Office staff for the most part is great. Maintenance and grounds do good with what they have based on money given from corporate. Not luxury based on other luxury apartments we have lived in but it is a nice location close to shopping and entertainment and schools. could be worse.

Enjoy the spacious apartment and very pleasant surroundings. My neighbors are friendly. The leasing office have community events one week every year where we get to know other residents. Also a well-equipped exercise room is available to residents.

The people are friendly and the staff is amazingly helpful. It has been nothing but a great experience living here. I would recommend living here to anyone look for a quaint convenient place to hang their hat.

I enjoy living in Brittany Commons Apartments. I have very large walk-in closets. I don't hear my neighbors. They have monthly events like wine and cheese stop-bys and continental breakfasts. It feels safe and secure.

The staff has been kind courteous and quick to respond to any problems we have had. The community is very clean and beautiful. The community feels safe. We have been very happy with how quiet the neighborhood is as well.

One incident with a neighbor above me took months to resolve. A dog. above urinated on my balcony for months after numerous call to the office I was told to wait until they moved out to have my balcony pressure washed which was supposedly going to happen 2 weeks after I first called but didn't actually happen for almost 2 months later and several calls later.

No complaints about the community. Very clean grounds. Very convenient location for me. The office staff is amazing and take care of problems when needed. I've enjoyed my almost year here, and hopefully may be able to work something out to renew my lease.

The office staff and maintenance staff at Brittany Commons are a pleasure to deal with. We love our apartment and the amenities that go with it. The apartments are so nice that we have renewed are lease twice. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This has been a good community to live in. It is well kept and quiet. The staff is responsive to any and all calls. The maintainence staff is courteous and timely. The parking is okay and could use more spaces.

Overall it has been a very enjoyable experience. My latest neighbors are a bit loud and obnoxious but other than that I thoroughly enjoy living here. A great community that I would recommend to others.

Overall my experience with being a resident of Brittany Commons has been great. This is a safe and quiet community. The staff is professional and courteous. Maintenance has always responded to any concerns that I have had in a timely fashion.

Not good. I will not be renewing my lease. The ceilings/floors are so thin I can hear the 120lb female living above me walking, and it is loud enough that it literally wakes me up, when she gets up. The trash situation is disgusting.

I have a problem with the office staff, following thru when you tell them about a problem and they are not up front about renting. They answer your question without making it clear one way or the other.

Our experience has been great here. The staff has been very professional. The neighbors are very friendly. the apartment complex is very quite, peaceful, clean. We have not had a service call yet, but anytime you see the service crew they are very friendly.

Had two separate occupants above our apartment that allowed their dog to urinate down onto our patio and also had noise complaints about them. Third occupants above our apartment are very heavy footed and are noisy as well. Can hear people coughing/tv/talking in the apartment on all sides of our apartment. Very limited visitor parking by our building.

My wife and I rented the apartment in January 2012 and we love our apartment. Mainly the community is very beautiful and all the and staff is very helpful. My wife loves the alyout of the apartment. I do not like the leasing options available since it is always 12 or 9 months. We would really apreciate if they provide 6 months leasing option.

Apartments and grounds are nice. Some of the staff is friendly, some are not so much. When neighbors complain, you get a threatening notice, regardless of what it is or how bad. Some people can complain a lot, but its a neighborhood, people have dogs and children that make noise time to time.

For a gated community the gate is broken or left standing open 95% of the time; my apartment has mold in it that grows in the bathrooms which I clean often and well (and apply mold treatment) and have reported multiple times but still no permanent resolution to the problem; not planning on renewing lease - can find better value for the money

It has been an okay experience thus far; the responsiveness to matters could be better. The overall staff friendliness is great, it can be confusing as to what to do when in the office. It is not always clear what staff member is available to help.

Brittany Commons is a beautiful gated community. They are always having continental breakfasts, pool parties every year and much more. They have two pools, and I use both of them. More importantly than all of those amenities is that I have felt safe living here. It is a quiet community, with working families.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Holding my packages at the office, putting up an additional ceiling fan, giving me written instructions to help me use the gas fireplace...my last apartment complex was only interested in my rent check, period. Brittany Commons goes above & beyond on every level.

I feel very safe here and very much at home, the location is wonderful. Living close to work is nice for me I like not having to commute. The pool was kept up wonderfully this summer. I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Grounds are well kept, staff and maintenance professional, walls are a little thin with small children in neighboring apartment, carpet is worn and needs replacing. Overall have had a good experience.
