Fantastic community and staff! We love the quiet, safe, and relaxed vibe. Staff is incredibly friendly and has been exceptional on the few times we have needed maintenance. The grounds are always clean and maintained. We are beyond happy with our experience.

The complex is very well maintained with grounds groomed weekly. The pool area is clean. I especially appreciate the trees that are present in the complex, adding to its beauty. The management staff is kind and considerate.

Experience good. I lived in Mountain Brook for 23 years. 5 minutes from the complex. That's how I knew about Colonial Grand. It has been a good experience. I am comfortable living here. That's all I have to say but the program needs 200 characters to Submit.

Since Jackson took back over, it's been a good place to live. We love Nolan and Tangela. Maintenance staff now that Sam is gone is the bomb. Downside can't handle the building of the Bray homes and townhomes any more. We thought the blasting and construction noises were unGodly, we didn't know how bad it was going to get when those folks moved in. One of them has a dog that barks 3-8 hours a day, you can hear every scream from their kids all afternoon/night and every weekend, the parents yelling at their kids every morning, etc. LPJV should have planned a buffer. We are going to have to leave or relocate within the community before Terri loses it. The new ones being built are very expensive so we would have to move farther away and we don't want to but it's like LPJV doesn't care about MAA Liberty Park. Even though we know y'all pay Homeowners dues to them. The only problems we really have with living here in the apartments is the aggressive dog Lucy who has attacked me at my size!! (900 or 1000 bldg), residents and guests who use my handicapped space, dog owners who don't clean up their poop in common areas and Terri has difficulty in getting packages bc of office hours. The landscaping behind our building is awful, but it has been horrible since we moved in. We need ground cover and shrubs/trees desperately. We also agree with Jackson about the homeowners (not just the Bray, the big houses too) who use the compactor and the 40 yard, not to mention our pool and outdoor kitchen. We can't ever use the grills because of house people in the summer.

When I initially moved into the community, I loved it! Location is great and the staff was stellar. As the years have passed, I have noticed that the amount of care given to residents and the property has decreased a lot.

Great, safe, and quiet place to live. We've been here for almost two years and live near the back end of the property and love the location and school zone in the area. We're about 15-20 minutes to good shopping/restaurants.

Our time at Colonial Grand at Liberty Park has been great! There really is a sense of community in this apartment complex where you really get to know your neighbors and become great friends. The staff do a great job keeping the complex clean and well maintained.

Experience wasn't that good, appliances are too old and we had to stay without AC and hot water for days. Apartment should have been renovated before we move, we still have the dryer that takes more than one cycle to dry up the clothes. The disposal keeps stopping.

My experience here at Colonial Grandview at Liberty is a great place to live. I love the landscaping and the Amenities The pool, the grilling area , the pavilion indoor porch. Just a great place to live. The maintenance here is great when you call for service, it is done as soon as possible and one other convenience that I like here is the garage. You don't have to go far to store your items, right here on the property. All I can say, this is a great place to live!

Very clean and nice apartment. Nice and safe neighborhood and maintenance is really quick. Office staff is very friendly. Community is very quiet and well kept. Amenities are very good and I would recommend this community to anyone.

Haven't lived in an apartment since newly married. My kids have though and none of theirs could compare with Colonial Grand. The staff is so nice and the maintenance staff is great. I love my apartment and feel safe and comfortable here.

Top notch place to live in the community and neighbors are second to none. Make sure to check out Colonial Grand at Liberty Park. You will not regret living here the amenities and outdoor space are superior in every way compared to any apartment home that I have lived at in the last ten years.

I have always enjoyed living at CGLP?the staff is too-notch?the community is very safe and peaceful?close to anything you'd ever need, but secluded as well?award winning schools in the community?a great place to be!

The staff is very friendly especially the office staff, amenities are great, beautiful pool and fire pit area, grounds are clean and safe! The updates in the apartments are very nice! Price is higher than most but in a very good area with no issues

The management and office staff are hit and miss; some are great and others are terrible. The maintenance staff is friendly and does a good job. The apartments are decent but rent is definitely high because of this being the only apartment complex in this school zone.

Only been here 3 weeks but it's clean quiet spacious than most. The house has smart door lock and thermostat. I wish the room switches were set up better. Nice that it comes with washer and dryer. Huge plus for us.

We love our new apartment and will tell all of friends how great this community is. We're so close to schools, Publix, restaurants, doctors and so many other amenities. The staff here go out of their way!

Great location and quiet area, staff does not tow cars that have been parked and not moved in over 2 years. Maintenance does not fix problems when they come to look at the issues. Landscape is beautiful and area is growing

This community is usually very quiet. Staff is friendly and always willing to help with any problem or request. The maintenance department is excellent. The grounds are well maintained. Parking is adequate. We feel very comfortable safe here!

The colonial at liberty park is one of the cleanest apartments I've ever seen. From day one with the office. They were punctual friendly on my tour and was honest with the process. Then I completed the process and move in was just as pleasant.
