Brittany commons is a decent area. Of course you are gonna have certain issues or problems. Office can take awhile to get to you, but they do eventually. Nice complex overall . Good people . Sometimes quiet .

As long as we keep to our selves and expect the community to leave us alone, we are content here. The staff does their best, but somethings are lacking (no comment on that) Contentment for us will continue as nothing good comes out of complaining

So far, things are going nice. The apartment I very nice sized and in unit laundry is always a plus! The leasing office was helpful and responsive. There isn't a lot of visitors parking, or other tenants are using them up. Other than that, this is definitely a nice community so far.

Very nice community very peaceful and friendly neighbors, having a trash disposal is very convenient, you can use swings in front of your Apartment, you can walk on a trail, and see animals and birds, I saw a beautiful Tan Fox.

So far the community itself hasn't been bad. The management and maintenance are very very unreliable and when asked to do something you are told it will get done immediately but in my experience nothing has yet to be done even after a week of asking. They also have yet to fix my rent owed and are trying to charge me for two months rent for one month. I have been extremely disappointed in the lack of reliability from management and maintenance so far.

My new apartment is absolutely perfect!!!! I love it!!! Helena is super sweet and friendly, very respectful, knowledgeable and professional!! Thanks to her the application process was quick and easy!! I truly can't thank her enough for her kindness and support!! Everyone in the leasing office has been extremely helpful, all really wonderful people!!! The maintenance team has super awesome positive vibes too!! Right away they took care of checking the smoke detector batteries and checking all the electrical outlets. I really appreciate them making sure everything was in proper working order and pristine condition the moment I got keys!! Thank you all so much!!!! My kids and I really love it here!!!

I won't be renewing my lease because the process for maintenance requests is too long Otherwise it's nice enough, a little run down to be called luxury. Quiet, nice neighbors. Haven't used the pool or gym. Nice walking paths and dog park. Parking hasn't been a problem for me. It's not gated and it doesn't appear there's any plan to get the gates back online.

I don't recommend anyone to move here ever it's terribly managed and the maintenance is no help I have had so many problems since my move in and management has done nothing DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The buildings are falling apart!!!

Very nice neighborhood, but I would warn against getting a top floor unit. Since heat rises, you are more likely to not have good AC circulation. I personally use window units, and it has helped the cost, and circulation a lot.

It's been rough! First set of office employees were amazing but they've left and the new staff is horrible and manager has always had no great communication ! I put in work orders that are just deleted constantly and they NEVER answer the phone it's ridiculous

Staff is the Best
Barbara in the office is so helpful a true Gem! Ashley the property manager has been here since I believe the property open and knows everyone and is an expert of the property. The maintenance team has made living here feel like we are with family, they take a lot pride in there work and really care and go over and beyond for the people that live here- Brittany commons has great staff I hope they keep them because finding good people is hard! Really love the groundskeeper gentlemen that works here he always speaks and ask how I doing when I walk pass

ashley jones and barbara ARE AMAZING I have been there for over 15 years and these ladies seriously were always there for me. I stayed for a long time because of them and how trustworthy they are. My son and I needed a new scenery and stayed where we knew we were okay. love you ashley and barbara

Omgosh I have been living in Brittany commons for at least 18 years now and they are always getting things together and making sure the residents are comfortable. I don't think any other apartment complex has more residents than Brittany Commons due to their loyalty, liability and commitment. I enjoy living here it is quiet and free and I'm just so happy. I started with my parents now I'm on my own and free.

I love this community, staff very friendly. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and very courteous. This community always celebrates each holiday giving this a very family friendly fly atmosphere.

Overall, the experience has been very good.The grounds are lovely. There are so many amenities. The office staff and maintenance and ground keeper are all fantastic. The first week we were here there was a snowstorm. The sidewalks and parking lots were clear of snow by seven thirty the next morning. They must have been working all night. The neighborhood is good, very secluded from any non-essential traffic. The people here are super friendly. It's also a very animal friendly community.

The community staff and maintenance team are all very nice, and the people here create a great atmosphere. It's truly a wonderful place to live,The community offers excellent amenities, including football and basketball playgrounds, a game room, computer usage, and printing facilities?everything you need for both recreation and convenience

We have been pretty satisfied. We do wish for a house of our own, though. Parking is problematic, since we didn't opt to pay extra for assigned parking spots. I like it better now, without the gate closed at the entrance. That was a nuisance.

I've lived in three different apartments in this community and have had great experiences in each one, the maintenance staff as well as the leasing staff are more than helpful and quick to resolve any issues!

Overall we have been pleased here. There have been some resident issues and blatant rudeness but that is people, not the residence. Great pet community and management is always open to listening and trying to improve things.

The complex is on a beautifully wooded area in a great part of town. We are renting a spacious 3 bed 2 bath with plenty of room for our dog as well. Had an issue with maintenance because we had to wait 6 weeks for them to repair our dishwasher. Staff is nice but the dishes issue really was unacceptable.

My experience living at Brittany Commons has been quite pleasant. I've rarely had any issues and for the minor issues that have arisen, they are usually taken care of expeditiously. It has been an enjoyable 3 years living here.

The apartment is an older community, some appliances are out of date, but things still work at the appropriate rate. Units were made cheap, with cheap carpeting the shreds with every step. Overall it's a good place to live.

Nice community to live in; feels safe and is in a great location with lots of amenities and places to go nearby. Maintenance is very slow to respond however, as is apartment staff. Staff is so pleasant and easy to deal with in person but hard to get ahold of in general.

It is a fairly quiet neighborhood. There is green space between the buildings. The maintenance team is able to fix all the problems. The office staff does an amazing job. You are also close enough to shops without the traffic
