The staff is great. If you have business at the office, they always greet you in a friendly and professional manner. The maintenance staff is superb. They are sort of a "Face to the Field" because they come in contact with occupants needing service. THey seem to keep everyone happy and always are courteous. I see them stopping their golf carts to pick up trash that has been left or dropped by someone. The grounds are kept clean. Bottomline: Its a nice place to live!

Great appearance and friendly staff. I have lived here less than a year but only the cost would keep me from staying. The pools are great but the fitness room could use more machines. Guest parking near me is poor as there is only enough room for residents when you include the guest parking and of course that is taken up by residents.

My experience with Brittany Commons has been great. The office staff are very friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff are quick to fix issues as they arise. My apartment building is quiet and I have had no issues. I leave for work very early in the morning and when I open my door to leave it is very bright in the hallway. This makes me feel safer. It is a lovely community. A lot of residents have pets and I think it is great that they are allowed.

The community is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The staff is very willing to help and make your stay enjoyable. Valerie Welch is your best person in the office. The ground crew and maintenance crew are always working to keep the appearance of the complex very nice.

I love living in Brittanya Commons Apartments. I feel a sense of community, the residents are nice, the staff is amazing. What I dislike is not being able to continue to afford the rent. There should be a cap on rent for residents who have renewed a lease after more than three years. Also, there is inadequate parking for both residents, and tenants. It would be wonderful to be able to pay rent online like most all other rental communities allow.

I have had an excellent experience living at Brittany Commons. The staff is extremely courteous and makes every effort to make you feel at home. I would gladly recommend Brittany Commons to anyone...and I have!

This is a great place to live! Safe, quiet, clean, and beautiful apartments! We found that the rent here was a bit higher than other places, but we are so glad we chose it - it's well worth the rent to come home to a place you love!

It has been a wonderful experience. Office staff are great and respond quickly to requests. It is a bit pricey compared to other local apts, town homes even some homes. It's a great place to live.

The overall experience has been very pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful and has really made my experience here. I have made two service requests and they were responded to in a very timely manner and completed correctly the first time.

It is a very nice place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing is sometimes I hear my upstairs neighbor and it sounds like they are doing a ton of jumping jacks and its very loud

We sold our home quickly and had to move into an apartment quickly. We were very hesitant and concerned about an apartment community. Valerie was very patience and was able to find the right apartment for us and offered many suggestions on to simplify the move in. She let us come in to take measurements and left us the freedom to look around. The maintenance staff came right away when we called for minor repairs, the cleaning crew is always smiling, and the office staff is fantastic. Great team work to keep us all happy.

Its a great community to live and great schools for my children the staff is always available to help and greet u with a positive attitude. I love how they different activities in the office for the community to join and meet other tenants and every so often the have brunch or snacks that we can eat.. I love this area and plan on staying next year. .

I love the location, but do not feel that update work is being done to compensate for the increases in rent, trash pick-up, and water. The grounds need updating, and maintenance work. The staff is great and has been very kind to me. Windows are grossly under weather proofed, and I have lots of cold air coming in around them in the winter. Even have ice crystals if I don't put towels around the window sash.

Overall the apartment community is just "okay". I chose the apartment community because of the location/schools and I really enjoyed living here and my only suggestion is to upgrade the apartments.

I love it here. The staff are very friendly. I haven't had any problems. I love that they have different activities each month. The neighborhood is very clean. My kids love that they have a kiddy pool for them to play in the summer.

This is the longest I've ever stayed at an apt complex. I love it here. The apt complex is very well situated - lots of grocery stores; VRE is nearby; Spotsylvania Mall is nearby; proximity to two hospitals. Great location.

The problem does not lie in the staff or maintenance group. It lies with the perceived value and quality of the people that rent at the commons. Local competitors that offer the same price, better appliances, and location have an edge.

Great apartment. Staff is very helpful and responsive. We got the apartment at a great value relative to other apartments in the area. Visitor parking could be expanded as I have noticed that we have a ton of empty spaces in front of our apartment but the closest visitor spots are near the clubhouse.

It's an ongoing battle against mold and mildew. Not sure why it grows so easily here, but definitely have to clean more frequently than other places I've lived. The fixtures are cheap, but it is nice to have a fireplace and a big tub in an apartment.

Due to an illness in my family, I found myself in a situation of having to downsize and begin to look for an apartment for the first time in many, many years. I am so glad we found Brittany Commons. We absolutely love living here. Our two bedroom with sun room is spacious with good storage space. The staff is so friendly and prompt. I love the convenient location, beautiful grounds, and the fact that we can now pay rent online!

I have enjoyed my time at Brittany Commons. It is a great place to reside. The pool is great in the summer. The fitness center is very impressive.

In the few months I have lived here the quality of this facility has dropped significantly. The trash situation is a disaster. The way financial situations is handled is unheard of and I am not certain legal.
