This is a great place to live. It's safe, well-kept and staff are very attentive to issues. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. The property puts on several community related events that are really nice, excellent way to meet your neighbors.

My move in experience was horrifying. There were six items that needed maintenance requests and the office staff made promises that couldn't be kept. The maintenance staff doesn't show up when they say they will and one maintenance man told me my home was "not a priority" and refused to fix an item since it was a Saturday. As of this writing, my washing machine has yet to be fixed for over a week.

Terrible, we are currently looking for a way out of our lease. Our work orders are ignored. The apartment is over priced for the quality. The staff members are not helpful at all. The package system is very annoying, and they have an issue with sending maintenance to your home after an issue has been declared. They notice that it is their fault but do not offer much for their mistakes. This apartment is far too expensive to be making these huge blunders.

The process here was amazing, the staff was friendly and inviting. When you walk in your greeted with a beautiful and updated clubhouse. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. Valerie is who we worked with and everything was really smooth and professional. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I've lived here for 17 years. I've enjoyed every minute of it. The management and maintenance staff are excellent. I'm handicapped and the staff have always been courteous and helpful to me. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Great community. The few times I had a maintance issue the staff responded quickly and professionally. I enjoy the walking trail, the gym and the pool. I wish the room with the pool table would be available for use 24/7 like the gym

Brittany Commons is a beautiful community. The staff is professional, courteous and kind. The grounds are well kept a beautiful atmosphere. The amenities are awesome as well. Having 2 great swimming pools sure keep the kids happy during these hot days . However soccer fields ,baseball field, Nature trails, playgrounds , nice covered gazebos, the list goes on . Great maintenance staff very professional. Just a great place for families .

We love living here at Brittany Commons, we enjoy the pool and the parks for my daughter. The grounds are pretty and the landscaping is well maintained. The maintanice staff are friendly and are very trust worthy,

Apts are small but comfortable. The managment team is great and sad but no control on entering my space because they are not truly capable of blocking these issues in my home. I believe they should beef up security. So i can go to work in peace and not come home to a foul order in my house. Mmmmmm

Very good Place I would definitely recommend it The apartment are very spacious the fireplace is a plus for me balcony is awesome service is wonderful of all a great experience I will definitely let my friend know about this place it is for the money I'm spending is a great deal the amenities are great also the pool is well-maintained people I'll definitely very friendly The staff in the office are also wonderful maintenance out very quick to fix whatever you need to very respectful very nice

The staff is professional, but I do have an issue with a harrassing neighbor that the front office seems to not be able to handle. I have had several issues with this individual and every month I have to explain to the front office a new situation that has occured but the problem is not being handled.

Such a friendly community! We love living here because of all the beautiful scenery and how it feels like home. The maintenance staff is always very prompt, professional, and friendly! We would definitely recommend Brittany Commons to anyone looking to move! My family and I have always felt a warm welcome here by staff and the community.

I've live here for two years. The complex is nice and clean. The staff cares about what it looks like. They are always friendly and professional when speaking with them. Any issues I've had were taking care of in a timely manner. I like living here.

Nice, clean neighborhood. The apartment we went with is nice and clean, practically flawless when we moved in (minor things that maintenance took care of within the first few days). If you're looking for a small to decent sized apartment in a great area, look no further.

Excellent! The maintenance and office staff are always great! Prompt response to any/all inquires! Very clean and updated apartments. The property/landscaping is very well maintained. Many amenities to use without having to leave the neighborhood and are within walking distance!

The Staff are eager to assist when there are complaints or issues. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are nice. Management always have something going on to bring the community together to know one another with social gatherings.

It's a very nice community. Well maintained. The staff puts the icing on the cake. Very friendly and very professional. Some of the outside of the apartments needs some attention. Signs need replacing. Dry rot on some of the balconies.

I love my apt...front office staff is GREAT!!! I love the fact that they remembered my name as soon as they saw me came in!! It also feels good knowing the apartment's are being updated,excited to see the new renovations of the front office!!!

During Tenant Appreciation Week, free curbside trash pickup occurred. It was a courtesy we enjoyed for the week. It didn't have to continue. During the remaining 51 weeks, we deposited the trash in the dumpster ourselves. I am displeased that management imposed trash pickup and its mandatory fee ($15 per month). This was nearly 1% added to our expected rent and water fee. Trash collectors are doing what we were doing for free. If Brittany Commons was a complex where the majority of its residents didn't have cars or were unable to easily access the dumpsters, your offering of such a service might be justified. That's not the case. The number of cars on this property indicates many people are driving past, and can access, the dumpsters. The pickers dispose the trash in the same place I would have put mine into. Management should not have implemented this policy. I must now deal with an unnecessary monthly fee, unnecessary trash pickup, an additional trash receptacle and where to keep it, the trash receptacle rules, and no trash pickup if the county decides to cancel school on a trash night. What kind of service is this? Ideally, management will cease trash pickup, tenants will gain space when they return the receptacles to you, resume disposal as before, and there's no longer an unnecessary fee. It is an easy fix. wonderful place to live at and plenty of things to do around the complex. We've never had any issues, staff is great, maintenance team is top notch and the feeling of being safe is wonderful. My family is grateful that we choose Brittany Commons to live at.

I felt welcomed when I walked into the rental office. I told them what I needed and how much I was willing to spend. My first look made me want to rent with Brittney Commons. I love having a gas fireplace.

I really enjoy Brittany commons. The staff has been wonderful. The amenities are outstanding. It's a beautiful community. My biggest complaint would be my upstairs neighbors who throw cigarettes garbage and glass into the bushes outside of my back porch.
