It is great and have nice things for my family to do and guiet and staff really helpful and polite and respectful and the playground are clean and my kids love kiddie pool and love that have life guards. Pretty much nice community

Wonderful community to live in. Close to restaurants and stores. The office staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems happening in the homes. They are friendly and professional. Would recommend highly.

It is noisy, parking is too limited, neighbors are inconsiderate and leave trash everywhere, clouds of cigarette / marijuana smoke in the breezeway, the maintenance staff is overwhelmed. We went 4 months without Air conditioning because the office didn't want to replace the unit.

Beautiful place to live the staff to me my opinion has been wonderful they where helpful completed everything I ask things that I needed to be looked at or fix making my stay for as long as possible to stay

I have a good experience at Brittany Commonds. It's a peacefull. And secure place. The staff at the club house are nice and they helpbyou in everything you need. The mantainence staff are nice and respectfull. I recomend this community to everyone.

Great community and rent is reasonable. Maintenance staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The grounds are manicured and maintained. Random trash and litter could be a little more addressed around the community.

Stephaine is the best...she helped me move in a timely manner....i really appreciate everything she has done for me and my girls....shes always there to answer questions etc...The grounds are kept clean and attractive...friendly staff

As far as apartment living goes, I would say Brittney Commons is one of the better ones. They are a great community. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Their maintenance staff are great. Their response to work orders are quick and efficient. The front office staff are amazing.

This community is great, lovely grounds great neighbors. The only reason I would Move from this community is if I bought a house. I would not want to rent anywhere else in the area. The staff is exceptional.

We like the area, close to whatever needs we have yet quiet and not to crowded. We enjoy the community pools as well as the activities the staff have for residents. The apartments are comfortable and the valet trash service is ideal.

I moved in with my son who has been living here for five or so years I have great neighbors. Nice landscaping. The walking/bike trail is nice and peaceful, creating a relaxing walk. The staff is friendly and helpful

Enjoy living here very much. I would recommend this complex to anyone. It's a good location. 200 characters is way to much for this survey and when asking for a survey to be done for the maintenance men, one should not be in here for the complex.

I love it here . The rent is affordable. The pool situation needs some working on but otherwise I have no complaints , you never hear about any crime in Brittany commons . Their events are fun for kids and they are very involved

Great service when requested, apartment quality is great other than hearing up stairs , if I could have anything done it will be to have better insulation separating the obove apartment, parking spots would be nice if was more room in between them, makes hard to get out vehicle without door being close to other vehicles

This community is not one I would suggest to anyone moving into. The rent is outrageous, a 2 bedroom here is almost $2000, and they never fix maintenance problems without you having to cause an issue first. It took a month to get new keys to check my mail. It's taken 2 weeks to get a new filter in the heating/cooling unit. Last year my water heater burst and it took a week to get it replaced and the carpet dried. It took 3 weeks for them to empty and fix my washer. Every appliance is old and on the verge of breaking. They do not care about their residents satisfaction, only about the money

It has been wonderful living here. Everyone is very nice. It is very quiet area and clean area. I love my neighbors. If I need any help fixing anything the maintenance workers are on it. Office staff are great!!

Kept up very well. Quiet place to live . Beautiful complex. Maintenance people are very polite . I just moved here in December so I haven't had to much interaction with anyone but from what I have had its been very nice.

It's been pleasant most of the time. In the past my upstairs neighbors sometimes are loud. I've been here 22 years and most of that time has been a good. The patio needs fresh paint. It should be done by "as needed". It shouldn't be on the lease as one of the perks for renewing your lease as the front door painting is.

The staff and maintenance workers are friendly and courteous and make sure to inform the community when there is a maintenance or special event going to happen in or around the community. They make sure they put out flyers or email the community when events are going to happen for the community to join and even have Special days for residents with pets.

I love living here. It is fairly quiet and the residents and staff are all friendly and nice. I've had no issues and always get prompt attention to my questions or requests. Maintenance has been great and the grounds are kept very nice.

Very clean and quiet around here. Staff is very nice and respectful. Valet Trash service is so nice. Love the trails in the neighborhood to walk. The gym is a plus. It's just a very nice neighborhood to live in.

Brittany Commons is a mature community with all the ammenities including 2 swimming pools, clubhouse, well equipped gym, walking trails, gazebo's, etc. The grounds are well manicured with very tasteful bushes and trees to highlight the grounds. The staff is very helpful in solving any issues that you may have concerning the apartments and surrounding areas.

Amazing Experience Living Here
I just want to make sure everyone looking for an affordable great community to live in checks out Britney Commons. I have been living here for over 5 years with my daughter and I LOVE IT! The manager Ashley always is ready to help with any issue that may arise, the staff is professional and so nice and the maintenance and grounds people are super professional. I walk every morning on the paths and have watched some residents throw trash on the ground or have watched residents let their pets poop without picking it up. This infuriates me because I then see the grounds people come by and pick up the messes. The people that work here care and so do I because I consider this place my home. I have read many amazing reviews by residents and have read a few that I don't agree with. I can only speak for myself, my experience living here has been exceptional and I will always recommend Britney Commons as a place to live. I have made some amazing friends in this community and have witnessed first hand how Ashley will call to task residents who are disruptive, loud, abusive and break the rules. She is the best of the best! The amenities are great, the pools are clean and the general atmosphere is chill and happy.

Clean, and well maintained grounds and common areas. Maintenance issues have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. Good communication from the office staff, to the residents, keeping us informed, about any issues, and events. Have renewed twice, and nothing bad to say.
