I have had a good experience living in this community thus far. I never have to worry about thefts or any suspicious activity going on and I feel very safe whenever I come home at night. I have had no issues with neighbors or noise complaints either.

My young adults and I love living here since we sold our house in Vestavia. It's safe quiet and clean, I enjoy my neighbors and walking in the community. I have suggested to most of my friends the area.

A complete failure of expectations. I have had several maintenance issues with the unit that has failed on being corrected. These issues are a potential health and safety hazard and are not being addressed. I call the front desk and leave messages, and never get a returned call. Overall, the product is overpriced and I already regret moving into this apartment complex.

This is a very friendly and quiet community. My neighbors are very nice. The buildings are very well kept. The community areas are very nice. The office staff has been nothing but great. They were very helpful and friendly on move in day

I love this apartment community! It is super safe. The grounds are always impeccable. Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and always take care of my concerns or questions immediately. I am very happy here!

Beautiful community setting. Very nice staff to work with. I have had almost zero problems at this community. Safety is huge and I feel very safe walking to and from my apartment home. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I love it. Clean, quiet, friendly, and safe. The staff are efficient and punctual. Natalie is a joy to work with. She was very patient and matched my needs to the correct apartment. When it came to paperwork, she had it all set up for signatures. Natalie does not hesitate to go beyond the call of duty to make sure that the customer is happy. Outstanding attitude.

I have been living in this community since 2011, and many things are changing today around the community and I do not know if this will be an issue in the future that helps to take other decisions. I love this place,I will hope the rent remains low and that the residents who have a lot of time here have some special consideration for being punctual and not having problems with the payment of the rent . By the way I do not know if I have the right to renew the carpet of my apartment after all these time.

This is a very quiet and fairly convenient neighborhood. We have felt very safe living here. Any maintenance issues have been handled in less than one day. The office staff is very professional. They have been helpful with any questions.

Great community close to many attractions,friends and family. Also great staff and residents. The atmosphere is laid back and is a very quiet community. The amenities are great to beautiful pool and patio area.

It is quiet and peaceful. The people are friendly. The grounds are kept well. Sometimes I have problems with leaky faucets in the kitchen and my bathroom shower pipes makes a lound noise. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

I have really enjoyed living at Colonial Grand at Liberty Park. My only complaint is that when I tried to upgrade my lease to a 2-bedroom, they wanted me to pay all of the move-in fees again, which is outrageous since I've been there for a year. I thought they would try to help me out since I have been there for a year and wanted to stay longer.

I've enjoyed living at Colonial Grand apartments. It's in a great location and a quiet community. I've really enjoyed the screened in porch and private back area; not many apartments have that. The apartment units are spacious with plenty of storage space. The staff is great and works hard to make this a great place to live. Natalie was right when she said this complex is perfect for someone moving from a home to an apartment. I've been happy here.

I think the office staff is good but some members can be very unwilling to act on complaints of glass in the pool area in with I was told by the office staff that I needed to tell the other residents to not use glass because she was busy and if it was broken than the outcome would effect us all. I do not think it was my responsibility but I did nicely explain the rules to the new residents and they removed the glass bottle.

I really enjoy this place. Many stuffs are already pre-paired like a refrigerator, Microwave, oven, Laundry, Dryer, etc. An atmosphere of here is very clean, calm, peaceful. Also Swimming pool, business center, Grill place... every thing is perfect.

We have had an amazing time living here. Our home caught on fire and they accepted our entire family, including the Great Dane! It is conveniently located for my husband to get to work on Hwy 280 and me to get to work downtown.

I enjoy being close to work and everything that Birmingham has to offer while still feeling a little secluded. I love being able to have my furbaby and the convenience of pet stations around the property. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any needs that I may have

I've never lived at a community that is so well-kept and has such friendly and responsive staff! It is by far my favorite place I have ever lived, and they take care of their residents very well. Only complaint would be noise sometimes, but neighbors/other residents are very friendly and approachable if there's an issue!

This community is very nice and private. The apartments are spacious and very nice. The community is also very quiet and beautiful. The scenery is gorgeous! The apartment grounds are also very well kept.

Somewhat satisfied. Find that the priorities for maintenance administration demonstrates weak general administration decision processing. This questionnaire is not fashioned to allow completion unless a minimum of characters are supplied. We would recommend this property,however, based on current personal sense of a safe place to live. We Re apprehensive as to safety of this property when the new expansion plan is completed placing a filling station convenience store practically on the grounds of this .

Very family oriented, quiet and safe. Beautiful area with great up keep of the grounds. Pet friendly is a big plus and amenities are great! Area is far enough away from the hustle of the city but close enough to all shops and restaurants.

My new apartment is great. Everything is new and updated. I love the lake view balcony. Amenities are excellent and the location is very convenient. The outdoor grill and eating area is my favorite feature.

Very nice and accommodating staff for an apartment community. Hallway lighting could be better in bldg 4. The rent seems to be high for the amount of space in the units. The grounds are kept very nice.
