The office staff is amazing! They are always there to answer any questions and help for anything I need. They are friendly and really care about who I am as a person, not just as a resident of the community.

Well maintained grounds and common area, very responsive and helpful office staff, clean pool area, little to no noise issues, quality amenities, convenient to interstate and all shopping as well as recreation.

The Community is located at a decent place and the surroundings are really great. The amenities within the community are decent enough. However, there are still quite a few things that could be improved upon

So far I am enjoying my stay here. The office staff does a great job with getting work orders completed in a timely fashion. The complex is always clean and the neighbors here are very friendly, I hope everything stays this way because so far is so good.

I am very pleased with the maintenance crew. They always ensure that any problems I may encounter will be handled. I also admire the management team. They are prompt and nice with helping you with anything you may need.

This is a wonderful community with a great caring staff. I have never had an issue that they couldn't resolve. Natalie and Jackson are so easy to work with and you know that they genuinely care about you.

Great so far. No issues. Apartment was very clean. Well maintained. Love the swimming pool, BBQ grills, and nearby pond. Location is perfect to UAB hospital and to nearby shopping centers. Very quiet. Nice place for family

I have used MAA before in Nashville and thought that it was a good experience. It was the main reason for moving into these appartments. My only complaint about liberty park was there seems to be a high turnover rate of office personnel.

Beautiful apartments. Well maintained. I lived in a three bedroom apartment for three years and after my husband died I moved to a one bedroom. I love the atmosphere and all the amenities. Beautiful landscape

Positives: Great location with quick access to shopping and major roads, the apartment complex is well maintained. Negatives: Individual apartments have been updated in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets but the shower/tub were not updated and in bad shape. The noise level from neighbors is high and disturbing.

Love this community. I feel very safe. The schools in this area are great. Churches are close by apartment. Shopping is very close and are some of the best grocery and shopping areas in Birmingham. The complex has beautiful grounds. Also love seeing the wildlife in the area. Cannot say enough how beautiful this area is.

I love it here! It's peaceful and in general a nice complex in a great school system. The amenities are great. The pool, workout room, and car wash are very nice perks to have. I feel safe. The floors are noises though. Regardless of who lives above you, it always sounds like they are gonna come through the ceiling.

Moved here after selling my house. I haven't lived in an apartment for a LONG time. I have loved everything about this place. It is very quiet, a great community, and I feel safe. The office staff and maintenance team is awesome! Love my new apartment community!

I am very satisfied with the Colonial Grand at Liberty Park. I love having an apartment that is surrounded by a wooded area. You are 15 to 20 minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and other interests in downtown, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Hoover, and Leeds. It's great to live near the city but be secluded from it.

Colonial Grand at Liberty Park is an outstanding apartment community. The apartments are spacious and very nicely maintained. If you require any type of maintenance, it will most likely be done the day you request it. Grounds are kept meticulously clean and landscaping is beautiful. The staff here is excellent. I most highly recommend!!!

Community is rather quiet, out-of-the-way. Be aware of hidden charges for electronic billing, trash and pest rent is not the bottom line. Neighborhood is safe, neighbors pretty friendly.

I choose this apartment because it belongs to the Liberty Park Neiborhood and my kids study in Liberty Park Elementary School and Liberty Park Middle School. Many friends of mine have lived in this apartments. That's why I got to know them. I like the neighborhood as well as I like The pool, the social areas, the place for receptions and all.

This is a great place to live. The community is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this for families or singles. The community is very pet friendly with great walking areas and a great pet park.

Great front office and maintenance staff. I truly like living here. I have had a couple maintenance issues and I must say they were handle the next day with out me not having to continuously remind them. The maintenance team was very professional and respectful. The best part was that they made sure to clean up after themselves once the job was done.
