summer which was a bummer but other than that I am satisfied with this community.

Brittany Commons is @ very quiet and well kept community. The property is very beautiful. The neighborhood is Awesome & the neighbors are nice & friendly. The Clubhouse & Gym is such a blessing to have on the property. The ladies in the office is very nice and welcoming. Overall I Love Brittany Commons For Me & My Family. Also I Feel Safe We Do Have Security To Check The Property, Also I Love It's @ Gated Property.

Overall good experience. Plan to continue renting here. Leasing office and maintenance staff friendly. Maintenance staff not very prompt sometimes responding to requests for service. Noise from stairway takes some getting used to.

We just moved in and every mine has been super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is spotless and the grounds are very well maintained. We had a small issue when we first moved in and maintenance had it all taken care of immediately. We are very pleased.

Office staff were exceptionally accommodating given that I was moving from out of state and was unable to view the apartment first hand. All staff members have been very friendly, polite, and helpful. The few minor maintenance things that have popped up were addressed quickly and no further issues have been present. The community members are friendly and respectful. Overall a great complex to move into.

I enjoy living in this community. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding: I'm always greeted by my first name when I come into the office. The maintenance staff, is very professional and attentive to the needs of the residents.

I am so glad I was referred to Brittany Commons. My apartment is beautiful, the people are kind, and I feel like I've joined a whole other community. From the minute I walked in to inquire about an apartment, I was so impressed with their helpfulness. I feel so lucky to live here.

Decent. Overpriced compared to other apartments of same scale. Staff is very pleasant. Location is what is keeping me here. Unsure if I will renew again. Minor problems here and there. They had a yearcto fix the pool and didn't until summer started so it can't be used until August (hopefully)

I have lived here for almost 3 months i have had issues with my washer machine, dryer, an most importantly my AC UNIT! We had the AC replaced 2 weeks with a brand new one... Since its been replaced nothing but headaches on our end with this weather being HOT. An our home is not keeping cool right?? The answers were we cant touch a brand new unit an have to wait for the contractor to check problem so contractors come an put more refrigerate an again now our AC lines are frozen on the outside as well it is in the inside!!! WHY??? BRAND NEW AC??

Very nice Community. Moved in May 2018, numerous AC issues. Old system wouldn't work apartment would get into the high 70s to 80 degrees. New system install and still having issues. Maintenance always says it is a contractor issue. So we go uncomfortable with no AC until contractor comes... very frustrated teanant.

It has been a good experience so far no problems. The apartment complex offers a lot of great aminemities. The apartment complex is close to shopping areas. I would recommend the apartments to friends and family.

you can dvds from the office library as long as you return them. there is trails you can walk on. there is soccer fields here , volleyball fields here , dog parks tennis courts courts, grills you can use

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and help with any questions you have have. If one person doesn't know the answer then they find someone who does.I really love how quiet it is here and how friendly everyone is.

Very nice community apartments are very nice the people that work in the office are friendly and answer any questions you have the amenities are great the apartments are very well laid out with nice laundry room the community is in a great location close to stores and restaurants we are very pleased and feel safe living here
