Clean & reasonable. Liberty Park Colonial Grand has a penchant of luxury upon arrival. Grounds upkeep is immaculate, staff is super friendly, and residents are welcoming. If you can, lock in your stay.

We have been overall satisfied with this community. No problems except the sidewalk to our apartment is uneven and I have fallen because of it and had to have surgery on my knee. Service has been very prompt.

Great location. Older complex very quiet. Parking sometimes an issue. Schools rated highly. Close to major shopping and highways. Area development bringing in restaurants and grocery stores. Family friendly .

I just moved in but it has been great so far. Beautiful area, the people are nice, the smart home tech is great. Excellent location and safe area. I have no complaints at all so far, everyone has been great to deal with.

Overall good. Bathroom could be upgraded. It was being worked on when I first looked at the unit. I believe completion was rushed. The toilet is cheap and small, it could be better. Lady who showed me the unit asked me if there was any issues with toilet once moved in. She said there had been black stuff coming from rim. Did not notice at first and told her everything was okay. I then saw what she was talking about and also low water pressure when flushing. I spoke her about it and it was deemed okay and "clean". I dealt with it for more than a year and said something again. Low pressure was fixed by replacing chain and flusher. Black stuff did not get fixed. It looks like it could be rust. The flooring could be better. Rent has increased every year with no unit improvements. Community is great. Amenities are great. Staff is great. Might be interested in different unit though.

I moved from one of the MAA property management locations in Hoover to a different location in Alabama. I just moved into a 3B/2B from a 2B/2B and I love it. The apartment is very spacious, the rent is reasonable, and the management team is always very friendly/helpful. For all the amenities that are included in the complex it's the best you'll get for the price especially since most utilities are bundled into the overall monthly rent cost (excluding the power bill). Any time I have a maintenance request (which is rare) it's always completed in a timely manner. I've had maintenance requests completed the same day, but they're usually done within 24-72 hours unless a part needs to be ordered. My overall experience with MAA property management company this last year and 3 months has been very pleasant.

I just moved here a couple days ago and I love it so far! I needed a couple things fixed when I moved in and maintenance came very quickly to fix them. All staff have been so helpful and kind. Apartments and property are in nice shape and look great.

The office staff were wonderful in helping get me the right apartment and moved in. The maintenance staff even helped carry larger items up the stairs when I was moving in. The neighborhood is quiet and private.

They are luxury apartments but with some of the staff running around like it's their personal play place and personal cooking/pool area, it has turned into a luxury apartment for them. Here at my apartment, there are so many things that are broken or not working that I don't have enough characters to use in this message to cover it all.

This is very comfortable apartment community with excellent amenities. Love the smart home concept. Very friendly management staff, great pool and barbecue area. Walking distance to new Publix. I love Liberty a Park, so this location was ideal for us.

Just moved in but very quiet so far. Apartment is roomy and comfortable. Residents are friendly and the place seems to have nice amenities. Feels like home from the get go and they are very pet friendly and pet conscious here. I really like what I've seen soo far.

We are staying at Colonial Grand of Liberty Park while our home is finished being built, and we like it a lot here! The apartment is spacious and comes standard with all necessary appliances. The community amenities are top notch - pool, cabana, fishing dock, tennis courts, car wash, dog park, playground, gym, and business center. We chose these apartments due to the flexible lease terms, since our home will be finished in a couple of months. Overall very happy with our selection!

The location is good, the homes are very old but renovated. But water pipelines have noises always, especially in the early mornings. The water bill was not discussed at the beginning and they told us " we will take care of water bill/ registration". It ended up receiving $ 80 bill every month even though we don't use that much. When we asked why they said because you have 3 bedrooms apt, the bill is based on square foot. To sum up, the rent is very very high and the services are normal not something extraordinary.

Loved the spacious 3 bedroom with an attached garage..we are very happy here and would recommend for folks who are couples or small family. I think anyone would find CGLP to be very rich in amenities and, now, that the property is implementing a working security gate, we will all feel even more safe! Keep up the great work!

The community is family oriented, the common areas/amenities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. After selling my house in Liberty Park, this was a great option for 1-2 years before buying again closer to Vestavia High School.

I have had a great experience since moving in. If I ever have any maintenance issues, they are quick to have someone come out and work on the issue. I feel that the complex is safe and maintained to a high quality. I am very pleased with my experience.

Very well maintained apartment community. This complex has better amenities than most in this area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Fitness room is awesome. We are always informed as to any new developments in our community.

Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. Super nice neighborhood with lots of amenities. I don't think you could ask for a nicer place to live. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The maintenance guy showed up extremely promptly. Was professional and solved the problem in no time at all. Now the dishwasher works great. All of our interactions with the staff has been this way and we know we have made a solid choice in moving here. I'm a military guy and have needed to rent quite a bit due to the short time lines I have had in residency. This place has so far impressed me more than any other. Thanks!

I absolutely love it here ! Everything about this complex is amazing. Sometimes it get a little nosey due the rooms being by the stairs but other that. I give this place a 10. Everyone is so nice!! Thank you guys! Even though I will be moving on, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

This is a beautiful community with excellent responsive and caring staff at the office and also the maintenance team. Maintenance issues are usually resolved within 1 business day. The grounds are beautiful and the environment is safe, friendly and peaceful

Great place to live with awesome customer service and amenities. The staff is great from the management to maintenance. It's located in a quiet area of the city off to itself which is great however it's convenient to stores and school.

Well lit. The staff is customer friendly and responsive. The complex is kin to resort living. The bed rooms are spacious and we love patio. trails are easy to find and convenient . Neighbor hood is quite and the staff does a good job.
