Community is beautiful and well kept. Maintenance and office staff are great. The structure of the building is not too good because you can hear people on the steps and it is intensified if person is running. Other than that I love my apartment.

Nice community. Not easily handicap accesible especially to mailboxes and main office. Toilets are very low to ground. My grandkids even say how low they are. Repairs are not always done right away as they should be. Be careful if you sign anything from here. I did that and paid and they still gave my apartment away without proper notification to me. Due to the move I lost my foot and part of my leg from amputation that never should have happened to me due to management here.

The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments are nice and clean and spacious. The only problem I have had so far are there are a lot of children running around after school,being extremely loud, with no parents present.

We love it here. The grounds and apartment are well-kept. We feel safe. It is very quiet. Any concerns we have expressed have been corrected promptly. The staff has been easy to deal with. We also love the periodic community events.

Tammy cooke sold this community to me. She made the experience in searching for a place to live much easier. I was so happy to work with her and I would recommend this community and property to everyone I know. If it weren't for her, and her ability to go above and beyond, I don't know that I would have chosen to live here.

I have been in the community for a little over a month, I love my apartment, the leasing staff is amazing, always friendly and professional. I love that my son can go out and play because I feel he is a safe environment. The community is always clean. My Neighbors are always friendly. All and all it has been the best decision I made to move into Brittany Commons, can't wait for the summer to relax by the pool.

The staff is amazing! Lynne was exceptional to work with making sure I had all the forms filled out and the amenities I wanted as I had to do everything online before seeing the apartment due to my work schedule and the snow. Jasma finished strong by making my initial visit, and move-in day, seamless!

The rents are too high, it appears that you would benefit from keeping good tenants at reasonable rate rather than the high turnover I see. You must understand that a lot of people have not had raises for 5yrs or more because of the economy. Keep the good

i enjoy my community only complaint is dog waste all around the front of my building.The staff and maintenance are easy to comply with , overall a great place to live. My children enjoy the facilities offered ,I just wish people would be more aware about there pets so that my children do not step in unwanted messes.

The experience has been good so far, the only issue I have is, making monthly payment and maintenance request should be automated. Also the trash becomes and issue when tenants put furniture at the dumpster. Some tenants do not pick up pet poop.

The apartment is very well laid out with lots of storage space. The location is convenient. Responsiveness and communication are lacking with the office staff. Maintenance staff are pleasant and helpful. The gate provides little protection. Everyone knows the passcode and people just wait on the side of the road and follow others in.

It has not been a very good experience, which is why I am moving. When I initially moved here I noticed that the second room was very hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter, which I made the staff aware of. Many of the workers came and never fixed the issue. When I called to complain and was very irritated, the office staff offered a deduction on my rent, which was a nice gesture, but as soon as they thought that the phone hung up, the women had me on speakerphone and bursted out in laughter, which was very unprofessional. Since then, it has not been pleasant and the work orders take forever to be completed.

I have had a wonderful experience I truly enjoy the people that work there and the environment. I think the thing I dislike is that sometimes I can hear neighbor talking normally from other apartments. Also when children live above or pets that run constantly. I'm thinking people with children should be more together than people who live alone. It is what it is.

Since moving in about 3 months ago I have loved living at Brittany Commons. I enjoy the paths, beautiful landscaping and the friendly staff. There are lots of events and I'm hoping to find time to attend one soon. A couple drawbacks (but not deal breakers! Lol).....only two trash dumpsters and parking is hard to find at night when coming home from work. You can pay for a parking spot but there is no guarantee someone won't park in it, you can call for towing but by the time they arrive its a waste. Just park and walk :)

The leasing staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our specialist Jasma Ackins made our family feel so welcome and our move happen smoothly. The staff as a whole feels like family. They have lots of fun community events for families including movie nights on the lawn and pool parties complete with Snow cones, popcorn and hotdog carts! We're looking to a long and pleasant residency here at Brittnay Commons.

I have lived here since 2010, they were nice at first. It takes forever to get anything fixed if it gets fixed at all. The office staff is great! With the exception of Valerie, she is rude! The others do the best that they can with what they have to offer now. The residents they move in now are low class, sell and buy drugs, and I just don't feel safe. The gate is locked but they posted the code so anyone could get into the property. People speed through the streets and no one does anything about it. Again it used to be the best apartment complex around, but now its horrible and to pay over $1300 a month is CRAZY!!!

I am tried of people moving in and out at all times of the night, have some respect, the office manager told us this which in my eyes made it respectful, I live on the 2nd lower level & it sucks in a year we have had now 3 different families move in and Me & my husband have to go to work, come on people have some respect "quit throwing your heavy boxes on the floor it is 9:22 pm some people below you are sleeping! Very disturbing and disrespectful!!!!!!! Can't wait to move out!!!!!
