Marine, who moved from NOLA to Quantico. I needed to find an apt, move in within a week, and accomplish all of this while out of town. Barbra was outstanding. She picked a perfect apt for my family and handled everything. Awesome experience! I was able to start the process on Monday and get my keys when I came into town that Friday.

    I love the landscaping of the complex and the floor plan of my unit. The staff has always been professional, courteous and prompt to handle any of my request. I would recommend Brittany Commons, and have, to friends as a place to live. I love my unit, location, property and most of all tghe staff!

      Exellent BECAUSE of the team work with all staff and employees. The management in our experience has gone out of their way to PLEASE and remains cooperative in handling all problems. NEVER A GRUMBLE, FROWN OR REFUSAL TOO HELP EVEN THOUGH THEY APPEAR TO ALWAYS BE EXTREMELY BUSY. WITH WALK IN CUSTOMERS.

        Nice and quiet community. Beautiful landscaping, ammenities are great especially the free continental breakfast. Close to I95 and shopping centers are within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Office staff are awesome always friendly and willing to help with anything. So far great place to live.

          My apartment's second bedroom has leaked twice in three years. Fixing it has always taken weeks. There are dead plantings bordering my deck. One was removed but not replaced. My rental renewal agreement has included carpet cleaning the last two years but the carpets have not been cleaned. The common areas are generally untidy. Scheduled maintenance is announced in letters but often is not performed when advertised. For approximately nine months my luxury apartment community rented apartment(s) to out of state construction workers who parked their trucks in the building parking lot giving the area the feel of an industrial park.

              My experience at this community has been extremely unpleasant. Within 3 mos of moving in, I have dealt with malfunctioning laundry system (still unresolved), broken mailbox, Unable to use all amenities; netting on soccer goal posts have been broken since I moved in. Inadequate insulation; I can hear every movement from the tenants above, in addition to cracking noises in my walls every night. Poor ventilation and cooling in my unit. Poor financial management. Be sure to keep track of your records, which a tenant informed me of while they were moving out. It takes repeat work orders before an issue is truly resolved. The security/privacy access gates are left open for days at a time. The office staff does not have a genuine interest for tenants needs. They give the appearance that they do, but do not. My living experience has been subpar and far from luxury. Brittany Commons prides itself on maintaining the highest quality living environments for residents. However, I have not gotten the value for what I am paying for in a ?luxury apartment home." In hindsight, if I had paid attention to the ratings prior to moving in, I would have been spared from all the headaches, dissatisfaction and inconveniences.

Maintenance requests are required to be handled within a 48 hour timeframe with the exception of an emergency. Emergencies are to be handled in the order they have been received. There are occasions when a part needs to be ordered to have the work order completed, but a member of the Brittany Commons staff will follow up with you to keep you informed of the progress.                 My experience getting the appt. and moving in was very straightforward and pleasant. The appt. itself isn't all that large or nice compared to the rent being charged however. I would rate the appt. itself as only average as most of the appliances were old and outdated. The appt. does have a gas fireplace and the grounds are nice. The community is good and the neighbors are pleasant. For the most part the office staff and maintenance staff are nice. My biggest issue with this complex is the price gouging. The rent is very high and god forbid you have to move out before your lease is up. The penalty is $2500 and 2 months rent and you will be charged excessively for any "damage" they deem appropriate. Additionally, they have a corporate model for charging you extra for access to their amenities.

Our team wants to provide the best customer service to all of our residents and maintain a clean, healthy environment for everyone to enjoy. Brittany Commons has completed numerous renovations throughout the community to include Stainless steel appliances, cabinets and countertops, hardwood flooring, window furnishings, lighting and more. We determine our base rent pricing on the current Market in the surrounding area. A Lease Break fee is not an uncommon fee that takes place in Lease Agreements. Each community may vary, but a typical 60-day Notice to Vacate with a penalty is required if a resident is asking to break the Lease after signing a Long Term agreement. Move out inspections are performed for each resident to determine if there is any excessive damage that took place while residing in the home. We do not charge fees for normal wear and tear. The cleaning of the apartment and professional shampoos are a requirement. Again, we thank you for your feedback!                     I love living here. I have no problems and the staff is very pleasent. The apartment units are so very nice and cozy to live in. I love having lots of closet space...this has been a plus for me. I also love having the full size washer and dryer along with the pantry. I highly recommend anyone to live here.

                        Friendly/Knowledgeable staff. Clean/well maintained property. Policy concerning no dogs over 40 lbs in upstairs units should be reviewed. Some upstairs tenants, with/without kids, are noisier when they walk/fall down than a tenant with a 50 lb dog.

                          Beautiful property, grounds a very well kept and apartment and amenities are nice. Unfortunately though the amount of noise that we hear from our upstairs neighbor, every day, is very disturbing. And since this is not an issue with the tenant being too loud (which could be fixed), but rather the poor or lack of insulation between floors, there's nothing we can do about it except not renew our lease when the time comes. We were also frustrated when we recently had a high priority maintenance request (our A/C was leaking all over our laundry room) and it took 4 days for us to hear a response and the problem fixed.

                            The neighbors are friendly, the site clean, no drama and lots of events. There is a great childen's pool, a pool table, business center and package concierge service. This is definitely luxury apartments without the huge price tag. A genuine welcoming feeling.

                              I moved into Brittany Commons on June 28 2014. On the same night our Air Conditioning unit broke, it remained broken until July 15. The staff never told us what was going on or when it would be fiex. They also did not compesate us for our discomfort and the fact that they left a broken A/C unit running non-stop and instructed us not to touch anything then we had no choice but to run tons of fans so we couldtry to cool down our 90 degree apartment. On move in day we also have a uhaul van full of movers sitting outside waiting to unload the truck, which was on a tight schedule and were forced to wait an extra 40 minutes for the office to get our paperwork straightened out, though we had set up an apointment to sign the lease at a certain time so that this would not be an issue. Other than trying to deal with the office in any capacity the neighborhood is wonderful and the people who live here are very nice and plesant to live with. Great place to have kids and pets.

                                I recently moved to this community and I love it!! It's very nice, quiet, safe and well-kept. It is very convenient with the complex having a gym, pools and walking trails, as well as being close to many stores, restaurants, etc. I was able to drop my car at the shop and walk back home, it was less than a mile! The staff is very nice and helpful, and they put on a lot of community events that are fun and allow you to interact with your neighbors! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that asked me.

                                      I absolutely LOVE living here! The community is clean,safe, and well kept. The staff is top notch.                                               I enjoy the space on the property. Our buildings are spread out enough that I don't feel crowded. I enjoy having the green areas to sit out on and the trails to walk. My apartment is detailed with chair molding and base boards which provide the complete look of a home.

                                                Some of the ladies in the office seem very snarky and not in the mood to talk to you.                                                   We've lived here 2 years and just upgraded to a larger apt. It is a pretty community. We enjoy walking the paths, using the pool, and barbecuing at the pavilions. We've some really great people here (both residents and staff). The staff is friendly and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend BCA. There are thin GS here you can't get anywhere else. We love our new place!
