I like living here. Nice community overall. I lived in a one bedroom and then moved into a two bedroom for more space. Anytime I have any questions or issues I call Valerie Welch. She makes sure issues are taken care of. I don't have to call back to follow up if I deal with her. I can't say that about anyone else.

        Tired of the same recurring problems. Paying significantly more in rent than new renters. Nothing luxury about apartments. Appliances cheap. New apartments get paint and carpeting. Nothing done to mine in over 9 years. All the other neighbors were smart to move out. Time to move.

          The community has lovely grounds, including two pools (one with sprinklers my small child loves) and lots of small playgrounds. The staff has always been very courteous and responds quickly to any issues. The only downside is very minimal insulation in the walls, so lots of noise and water leaks.

            my experience with this community has been great I've lived here for several years and I'm very pleased. I just moved back into the community and I'm sure I'll be very happy. very nice place to live when I would recommend it to somebody else

              Right now I'm not a happy tenant with all the noise I have to endure on a daily basis, yes I did make a call to the office and was told that the tenant above us has been with this complex for a long time. At this present moment that's doesn't sit with me well I'm about being Corteous to others, was told that a call was going to be made to the tenant above me this was on Monday Sept. 16 in the afternoon, its now Wednesday and its still the same as a new tenant NOT HAPPY

                It has been a good experience. I feel safe and I love the amenities. I appreciate the staff working with me when there are problems and concerns. My maintenance gets handled in a timely manner. I do wish it was a little less for the budget and for economical purposes, but I love staying here.

                  Brittany Commons Apartment is a very nice and quite community. The office staff is very professional in performing their job. Responding to reports of any problems are handled swiftly. The maintenance crew do a great job of keeping the community clean. I will therefore recommend this community to anyone looking to rent.

                      Initially, I loved living at Brittany Commons. However over the last two years, I have noticed a decline in the upkeep of the grounds and the floorboards and pipes appear to be in need of repair. It is difficult to get a peaceful nights rest with the rattling of pipes, loose floorboards above me and the ticking inside the walls.

                          Great experience for me. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly. During the recent snowfall the staff had the street plowed and the side walk shoveled by morning. Side walks and walk way were treated for ice. This is nothing new. They have done this for the last 12 years!! Great place to live!!!

                            In the beginning everything was very nice peaceful and even the staff was excellent. After being here for sometime I don't know if staff have tons of other work to do but has become unpleasant to deal with . I will not say every staff member is like this but most do have attitude or give you incorrect info . I will say Lynn is by far the nicest lady have dealt with and if you ask a question she is honest and will give you a honest answer . If she do not the answer right away she would take down your number and actually follow up with you. I use like my building but there has been a lot of activity that I'm not comfortable with lately !

                              Staff needs to be checking...

                              Staff needs to be checking dog area for who constantly does not clean up after their pet. I have to go to the one far from my apartment to walk my dogs. A camera would be advisable as the area next to building 10208 Ravenscourt Drive is discusting. Secondly the Feral cat population keeps increasing as the neighbor in the next building keeps feeding the in front of the bulding under the tree. This is not acceptable, and the cats need to be trapped, the animal shelter loans out free traps. They are a nuisance as they sleep on my patio and also climb on cars. I am sure and in fact I know others that have complained and it still continues. It is a well known fact that once you let a feral cat become dependent on the feeding they can not take care of them selves, I suggest that the person who feeds them stop being so lazy and if they must, feed them in the woods away from the building.                                   Community itself is beautiful. Tennis courts and pool are clean, landscaping is exquisite. Apartment homes are good quality but small and expensive. Staff are friendly but service requests take a long time to be answered and many times YOU have to follow-up to get the request completed. Also, many times I have gone into the rental office to pick up packages or ask questions and nobody is up front to help you. I get very irritated when I have to seek out people to help me, when that's their job.

                                          It's wonderful. The maintenance...

                                          It's wonderful. The maintenance team is fast, friendly, and efficient. The area is just barely outside the city so you have room but you're close enough to get to anything you need within 15-20 min of driving. The complex is spacious with big fields, sidewalks, and paths. The office personnel are very helpful and work with you. The only thing I wish there was more of were a few more light posts off of the sidewalk (I have a dog and he likes to do his business away from the sidewalk so it's difficult to see it). Plus most of the drop areas for his "business" are back away from the sidewalk and can be rather dark.

                                            Great quiet community. So far the only bad thing is in wintertime they do not remove snow, you have to purchase your own shovels to dig yourself out and then watch as rude people get in their car to move to your spot as soon as you back out to leave!

                                              When I moved in to Brittany Commons in 2011, it was a great experience on a beautiful property and I never had any issues. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of staff changes over the past year or so and the experience just isn't what it used to be. Lots of disorganization and miscommunication among the staff. I don't feel like I am getting what I pay for anymore (and these are some of the more expensive apartments in the area). Sure it is nicer than a lot of apartments in the area, but compared to a few years ago, they are missing the mark now. Long wait for maintenance requests to be handled (even emergency requests). The landscaping (grass cutting, etc.) isn't maintained the way it used to be. You can hear your neighbors above and beside you- it's not that they are being loud, it just doesn't seem to be insulated very well. This all may sound nit picky, but when you are paying this much for an apartment and you notice this many negative changes, it makes you wonder if it's the best choice to continue living here or recommend to friends. I'm certainly rethinking renewing my lease this summer.

                                                  Nothing luxury here!! Don't believe the great reviews on here; yes they are residents, staff residents. While the staff is nice, they will tell you anything to get you to lease. The rules are not enforced. There are a lot of smokers. The gate is hardly ever shut. Run, this place is awful.
