Everything has been fine since move-in other than maintenance using their key to get into my apartment WITHOUT an emergency. It is on my requests that I am not allowing maintenance to use their gain to gain entry.

Honestly there have been a lot of changes in the last 5 years. The quality has gone down but I do like my apartment. I have never had any issues with Maintenance they always taken care of any problems.

The community feels as if it is going down hill. The gate recently started back working about 6 months to a year. Sometimes the trash piles up or contracts aren't renewed. Before Keith returned to the apartments maintenance requests weren't followed through such as a dishwasher that we put requests in was broken. We were given a new dish washer about 4 or 5 months ago, however, due to all the water that spilled onto the kitchen floor, the floorboards are now curling up even though we put in a request for it. The authentication to pay rent only goes to one email so if you live with others you can't use your own email. Most people don't pick up after their dogs even though there are a lot of stations. Leasing management often times don't answer phone calls during business hours.

Pretty decent place, I personally just don't enjoy the cigarette smoke from neighbors who smoke in the walkways because I have infants. I feel like you all try but sometimes come up short because its not great communication amongst each other. I've had service calls where only one issue shows up and they don't mark it complete, so they recheck the same issue and not the other issues.

Office staff needs to do a better job of communicating to their residents. So often I call the office and no one answers the phone. They could use some administrative tools in handling maintenance issues.

We have been very happy here about 8 years now. For the most part we have never had any serious issues. The staff take good care when things are needed. The grounds are kepted nice too. We have never seen any bugs in our apartments (roaches) the whole time we have lived here for that we are so grateful!

When we first moved in the community seemed safe and quiet. One you felt comfortable to go out and enjoy the many playgrounds, pools and trails. Over the years the amount of crime that gets overlooked by the staff is insane. You have underage and adults sitting on the steps outside your apartment doing drugs a spike in violence, theft, property damage. The staff will personally see all of this going on and not blink an eye at the activity. The insane number of residents with animals off the leash and animal poo not picked up leaves you worried about walking anywhere including your mailbox. The apartments are filled with mold and holes leading directly to the outside. Maintenance and staff have no regard for your living space or safety.

Our experience here has been positive. We feel safe, the heat and air conditioning work, there is not too much noise. The handicap parking spaces are convenient. The grounds are clean and neat and the staff is friendly.

It's a gated community, however the gates haven't been used in almost a year now. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. It's close and convenient to the local stores. The office staff are kind and friendly. The maintenance staff are nice and helpful.

Great place to live.. keeps grounds landscaped and clean, great community events. Had some issues with former staff Barbara and Ashley helped with getting it all sorted out.. they are the best! They truly care about the residents!

I have been happy at times. Needs more community policing. More surveillance in the parking lots instead of putting money in gates that never work. Use the empty field that no one uses for a bigger dog park.

It's a nice place to live, we do pay for a gated community but our gates have been broken for some time. But the staff is knowledgeable and nice . We have party's and food trucks the come and the grounds are kept clean and nice

I like living here, just wish other tenants realized this building is our HOME , and we need to keep our home from being littered with dropped trash, & spilled liquids inside hall and outside entrance. I pick up after them , this does not teach their children to be responsible, not good !

I have had a great experience in the community. It is mostly quiet, and people are friendly. Dog friendly and "most" people pick up after them. Generally, the maintenance team responds to your needs quickly.

No comment, Not a bad place to live. Quiet neighborhood where I lived,just my upstairs neighborhood was noisy and had late work hours. Other than that everything was ok. Rent for me was a little too expensive.
