The community is a safe and comfortable. Maintenance is good and the staff are available to assist you. The apartments are good quality and are affordable. I have not dealt with any crazy problems since I have lived here.

I have enjoyed living here. The property is always clean and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and always nice. The rent is a bit high, but it's to be expected with cost of living now. Overall I am very happy with my decision to live here.

It's was a good experience. Very friendly staff members. The team here has been very helpful with my moving process when it came to me moving from out of town. They were also helpful with gas and electric being transfered into my name.

The forest and surroundings are very tranquil. They provide a peaceful environment to live. It is a safe suburban community with shopping and schools within the neighborhood. Public transportation is not available, but it's a relatively easy commute for people who work in Birmingham.

The apartment complex is very well presented. It is a bit removed from many amenities but the location is very nice nonetheless. The price range is a bit high, but the finish of the units and amenities offered are all of a very high standard. Colonial Grand was at the top of our list and we only considered other places due to the limited number of units available for rent and to view. The garages are a very nice feature as well.

CGLP is an ideal community to call home. It is very quiet, relaxing and friendly. The community is convenient to shopping, restaurants entertainment and medical needs. We recommend CGLP to everyone that takes pride in where they live.

From the moment we turned into the community it felt like home. The grounds, pool and common areas are nicely kept! Tangela was very friendly and welcoming! Plus a perk was how pet friendly the complex was for my fur babies

Good so far as I can tell. The staff have been very responsive to my questions and requests for inspection of items whose working condition is in question. I hope that this courtesy continues as I see myself renting in this facility for some time to come. Thank you for your time and attention to this response.

Colonial Grand at Liberty Park is a great community to live-in. The staff are speedy with service questions and general inquiries. Neighbors are polite, friendly, and the grounds are well-kept/ maintained.

I truly enjoy living at this MAA property at Liberty Park because of the friendly-professional staff. The maintenance crew is absolutely awesome with great response time. Overall, the small secluded area gives you a sense of intimacy, quietness & well kept ground keeping through out the entire complex makes it homey. Thanks, MAA for all you do.

If all the apartments are like what I experience as a new resident here at Colonial Grand. I would not recommend to anyone. For the apartments to have so many charges for when you move out, but once someone new moves in and the apartment is completely filthy, I just don't understand. Hopefully, this review will bring awareness to the cleanliness that needs to be done to the apartments.

The positive aspect is that the community staff and maintenance crews are responsive and pleasant. The community is kept clean and landscape is okay. Our unit has been quiet with no noise detected from adjacent spaces. The floorplans are acceptable and some balconies face peaceful wooded areas. Some units here have not been updated which makes the kitchen and bathrooms less than ideal.

So far my experience has been great. My apartment was adequately cleaned prior to move in, and the community as a whole seems like a great environment to live in. I appreciate the staff in the office for their commitment to making the process easy for both me and my fianc?e during the move in process.

Great community of residents. In a growing community with new services and shopping areas being built. Easy access to highways and shopping districts. Apartment homes are very well laid out and ample parking is available in the complex.

This community felt friendly and safe. The staff are welcoming. The closets are large which is great for apartment living. I cannot wait to use the beautiful pool area. My children are excited to use the stocked lake for fishing.

We lived here in 2001 while building our house in neighborhood. Sold recently and moved back here. But now we have a gas station, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. Moved here for school for 1st graders, by the time younges came through school was up to eighth grade.

Below average for the rent we pay. The complex is older and has some functional obsolescence. The bathtubs have peeling paint, the door jams do not fit properly. Construction all around here is a nuisance. Rents significantly keep going up regardless.

Everyone is friendly and cooperative. The maintenance is excellent. When I put in a request for something to be done, it is usually done within 24 hours. I enjoy the pool area and the fireplace. I enjoy the parties they have.

We just moved in a week ago and are very pleased with our decision. Safe, quiet, clean community with excellent staff! Rent is comparable to other properties in the area but amenities here are better.

I have had an above average experience so far in Colonial Grand. I have lived in several different apartment complexes and I have never seen such a comprehensively nice leasing/maintenance team. I have nothing but kind things to say about these folks who truly care about the people who come to live here.

The maintenance staff has always been wonderful as well as the office staff. They have always been available for emergencies also. We hope to renew our lease when the time comes. We love it here! We will recommend to anyone
