It has been a pleasant experience so far. The environment has been very peaceful and tranquil. The scenery is well kept and the apartments are very nice. The only negative is sometimes the parking is limited. But beyond that I would recommend the community to others.

Great! We are going to be very happy here! We love the attached garage, the lake, the pool and the dog park! The apartments are super nice in a nice area but priced affordable! Lots of new walkable stores opening soon too!

very nicely managed apartment complex, though the buildings are somewhat older, the upkeep and prompt maintenance is top notch It is slightly away from major shopping but has enough in 10-15 min driving, excellent schools, quiet atmosphere, good gym, pool, community hall

Fantastic looking community. Jim Palmer was very professional and showed me all the amnenities availible. Great overall move in experience. Easy location with a very nice lay out of the roads and apartments.

After living in college living for 4-5 years I can truly see what great service and facilities look like here at CG. Though it does hurt to pay rent sometimes, I continually am reminded that it is worth it by the promptness and professionalism of the staff and the overall living experience at this luxury community.

Moving from Florida, the Liberty Park area of Birmingham is the ultimate reason we decided to relocate. Colonial Grande is a practical and affordable community in a rather expensive part of town, allowing my children access to the best schools in the state without compromising our quality of life.

I just moved in to the Colonial Grand at Liberty Park. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the very beginning. The leasing office has been very accommodating and informative which made my decision that much easier when choosing this property. I received positive recommendations from previous tennants about the living spaces and responsive property management. So far, I am happy with the design upgrades of my 1 bedroom and look forward to my stay here!

Super friendly people. Beautiful, quiet setting. Now with new Publix and gas station being built, super convenient. Office staff is great and maintenance fantastic. There has been a very good response to COVID 19.

Excellent! Everyone is so nice. Leasing Office personnel are professional and responsive to requests and questions. A great value and lovely location. Added bonus if having apartments with garages. Very pet friendly and community tries to keep grounds pet waste free. Most residents pick up after their dogs. I believe pets are required to be leashed except in dog park. I haven't lived here long enough to know if this is a problem. Not in the month I've been here.

Apartments are very outdated. Only reason to lease there vs other apartments is due to convenience to the schools. Ownership has to know they need updating. Just painting over and replacing carpet to freshen them up. At some point they will be forced to update. For now, just paint and lease again ASAP.

Move-in was great. Property management team was organized and put together. The apartment is set back a little, very quiet and clean. There is plenty of parking, and rent is competitive when compared to the local industry. Looking forward to living here.

This is wonderful place to live! Jackson was my agent and he helped me move in from Indiana with no problems!!!! The leasing office has great communication skills. They send out notifications in ample time! Your never in the Dark here! They never come into your Home unannounced.

The environment is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors are nice people. However, the smell of the glue for the carpet is very strong and makes me feel uncomfortable. Hope it has no terrible impact on my health.

Colonial Grand at Liberty Park is a great location and a great environment for any young adults working in or near liberty park. The amenities are all in excellent condition and the top of the line. The office personnel are very nice and helpful if any issues arrive. This is the first apartment complex I have lived in where I don't have to fight to find a parking spot which is a HUGE plus in my book! I wish I found this apartment/condo complex earlier because it would have saved me a ton of trouble/stress from my previous apartments. Not to mention this is a very safe location and I have never heard of any issues in the complex. I feel very comfortable and safe living here.

Nice apartment complex. Great feel to it. It is the largest I have ever lived at but it is quiet. The office staff does a great job with happy personalities and responsiveness. I have had some maintenance delays and my particular apartment was not left the cleanest in the world by the previous tenant but overall I am really happy I choice to live here. A lot of happy people here.

The apartments are clean and spacious. The ceiling heights make the space feel large and airy. The staff is friendly and are willing to help and answer questions promptly. I have small kids and have felt safe and secure while living at a colonial grand.

Overall, pretty good apartment complex and good to live. Everything is very clean and well kept. Front office staff is also very nice. The area of the complex is great and very safe. A little far from places such as restaurants, but not too bad. Overall a good place to live.
