I love it here! Great schools, great neighborhood. Wish there was more amenities for children, bigger play area, basketball court, kiddie pool, slides. The walking areas are great, very nice pool area and outdoor cooking areas!

Great staff. Nice amenities and community layout. The gym, pool, dog park and walking trails are well maintain. The access highway 459 is convenient too. Close to groceries, dry cleaners and Doctor offices.

Community is relatively quiet and the office team is nice. However, our unit wasn't prepared for our arrival the way we discussed. Carpets hadn't been cleaned, walls were not painted, sprinklers coming out of the ceiling, our washer will not run a full cleaning cycle and an incredible odor was being masked by a scent machine. When we raised these concerns - I was made to feel as if I was bothersome. Had to follow up multiple times on the odor and sought our own solution to that concern. Being new to the state, we were hopeful our experience here after being referred by former tenants - would have gone better. We like the community and amenities - just fell short on agreed remedies prior to our move in.

Good living condition, love the neighborhood, great comunity and facility. I would like to stay here for a while since im satisfied.. just a minor improvement needed such as maintenance but maintenance was quick to fix it.

It is very nice, quiet, and warming community. The maintenance department is quick to respond, but needs serious work on follow thru. And notification from the office when packages have come in, is non existent.

Very quite, safe, and well maintained. The staff is professional and responsive to the tenants. We have lived in the community approximately 15 months and have enjoyed the property. The property is conveniently located to schools, businesses, and shopping areas.

This is our second time to live in this community. We have lived in a 3br and 2br. Loved both apartments. Currently have a 2br with garage and has been wonderful. The office staff ( Natalie, Griffin and Natalie) are always friendly and ready to help. The maint staff is always on time and get the job done well. The grounds are kept up and the pool area with the bbq grills and fireplace/fire pit are always available and great place to hang out with others. Gym has good equipment and love the outside screened in patio.

My experiences before and after the move have ALL been positive! I have not need much, in the way of maintenance, however when a problem occurred, the responses and the repairs were quick! I have nothing but praise for the apartment complex and the staff responsible for the complex!!

This community is clean, safe, and well lit. It has a cozy feel to the area and is very close to several great locations, including food, grocery, gas, and shopping. The staff is polite and finishes tasks in an efficient and friendly manner. It is great here.

Colonial Grand at Liberty Park is a great place to live. The staff is great and always was quick to respond. I personally take full advantage of the workout and pool amenities. I plan on living here for quite a while. I would highly recommend Colonial Grand to anyone looking into an apartment complex in Birmingham.

I have had a wonderful experience while living here. The promptness of the staff is awesome. I would like to applaud the maintenance staff as well. They are very diligent on keeping the buildings and grounds looking immaculate.

The community is really nice and peaceful. The only thing that really frustrates me is the spiders lizards, and the trash location. I also dislike that th pest control people only comes out on Thursday of every week. I think it should be whenever resident request it based on pests biting my children or others in the resident. The residents also have to drive their trash to the dumpster. I think it should be curb side assistants or a dumpster or trash at every unit. Due to the amount refsidents pay for the resident I think there should be a loot of upgrades and changes regarding those matters.

Love the Apartment people are friendly. The apartment is clean and love the high ceilings. I would definately recommend to a friend. The grounds are convenient for dogs. The fact that it is in an area where there is lush greenery is nice to look at.

Having sold a home in Liberty Park and needing a place to stay before we were able to move into another house in liberty Park, the closeness of CGLP was an ideal place for us to settle. Convenience and price sold us on the location. Also another friend living in the area we were moving from also rents a three bedroom apartment at CGLP and spoke highly of the apartment complex.

Wonderful from first sight to signing the lease. Shelby was really helpful and always available to answer my questions and help me. Move in was very smooth and everything has been perfect. I love the place and am so excited to live here. It is great.

Nice facility with great price per square foot and the amenities are in great condition. Our apt. is newly furnished which is great, however the AC is struggling to keep a 2nd floor apt cool. We're afraid we may have some huge power bills. However, it's not well sound insulated, can hear neighbors every night after dark hours, very frustrating I'm basically at their mercy when I can fall asleep. I think random people are showing up to the pool and are not guests or know a resident. It's not a big problem, but it's something to consider.

my experience has been very good.my 2b/r apt has ample room and all the necessary amenities.ceiling fans in both b/r and den. new appliances in kitchen.large patio that is mostly private.the grounds are well kept and very nice.except for the loud kids next door I could not be happier with my apartment

Great place to live. FANTASTIC staff! Quite location with lovely woods surrounding and lake. Nice place to take walks and walk pets but close to everything - downtown, 280 corridor, restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Amazing schools! Great community and feels very safe! Most luxurious apartment comes in Bham for the best schools! If you need both this is the place! Other apartments have hardwoods however those don't seem to be the better schools in Bham

It has been great. No complaints except that I am charged for cable and never here to watch it. Also I would like to pay a separate water bill due to traveling for work I use a fraction of the amount that I am charged. Other then that things are great.

The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is exceptional in all , trustworthy, knowledgeable and willing to help with almost anything. In addition, I have always felt very safe all of the time.
