This is a great community with a fantastic staff. The weather's been very nice lately too. I'm not sure what had to be entered. Seems like an awful lot of numbers of characters. I think that 200 characters is much too many. I am sure that most people would agree with me. I'm surprised did you have to enter so many characters.

Great customer service. Excellent experience. One of the best communities I have ever lived in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet serene place to live. I especially liked the upgraded appliances, fixtures and cabinets. The only thing needed is upgraded washer/dryer.

This place is nice, but it is not worth what you end up paying for it. The grounds are well manicured, the buildings look nice, but everything is cheaply built. I have had recurring maintenance issues (clogged drains, kitchen appliances falling apart), dozens of bees in my apartment, and the fire alarm (soooo loud) has gone off several times in the middle of the night for no reason, once for over 30 minutes while we waited in the cold for the fire dept to come turn it off. They have raised my rent every year and have added a monthly $45 MAA Connect fee. This MAA Connect fee pushes my basic cable and Internet package to well over $100 per month. I was not told about this extra fee by CGLP until after I was contracted with Brighthouse. I don't have to tell you how lousy that is. Not only do you pay a hefty pet deposit (more expensive than any apartment I've ever lived in), but you also pay at least $10 pet rent per month per pet. It hasn't been awful living here by any means, but MAA and the local staff seem to be pretty deceptive with all the extra charges. I am ready to move once my lease is up, but based on my experience here, I fear that they will charge me for bogus damages or for replacing a carpet that wasn't even new when I moved in. I wouldn't put it past them.

Management are helpful and supportive. They are eager to assist with your needs. They schedule events for the adults as well as the children. The grounds are kept very clean. Overall I have enjoyed being a part of this community and look forward to staying here in the future.

Very bad. Noisy neighbors and current work done to apartment: apartment flooded 4 times. 1 time with the hot water heater and 3 times from the same spot by the drain. Apartment flooded last time they cut up a big chunk of carpet and took three days to find the problem. After they fixed the problem apartment was dirty and filthy. All of my belongings were packed in the kitchen and my Christmas tree was in disarray. Neighbor above me was very noisy after several complaints to the office manager and police. Neighbor still keeping up noise. Can't wait to end my lease.

The level of the noise from my neighbor upstairs is unacceptable. They stomp around all times of the night and day. Definitely done with renting.The staff is nice and maintainance responds quickly. My brand new car was damaged in the parking lot by kids playing nearby because they where not supervised.

Very nice place. Has huge closet space, with big bedrooms. Also, no more slipping in the bathroom with the hardwood floors! Comes with all utilities (washer, dyer, fridge, mirowave, stove, dishwasher, and etc)! Big pool with firepits, and flat screen tvs! I love it here!

I've enjoyed my stay so far. Neighbors above me can be pretty loud but that's everywhere I've lived. I've had two sets of neighbors above me; the first were quiet, the second have wrestling matches I think. Community is quiet though and has lots of nature around which is nice at times. When I pass people they wave or say hello. I like my setup inside besides my carpet which stains started showing up after a couple months not done by me since I do not eat in the living area and leave shoes at the door. That's not a problem with me though. All in all I'll more than likely sign another years lease if the money's right. I have never needed maintenance so I cannot judge their service or dependability. The office staff are great and always nice as well.

I have had a comfortable experiecne of time at the apartment. I love the pool, grills, and fireplaces. The friendly atmosphere of the local tentant and the interaction of thier dogs has been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the apartment complex to coworkers and have. One of my coworkers have moved in the last month.

Very nice apartments. I have a two bedroom with attached garage which is very handy. screened in front porch is a plus. Apartment was clean and appliances work well. Response to the few maintenance requests has be timely and work was done professionally. Overall a very nice place to live with no issues.

Great location; Very quiet and safe neighborhood; Easy access to freeways and shopping - the summit is 10 mins away. Decent gym, but could with some modern equipment. Pool and barbeque area is very well maintained. Complex is located near expensive housing so neighborhood has good schools.

I live 4years n coming fifth year~. Everything good, people and around environment good. I like the lady Sandra at office. She is always kind and smile. Everythings good. I just want ask one thing. Friendly & quiet community with a great staff that works hard to take care of their residents. Repairs are usually done on the day requested. You get the feeling you are living in a resort. The residents are friendly and there are many kids for children to play with, in several areas to play, while still maintaining a peaceful environment.

I have had a wonderful experience living at the Colonial Grand at Liberty Park apartments. It's a quite location that is conducive to families of all ages. The staff is very professional and helpful. The only negative is their policy for breaking a lease due to the purchase of a home. We are having to pay for the apartment for 2 months that we won't be living there and to make it worse, one and half of those months we will be paying both an apartment rent and a mortgage. For someone who has lived here for three years and has always paid rent on time, it's disappointing that they are not more considerate.

The community is very safe and well kept. I enjoy the scenic views, pool and tennis courts. The entire neighborhood area is very well kept. I enjoy the landscaping as the flowers are replaced during seasonal changes. This is a very safe community.

The staff is nice and responsive to my concerns. However, I feel the quality of the unit falls a little below my expectations considering the cost of living at the facility. There have been a few administrative shortcomings and repairs are best addressed if I physically place them at the front office instead of an online submission. Other than these issues, everyone is happy to help and it is not a bad place to live. A positive experience.

I was made false promises about the apt and things I would be receiving. When confronted, the leasing office did not deny the lies, and only said sorry. I would not live here again, if they paid me to. I would not recommend to a friend either! Thanks

I have had nothing but nice things at Colonial Grand Liberty Park. I never had not 1 problem with anyone at the property. The grounds are always nicely manicured the lighting is good, the trash area is clean most of the time and the car wash area is very accessible.

The Colonial Grand at Liberty Park, is more a resort dwelling, than apt living, The Staff here are very professional, energetic, smart caring people, and helpful in every way, I was most impressed, by the cheerfulness and welcome I received, The grounds are very inviting, and you know you are home with the welcoming Drive. that is always kept manicured at Liberty Park. I love the trees and the privacy and the comfortable screened in porch, I think the design has been well planned out, to feel at home inside and out. and very pleasing to the eye, my guests just love the ease of my life, it is so simplified, and I love my garage, can you believe your own car wash to use,? a fishing lake, with a super charged fountain, a very pleasing swimming pool with adequate seating, and surrounding sitting area complete with T.V all outside, not forgetting putt putt, rock built Bar b q`s and log fire place, a wonderful weight room and exercise room all excelling in cleanliness. what a wonderful place to retire to. The Tennis Court is very enjoyable, to watch or play, and my dog is looking forward to the dog park that is being built, I love it here, and the upkeep is great. Thank-you !

Beautiful community in an amazing school zone. This is a very safe neighborhood/community and it is very family oriented. Dedicated, responsive and professional leasing and maintenance staff - I've been very happy for many years here!!!
